Yeah, it was banned back in 2000. But it can be used if the wrestler is given special permission. Makes me wonder if Punk got permission (likely in this grand scale match) or if he just said fuck it and did it anyway.

When he was sexual chocolate he had a move where he'd jump through the middle ropes onto the outside. It was pretty impressive to see a guy his size do it. He doesn't get enough praise for his athleticism.
