Also if Punk is coming back, keep him on a short leash. Honestly might be best to do feuds with people he gets on with at first before going to the Elite feud (Also honestly I'm way more into BCC vs Elite atm too)

• Fightful has learned that Punk has communicated repeatedly to AEW he wants to come back.
• Punk has laid out numerous scenarios in which he’d return. Among those includes a willingness to work with Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks. However at least as of a few months ago Omega and Bucks didn’t seem keen on doing that.
• Punk has also expressed his willingness to return to work for All Elite Wrestling and keep completely separate from the Elite. Fightful speculates that the new Saturday show could create separation of the two.
• Dax Hardwood has been pushing the idea of The Elite vs CM Punk and FTR at the Wembley show
• Punk has been open to working elsewhere, unsure if that means with AEW and Ring of Honor, WWE or NJPW.

I really just wanna see my Omega vs Punk match, and tbh Punk should put him over. I’ll allow Punk and FTR to win the trios match if that happens, but definitely think 1 on 1, Punk needs to do the J O B

I don't dislike Punk, and I think for the business over all, he's good for it. But, c'mon. He flames out all the time. If I was TK, hell if I was anyone running a wrestling promotion, I'd be apprehensive, at best, to want him to be a part of it.

It's a completely fair way to feel as well, my feelings on it are pretty mixed

Personally, I think Punk’s run as a full time guy is over. His body has shown that it might not be up for it anymore.

I'd bring him back but I'm also not putting him anywhere near a title and if someone doesn't want to deal with him, I ain't forcing it. Like if Punk wants to come back I'm cool with it but I'm way more into BCC vs Elite than I am the idea of CMFTR vs The Elite at this point
