Was a poor show, but I guess they had enough to keep people interested, such as Triple H's announcement. I bet the overrun/last quarter rating is one of the lowest though, I doubt many people care at all if King is wrestling, even with a cage.

The 9/7 edition of Smackdown did 2,954,000 viewers. That is up almost 300,000 viewers from last week. That is very interesting when you consider that last week's Raw lost almost 500,000 viewers from hour two to hour three.

Great viewership for Smackdown, I can't seem to find the actual rating figure but I would assume that it would be over 2.0.

RAW last week had a final hour of less than 4 million viewers which is a bad number, this week is going to be odd due to the Lawler situation.

This week’s WWE RAW did a 2.88 cable rating with 4,136,000 viewers. In comparison, the two Monday Night Football games on ESPN did 10.96 million viewers and 10.45 million viewers.

Interested to see a breakdown, but that's another poor rating, though up a tiny bit from last week.

- As noted before, the September 10th WWE RAW did a 2.89 cable rating with 4.15 million viewers.

In the segment breakdown, Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs. The Miz and Antonio Cesaro lost 426,000 viewers from the opener. The deposition video with Sheamus and David Otunga gained 403,000 viewers, which is good for the first hour. Eve Torres, Kaitlyn and Layla vs. Alicia Fox, Natalya and Beth Phoenix lost 145,000 viewers.

CM Punk vs. Randy Orton gained 555,000 viewers at 9pm. The tag match with Punk and Dolph Ziggler vs. Orton and Jerry Lawler gained 7,000 viewers. Kane and Daniel Bryan backstage with Dr. Shelby plus Ryback vs. Heath Slater lost 247,000 viewers. Kane and Bryan vs. Titus O'Neil and Darren Young gained 164,000 viewers for a 3.08 quarter rating, a lackluster growth for the 10pm timeslot.

Tyson Kidd vs. Alberto Del Rio and David Otunga vs. Sheamus gained 38,000 viewers. Booker T and AJ Lee on stage plus backstage segments and Michael Cole updating us on Jerry Lawler lost 342,000 viewers. Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes gained 33,000 viewers. The final segment with Bret Hart, John Cena and CM Punk gained 407,000 viewers for a 3.11 overrun rating.

Overall they did okay to keep a similar number of viewers to last week considering 11 million watched the NFL.

The 9/14 edition of Smackdown did 2,691,000 viewers. That is down from last week.

They continue to bounce between 2.9 and 2.6 million viewers. Would be good if they could break through that 3 million viewer barrier.

True until WWE make sweeping changes, which they won't, to the way the brands are set up it will always be inferior.

Last night’s, 9/17/12, edition of WWE Monday Night Raw scored a 2.9 television rating. The first hour averaged 4,111,000 viewers. The second hour rose to 4,119,000 while he third hour dropped to an average of 3,925,000 viewers.

Rating remains steady, still odd that they can't get the audience to grow as the show goes on even with tough competition. NFL pulled in something like 15.5 million viewers.

In an update from yesterday, the final WWE RAW rating was a low 2.7 with 3.79 million viewers.

That is the lowest rating for the year. Surprised me as I thought that it was a good RAW, better than some that I had seen recently.

Breakdown

- As noted before, the September 24th WWE RAW did a 2.72 rating with 3.78 million viewers – the lowest of the year and the lowest rated non-holiday RAW since 1997.

In the segment breakdown, they opened with the second strongest segment of the show with Paul Heyman, CM Punk, AJ Lee and Brad Maddox at a 2.99 quarter. Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler lost 262,000 viewers. Santino Marella and Zack Ryder vs. Titus O’Neil and Darren Young lost 295,000 more viewers for a 2.59 quarter.

The segment with Punk and Mick Foley at 9pm gained 877,000 viewers, one of the best growth segments in weeks for a 3.22 quarter rating. Ryback vs. The Miz and a diner segment with Kane and Daniel Bryan lost 533,000 viewers. Tyson Kidd vs. Wade Barrett and the interview with Jerry Lawler stayed even. This isn’t confirmed but it’s likely a loss with Kidd vs. Barrett and then the returns for Lawler.

David Otunga, Ricardo Rodriguez and Alberto Del Rio vs. Sin Cara, Sheamus and Rey Mysterio lost 129,000 viewers for a 2.75 quarter at 10pm. Once again, the third hour of RAW is hurting people tuning in at 10pm. The third segment with Kane and Bryan and the attack from Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow lost 412,000 viewers for a 2.45 quarter rating. This was one of the worst RAW quarter ratings in well over a decade until Layla and Alicia Fox vs. Beth Phoenix and Eve Torres plus Tensai vs. Brodus Clay lost 34,000 viewers for a 2.43 quarter rating.

The final segment with John Cena, Punk and Heyman gained 428,000 viewers for a 2.74 quarter rating – a very bad number for the overrun.
