  1. Draft Backfire.

I completely agree. The pops he is getting as soon as his entrance music hits are some of the biggest on RAW, at least. Hell, I marked out for him when he returned a month or so ago. Yeah, he botches lines here and there, but ultimately it's what the fans as a whole think, and - not entirely...
  2. MIZ:3 CENA:0

Oh yeah, definitely meant it in a good way. I thought he was getting some pretty good heat pops, but I thought I heard him getting some cheers too. It'll be interesting to see how the crowd reacts when he's not feuding/facing Cena, though.
  3. MIZ:3 CENA:0

The "Why? Because I. Am. AWESOME." line made me actually laugh out loud. Very well-done promo before the match. He's got serious potential.
  4. Rey/Jericho... Great choice of feud

I didn't see the first hour of smackdown, but the only thing about the feud that even remotely disappoints me is that it seemed like they might be teasing a Morrison/Jericho feud last week, and I was looking forward to that. If they are indeed going Jericho/Mysterio, though, there should be...
  5. Morrison face?

I just re-watched Morrison's match tonight, and he was definitely getting some face pops. I didn't hear too many on the entrance, but throughout the match, he got some decent ones - and a pretty substantial one at the end, considering he's technically still a heel. I'd kill to see him as a...
  6. Undertaker or Sting?

Hmm. This one completely depends, for me, on what the criteria are. Sting was, by far, the reason I got hooked on wrestling and he's still my favorite all-time wrestler. Still, the fact that he never wrestled for the WWE - considering that it now IS wrestling - hurts him greatly, despite the...
  7. MVP...

I TOTALLY agree. I normally don't check the forums during RAW, but after watching MVP do his thing, I figured someone else had to think it was as good as I did. That was some impressive shit, for sure. As for who to cheer for...wow. Depending on Batista vs. Show, this could be a heck of a RAW.
  8. The Official Wrestlemania 25 Thread.

I thought it wasn't that bad. Not one of the best WM's, but it was pretty good. I thought the MITB match was actually rather good. Although I'm not a CM Punk fan, the last minute or two of the match was quite awesome to watch. Would have rather seen Christian or MVP win, but meh. Ricky...
  9. Thought about the WWE Hall of Fame...

I don't think Goldberg will be a HOFer...most of them have to really leave some sort of impact on the sport. I wouldn't necessarily be surprised if he gets in far down the road, but I'm not expecting it. Like you said, the short career would really hurt him, I think.
  10. Thought about the WWE Hall of Fame...

I don't think that's necessarily true, if I remember correctly. It wasn't that sting never wanted to work for the WWE - they were relatively close to deals over the years - but he just ended up deciding not to on principle. Still, I agree that there are not too many retired wrestlers left...
  11. Kozlov and JBL

I'm not a particular fan of Koslov. I'm sick of big giants with no charisma like that. HBK has to face Undertaker at WM...anything else will be pathetic, so JBL probably won't be there this year.
  12. Was Christian Return a Total waist?

I agree, C4...even though it doesn't make me necessarily happy since I don't get to always watch ECW, it's probably the best strategy for him. There's so much going on already on RAW that it would be tough to fit him in right now, but I'd love to see another Christian vs. Edge feud, even if...
  13. Thought about the WWE Hall of Fame...

If there is a thread, I couldn't find it. I agree that sting's career as of now is nothing compared to what it was in the 80s or early 90s - but as I said, I don't really think that that's important right now. Obviously, the fact that he never worked specifically for the WWE won't help...
  14. Thought about the WWE Hall of Fame...

As I was watching RAW earlier tonight, I was thinking about the future of the WWE Hall of Fame and who, presumably, some of the next superstars might be throughout the next decade or so. The first person that I thought of though, was Sting. Obviously never having wrestled FOR the WWE itself...
