I just don't understand why gay guys want to get married. Weddings for the most part cater to women. Their day, their special dress, etc. What do men really get out of it? Who cares why they want to get married? I'm sure each couple has their own personal reasons, but that's not really the point.
Gay citizens should have the same rights as Heterosexual citizens and there's no reason they shouldn't. If gays were banned from eating apples would you ask the same? "Why do they even want to eat apples?? they can just eat oranges.. and why do you guys even care??"

Nowhere in my post do I say they shouldn't have the right, they should have the right. My points were: if they want to or not why should anyone else care, and I was curious as to why two men would want to.
