Rap is related to so many other types of music, yet people fail to see it due to their ignorance. ^This is proof.
Agreed. Rap is the hardest to right. Spitfire lyrics for 5 minutes straight. I love all types of music and rap is one.
From a technical standpoint, jazz music is a lot harder to "write" than rap. Lyrics though? Different story, as I've heard some very intelligent stuff in rap music over the years. It's not my favourite genre, but there's still a lot of good stuff within it.

Drake is exceptionally talented. If you actually listened to his songs you will see his ability to sing and rap good. Same with J. Cole.
