Jumping the gun aren't we?
WWE doesn't want to put money into someone who has had a history of injuries, case in point Nigel McGuinness. Everyone was saying WWE was Blue for passing on him.
Completely different circumstances. Nigel had a serious undisclosed issue that left WWE didn't want to risk and caused him to retire within a couple of years of the tryout. From all reports Sabin has suffered standard knee injuries and doesn't have an issue that will put him, or others wrestling him, at serious risk if he wrestles in WWE.
Well Claudio is doing great on SD! and Hero is doing pretty well on NXT right now... These guys don't need to team they just need the WWE machine to put some stock into them.
The difference between KOW and MCMGs is the size of the guys involved. Hero and Claudio are both big guys whereas Sabin and Shelley are both crusierweights. WWE has changed their view a bit with pushing smaller guys but there are still at a slight disadvantage over the bigger guys. I also just think it will be easier to bring these two in as a team plus it will benefit WWE more.
