It was pretty meh but not bad or anything but it made sense bc Booker and Rene were heels and just kept leaving the ring to make RVD and Cena fight each other until they could try and sneak the victory. Booking made sense, just didn't make for a very entertaining match

It's good they covered it up like that, but yeah most tornado rules matches do it, though.

So other feds or matches just cut the pretense and add tagging.

And I think that's fair, but there's been too many good Fatal 4-ways and tornado tag matches that didn't have that or at least did but kept it entertaining so I'm still like fuck the gimmick though I will admit a lot of the recent matches doing it have been fun, but mostly bc they also say fuck the gimmick and have everyone in the match for most of it

As for fucking the gimmick, nah... that's the idea. It's designed to allow people to all be in the ring when they want to do free for all spots, but then get people back on the aprons when they normally would have just had them powder.

Yeah I mean some of the best triple threat matches ever have still done it, but it's easy to forgive when the match rules.
