Muta one of my favorite Puro Wrestlers of all time and even at this age he could have a even better Match with Aldis than Storm did. Watch out for the Muta Mist!

Well Cornette's last episode finally aired, so that's good news. His replacement is the bad news. And I couldn't be more excited for both of those things.

Fine episode, served it's purpose well, had a cool nostalgic ending, and was a good final build for the PPV... which is a week and a half away? If that was the season finale of Powerrr, does that mean there's no new episode next week? Very interesting timing if that is indeed the case

I get that, but the PPV is NEXT Saturday, not this Saturday. It just seems odd to me as to why they wouldn't have the "go home show" on the same week as the PPV

Bennett is a very intelligent fella and I haven't seen him do any play by play when he's not in Character talking about bad news. Should be interesting what he says because he brings that element of a former Wrestler into the Potion should be fun. With that a fun Go Home Show even though I wanted to see more Wrestling to balance out all the Ads/Backstage/Sideline Interview stuff. No shock to see Aron Stevens pick up the win vs Starks it was so easy to figure out that he would use The Question Mark in any way possible to get ahead. I do wonder how long does this pairing because Miz and Sandow went forever it felt like and when Sandow was left in the cold they didn't have anything for him. I hope they had a better plan both guys as I see Starks winning the National Title somehow be able to survive all the chaos that will go on vs Stevens and Cabana.

I really liked that sitdown Interview with Aldis this Week. Pretty crazy they had stuff like that unaired Three Way Battle and made it work for Aldis aiding in what he was saying throughout. Aldis wants to shut up the Mouth of Storm so he can't say he hasn't been given an opportunity should be interesting how that Match when you add Hebner and now Storm to the mix with the biggest prize on the line. Also the Kamille angle to this I wonder if this a game by Aldis to get Kamille to screw over Storm when he thinks she is going aid him. Makes me think when Sherri went with Sting and this turned on him later when Flair was coming for his World Title. It could happen and Storm might be the key to it all who knows.

Okay so like I said before how much of a Melina and Mickie mark I was and damn Melina is bringing that fire for me after how she looked...and what she said towards not just Kay, but the industry itself when it comes to Women's Wrestling. I do find it funny Kay coming out and hulking it up in a sense acting if she dealing with a rookie, rather a veteran who knows all the bumps on the road more than you. Another beatdown for Kay and unless NWA is keeping secrets close the vest going into Into the Fire she might be taking some more of that going forward.

Nine times Around for the Rock and Roll Express and I'm happy to see it even if it's for a Week because I can't see them retaining at Into the Fire, but party it up guys like it's 1985 again. The environment was great for them and say whatever you want about Cornette it was special to see him come into the Ring and congratulate them. He's been for Years the Manager with The Midnight Express trying to cripple Rick and Robert, and now he's there giving them their due like they deserve for their hard work to reach the top of the Mountain. So great and nice way to end the Show this Week!

Loved this episode. Think they must have pulled a double turn at the ppv.

Coming off from Into The Fire truly this was a very good Episode for NWA Powerr this Week with plenty setups that I can't wait to see how their develop in the coming weeks. We start off with Aron Stevens with Question Mark after Stevens big National Championship win from Into the Fire. I dug it who knew Aron could become a Third Degree Master in Mongrovian KA..RA..TE so fast! So does that make Stevens now being a Third Degree National Champion does that me he's achieved a level higher than a Super Saiyan.

You see this Interview than Thunder Rosa comes out and owns the Crowd. She gets the whole audience to stand up for Melina who was looking fine by the way, and it seemed like their was going to be some kind of Interview till Vox showed up. Vox might be the dumbest talents out there come out when the numbers aren't on your side and expect not to take a beating. She is lucky ODB and Kay showed up because she has a major deathwish going for her. Belle being chewed out for not being at out pretty much tells me she is leaving the group soon the seeds were just planted.

So we get the rules of the NWA TV Tournament and I believe 6 mins is not long enough for such an important tourney like this. It's really...really hard to get a compelling Match when they will need to be in last gear with such a short time limit. Just hope maybe it changes at least towards the end because man it's going to be really hard to watch these Matches if it's hurry up hurry up let's go home mode because of the time. Matches like the three way for a spot in the NWA TV Tourney and the Rock N Rock Squash Match existed, but what Ricky said about Aldis has me thinking. It wouldn't be the first time he got a NWA Title shot, he did once vs Flair and the people were so into it. Aldis will now like what he said about him saying he has alot more to prove before he can say he's the best NWA Champion of all time.

All night The Dawsons were causing up a storm of telling the truth about Wildcards and then they finally get them in the Ring, and they get their asses handed to them. Welp their goes any kind of momentum for them anytime soon. TV Tournament unveiling the competitors I'm like no Eli Drake what the fuck, but it's a good group. Aldis being apart of has me really wanting a Starks vs Aldis final especially after he put him over just do it already. Kingston vs Starks and Question Mark vs Cabana next week did you guys see Kingston getting really...really close to Starks? Starks I believe is the youngest of the group right so I imagine he has alot to prove and boy I think this is his moment to reach that mountain top.

Drake vs Anderson was a good Main Event which was more Street Fight than Wrestling Match and it needed to be that way. Drake sold the fuck outta the attack he took that is a real Actor there I don't know how he did that to his voice. Drake gets another win vs Anderson under direst bravo. The ending though with Aldis having Wildcard as his running buddies for his new group it was given Weeks ago, but still Kamille coming back to Aldis felt kinda rushed. She should of at least been with Storm for a bit and then a turn way later. This group still need another member in the group usually it's for a Member who is the youngling that will be groomed into a star it's been that way for years could it be Starks???

Marty being apart of the NWA I dig it so hard. He's a good different as a Character and their is already a relationship with Aldis that will add fuel to the fire leading into their feud. I don't know how long he'll be around, but he'll be a great asset for the NWA going forward no doubt.

NWA have already filmed the 'Second Season' of NWA Powerrr (Or atleast a large portion of it, they spent multiple days recording episodes.) So there will be a new episode next week.

I'll put my thoughts into Spoiler Tags.

We start off the newest Episode showing Tim Storm giving us another Promo of the Year from last Week and I remember tearing up watching it then, and once again during the Highlights. That momentum comes then Storm is involved with a Segment with Aldis. I thought this Segment came perfectly to show the hate between the two, I popped hard when Aldis called Storm a Randy the Rams type of talent to piss him off. Man if I was a Wrestler when Aldis said him going the NWA TV Tourney was just for fun, I would of grabbed the Microphone if I was Storm and said this is MY LIFE...this isn't for fun. This is all I have.

Boy did Aron Stevens get a showcase here during this Episode. He used all his skills he's learned so far from Mangorvian KARATAAAAAAAAY to outclass Sal Rinauro during that Match. I don't think I've seen him doing a kick up so that was impressive. Murdoch coming out was bound to come after him sticking his nose in his business in the past, but all those skills for Aron meant nothing vs Murdoch. Pope continues the NWA talent pool as he is sitting down with Homicide and Kingston. We all know they are good enough to be Championship material why kiss Pope just ask them to have your services.

Moments after this Eli Drake who had one of the most entertaining Promos in his own right last Week where clearly he was buzzed from the stuff he was drinking last Week, but Drake is right what he's saying what is up with Drake not getting work these days. Could if be Aldis having buddies in the upper staff of NWA keeping him away that is a good question to ask. Cabana and Anderson of course show up as Cabana keeps defending Anderson and he wants them to squash their beef, hell naw. Drake end the both of them please and claim gold it needs to happen.

Belle vs Steelz. It was okay, nothing special to need to see. Steelz needed the win more than Belle, but with the loss Melina is starting to slowly lose faith in Belle if she's good enough to be apart of the group. NWA Girl Powerrr coming soon? I guess a Show dedicated to the ladies or bringing new talent I guess?

Storm vs Isaacs. Aldis no longer felt like fun was in the air for this NWA TV Tournament and he decided to bow out. Aldis towing the line of Tough Heel vs Cowardly Heel alot these days. Still it was good to see Storm pissed off from this news and he took it on Royce throughout the Match. Storm moves on and Aldis isn't on Cloud Nine anymore.

I'm happy as hell at the thought of a ROH/NWA long partnership and it all starts with Flip Gordon vs Nick Aldis at Hard Times. I always thought Flip having tons of potential so this could really mean some big things for him going forward if he beats Aldis at the PPV. Dat Dice/Starks Segment with each other was just wow. I don't know how to feel about when a talent puts down a talent to that degree. If you consider him nothing, then if you beat him in the tourney does it mean nothing? Did we need to see Dawson vs Dawson Match? In some ways it's great because it only means one gets in thank God, but damn I got bored so fast with that one.

Hooray a Cabana vs Anderson feud as if anyone wants that. I do think Anderson being a psycho could be some good things for him, but this let's stick together partner angle has been done to death. Vox vs Melina was just fine for the time they gave to us, but it's like it blew me away. Vox showed plenty of fire, but Melina the veteran stopped all of that when she needed to. Vox I feel would of been great in a NXT where she can develop her personality, because you feel she wants it, but she isn't being given alot of opportunities to really create her persona as a younger talent. Melina I'm pretty sure turned the Earth on it's Axis with that Split or was it something down below in my Pants hmm. Melina vs Kay next week that should be very interesting how that goes.

Pope had me going with him joining with Outlaw Inc. If it ain't making money he ain't putting in the time he sounds like a Pimp. Outlaw Inc loses to Stevens and Question Mark and Pope exits Stage Left as if he's already looking for new talents the way he looking at that them. I see that confusion going on and then Strictly Business shows up and Steiner once again gives us great entertainment on the Microphone. Aldis posing and eating it up would be me for sure, how can not get into his Promos. The Main Event was fun, both groups got their stuff in and Morton now has a shot at the top of the Mountain vs Aldis. I never thought in 2020 I would see the day where someone like Morton at his age would be in the running for a World Title, but a old Dog might be teaching a younger Dog new tricks who knows.

After binging the NWA episodes I missed, I have to say I think Rosa will eventually beat Allysin for the Women's belt...and that isn't cool
