A great wrestling match is always my preference to open the show. Remember Eddie vs Rey? It can set a good tone for the night and get the crowd involved early.

Punk/Rey would be a great opener.

Although the MITB has the same impact as a great singles match. It gets the crowd involved with all the high spots. A singles match can be hit or miss however, whereas the MITB is guaranteed to deliver a great response from the crowd. Thats why the WWE has chosen to have MITB eaither 1 or 2 on the card.

I read somewhere that the Diva's tag match will be pre-show. I doubt they would drop an already advertised match to pre-show for a women's match that was not advertised at all.

The tag title match was dropped to the pre-show last year so Kid Rock could sing, so you never know. >_>
