- The Wrestling Observer stated this week that there is good chance that Chris Sabin could be leaving TNA Wrestling in the near future, following Alex Shelley, Devon, Matt Morgan, Ric Flair and Velvet Sky. However, no additional details on his contractual status were given.

Reports first surfaced in June that Sabin could be leaving the promotion this year when his contract expired. His girlfriend, Velvet Sky, however, denied the claims. "People, Chris Sabin is NOT, I repeat, NOT leaving TNA! I'M getting lots of those questions. Please stop believing everything u read," she tweeted then.

The wrestling standout is currently sidelined after undergoing surgery on his ACL in June.

Don't see this as a huge loss if it happens, especially with Shelley already gone and Sabin having some terrible luck with his knees lately. Shelley was always my favorite in the MCMG, but I did enjoy them so much together.

Has been unlucky with injuries lately, so it'll be no big loss to TNA really. Shelley's gone, and he'd only probably end up lost in the shuffle if he were to return.

If WWE had any sense about them, all these ex-TNA guys could be the new Radicals.

Not suggesting they'd have the same sort of Impact (lol TNA puns), or even that they should all be in one nicely packaged stable, but bring them in a high profile way.

Of course, nobody knows who the fuck they are minus Flair, but hey.

I am a fan of both Shelley and Sabin but I liked them in MCMG much more. Sabin has been unlucky with injuries as of late but I really dont want to see him retire yet.

Matt Morgan, Velvet, Flair...I dont care.

I remember Sabin being awesome in the ring, and Shelley being the more charismatic of the two. Either way, they were a great tag team and hopefully they can both find their ways to the WWE somehow.

He really can't do anything more in TNA, he's held the X Division title multiple times and never would have gotten a main event push. Sabin going to the WWE would be the best thing he could do to prolong his career, less spots and all that.

Yeah both to WWE seems the perfect fit with Trips wanting to strengthen the tag division (or so we're told). Will be good to see MCMG back and I think they will be big time OVER with the Universe.... Would be super cool if they gave them some good teaser vignettes for their debut (ala jericho and taz) Like say have a machine gun shoot and the bullet holes spell out "coming soon"........yeah did everyone just get chills thinking about it??

Doubt they would do something like that. They are likely to change their tag name IF they do go to the E, Guns are not PG.

Anyways, I remember hearing a rumour like this just before Sabin was injured in the match with A Double & Ion. Sounded kinda fishy that rumours start about him wanting to leave, then gets injured again.

I'd love to see both him and Shelly rip it up the WWE tag division! Would be pretty wicked of you ask me.

I guess they could get over as a Rockers style tag team there if given the chance, but only if WWE are interested in going back down that route. Have mixed feelings on him leaving he was always one of favourite X Division guys but it maybe is time for a fresh start.

Oh yeah, didn't think about that... although they did advertise rapper Machine Gun Kelly for his Wrestlemania performance....

Lol there's nothing wrong with them being called the same thing, you guys act like PG means you can't do anything, just like most of the IWC. They had a freakin' buried alive match while they were PG.

Its not that for me I just think WWE like to give wrestlers different names so that they can trademark them and so that people think of them as WWE creation's and not remembered from the other promotion.

And that's what I expect to happen, but not because they're PG lol. Also, TNA could have copyrighted the name could they not? I don't know if they do that like WWE does for every single thing they say, but it's possible.

This. I could see MCMG (under a new name) get over as a Rockers type tag team for sure.
