I thought the season was okay. The last two episodes were fun to watch for me.
Heard it's gonna get better, so going to continue watching whenever it returns
My hype eventually died down but thought it was a good season. Pretty sure I overhyped it a bit since I've been waiting for Berserk to come off hiatus again so I was on top of anything similar to it.
I feel like the second season will be a lot better, ended up reading the manga somewhere around the time episode 5 came out, and I liked that more than the anime.
Finished watching the original Yu-gi-oh! series and I have to say Season 5 episodes 24 and onward are amazing. It explains everything such as the origin of The Dark Magician and why it is Yugi's ace card and is a nice send off of the original series and it leads into Yu-gi-oh! : The Dark Side of Dimensions excellently.
I saw that Broly movie in theatres last week. Not as good as Battle of Gods imo but really strong film, and easily has the best animation Dragon Ball has ever seen, an absolute visual treat. Pretty much unbridled joy for me from beginning to end, glad I got to see it on the big screen (literally bought the last tickets to the only showing I could make it to). Never did end up catching up on Super before seeing it, but I had information by osmosis that it really didn't matter (as I suspected).
I'm trying to get back into watching some more seasonal anime, since I pretty much flat-out stopped last year. Saw the first episode of Mob Psycho 100's second season (which I loved, one of the series best), as well as the first episodes of Dororo and The Promised Neverland, both of which were also great. Seems like I might've chosen a great time to return to this.
Never heard of that Karl Marx anime, that sure is a weird inspiration for an anime though. Not sure I'm interested in watching it, but I like knowing it exists.

Right now ongoing wise it's Boruto: Naruto Next Generations which is a long ass fucking name, Dororo, and Promised Neverland that week to week is breaking me pieces. This week especially has me wanting to save those kids more than ever, with the horror the kids might go through in the Woods.
Right now, I have been watching Nyanko Days, A Centaur's Life, Interview With Monster Girls, and Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid.
I've been watching.
Lots of complaints about the animation quality, and while yeah it does look worse than season 1, it isn't like it's the worst animation ever. Looking at you, Berserk 2016. Story wise it's still good.
