They wouldn’t... they would have the same shirts they wore in WCW when last on the air... black and white stripes.

That’s another thing that hurt the Invasion, changing the logo and referee shirts, makes it look fake, like the WWF was behind it, if they wanted to make it like a real invasion... then they needed to make it feel like they were really invading by keeping the logo and look exactly the same as it was when they were last seen.
