Idk I'd probably already have my phone on me or next to me and without including pets, I would have to say my PC. Contains photos, documents, videos, etc.

Yeah, I feel like my phone wouldn't be a choice here because it'll either be in my hand or pocket, so I'd probably pick my laptop as well, though it wouldn't even be that much of a loss because it's getting pretty old.
