WWE WrestleMania 36 Discussion Thread

I mean it could be a solid show for all we know but it does feel like a waste of the WrestleMania name to have it with no fans, celebrities, or anything else that makes Mania the spectacle that it is.

Of course just as sure as there are those who will bitch about anything WWE does, there's always going to be those people that cape for WWE no matter what, even when they aren't even being unfairly criticized (or really criticized at all). Looks like today that person is KIF.

I'll criticize the matches that suck and praise the matches that are good like I do every show. I just think fans should admire that WWE is still doin' what they can to put on Wrestlemania on time. No sports, no movies. C'mon dawg. Forget about the damn fact that fans can't attend, it's 2020 you can watch from home.

I’ll be honest. My problem with it is that I love WrestleMania. It’s my favorite day of the year. Now it’s not going to feel like WrestleMania at all to me. It’s gonna feel like some throwaway show.

I’ll be here and talk about it with you all, but I’m honestly not excited as I always am.

Alright but what's the problem with putting off WrestleMania until they can have a WrestleMania that feels like WrestleMania? Especially now that we know guys like Reigns and Mysterio won't be able to participate and there will probably be more that are added to that list. It's definitely trivial but the only thing "WrestleMania" about this show is going to be that they call it... WrestleMania. No one's blaming WWE for still putting out shows, I think most people are thankful for that (though I personally could take it or leave it, I'm glad others get some entertainment out of them), but at this point everything that would have made this event worthy of being called "the granddaddy of them all" has been taken away. Seems perfectly logical to postpone until you are able to do the name justice.

I love WrestleMania because of the huge presentation. It feels like a larger than life event. Like it’s the one thing wrestling fans across the world would love to go to, be apart of. Plus matches sometimes need fans to help it. They play off the crowd. Sorry I can’t be as excited as you are.

The wrestlers droppin' out should be labelled pussies for 12 months and get no title matches. You're already gonna be in an arena with limited people and have health officials constantly monitorin' you.

So that shit is stupid on top of all of this. I think I have already established my opinions on this, I don't think postponin' is warranted. We have SummerSlam and considerin' how fast life moves for adults Wrestlemania next year be right there with folks complainin' about that card. If this what Wrestlemania 36 is, I'm goin' all in. I ain't gonna shit on anythin' tryin' to give us entertainment at this point. Well maybe Animal Crossing but that is just a useless game.

The fact he's had cancer is why he should worry.

People like you and me, we're good for the most part. We'd probably fight it off easily. But someone who's not the best health, and has had plenty of health problems are the ones who need to be safe. Roman's playing it safe, and I can't blame him.
