Here’s the thing though, the Invasion should never have had official WCW matches take place in the WWF and vice versa


They needed to be two separate companies, two different ring types, two different production crews with wrestlers invading, Raw and Nitro at the same time etc

Then do co promotion invasion ppvs.

Instead they did a cheap faction story that made zero sense

Everyone knew who the NWO was in 2002, they raised the ratings and revitalized the WWF/Attitude era until the angle was killed at WM 18 with Hogans face turn.

They drew the peak ratings and final highs of the attitude era in early 2002. While getting mainstream attention.

It was different. Vince always puts his stamp on it, and besides people already hated the 2000 logo, I loved it personally, so it's whatever.
