I'm happy as hell at the thought of a ROH/NWA long partnership and it all starts with Flip Gordon vs Nick Aldis at Hard Times. I always thought Flip having tons of potential so this could really mean some big things for him going forward if he beats Aldis at the PPV. Dat Dice/Starks Segment with each other was just wow. I don't know how to feel about when a talent puts down a talent to that degree. If you consider him nothing, then if you beat him in the tourney does it mean nothing? Did we need to see Dawson vs Dawson Match? In some ways it's great because it only means one gets in thank God, but damn I got bored so fast with that one.
Hooray a Cabana vs Anderson feud as if anyone wants that. I do think Anderson being a psycho could be some good things for him, but this let's stick together partner angle has been done to death. Vox vs Melina was just fine for the time they gave to us, but it's like it blew me away. Vox showed plenty of fire, but Melina the veteran stopped all of that when she needed to. Vox I feel would of been great in a NXT where she can develop her personality, because you feel she wants it, but she isn't being given alot of opportunities to really create her persona as a younger talent. Melina I'm pretty sure turned the Earth on it's Axis with that Split or was it something down below in my Pants hmm. Melina vs Kay next week that should be very interesting how that goes.
Pope had me going with him joining with Outlaw Inc. If it ain't making money he ain't putting in the time he sounds like a Pimp. Outlaw Inc loses to Stevens and Question Mark and Pope exits Stage Left as if he's already looking for new talents the way he looking at that them. I see that confusion going on and then Strictly Business shows up and Steiner once again gives us great entertainment on the Microphone. Aldis posing and eating it up would be me for sure, how can not get into his Promos. The Main Event was fun, both groups got their stuff in and Morton now has a shot at the top of the Mountain vs Aldis. I never thought in 2020 I would see the day where someone like Morton at his age would be in the running for a World Title, but a old Dog might be teaching a younger Dog new tricks who knows.
