Rock's "injured", and Cena needs someone to face. that's probably why Henry defeated Ryback to a. have a excuse why he deserves a shot at the title and b. keep Ryback away from Cena until a later time.

I don't really know why you'd pop the crowd for a title match verbally twice and then kill it my offering the same match but removing the title stipulation haha but still, we all had a feeling Henry would be involved in SOME title scene once he was cleared of his injury given his standing pre-injury, good to see him getting a chance. Match will blow if Cena's in slow-plodding mode like last night but Henry's mic work is good and Cena seems in troll spirits.

that's the whole point, it's a perfect time for a Ziggler cash in. it's a hot crowd, it's the night after 'Mania, it's a perfect time to "steal the show".
