How is this better than undertaker vs triple h when it's only been like 10 minutes.

Because unlike Triple H and Undertaker both these men are able to wrestle near to their best ability. They're faster, more agile and have larger selection of moves, these guys don't have to ruin their finishers because they can do a lot more to keep the match intense.

because the story being told is compelling. Taker/hhh was a brawl in a cage which told the struggles that everyone in the ring had in the match to end the era but this is one that can and will continue plus it has technical wrestling involved that allows each man to show what they can do. Not to take away from the prior match but this is like watching savage/steamboat as it is progressing. I can see punk getting frustrated because he will not be able to keep jericho down and end losing it. Jericho will be a prick about everything too which is a nice touch too.
