WWE Money In The Bank 2013 Discussion Thread

The month of July brings a great opportunity for two WWE Superstars with the annual Money In The Bank PPV. Two multi-man ladder matches, each with the prize of a title opportunity any time, any place for up to one year. Which fortunate superstars will leave Philadelphia with a guaranteed championship match firmly in their grasp? Also, John Cena is still the WWE Champion after seeing off Ryback at Payback. The challenges won't stop coming thick and fast for the champion though, leaving the question of what new obstacle Cena will face as he defends his title at Money In The Bank. We also have a new World Heavyweight Champion in Alberto Del Rio, who defeated Dolph Ziggler at Payback to start his second reign this year. One can only imagine that Ziggler will look to use his rematch clause, and the Money In The Bank PPV in one months time would be the ideal location.

Who do you want to see in the ladder matches, and who are your early picks to grab a briefcase? And with John Cena seemingly needing a new challenger for the WWE Championship, who do you think will be the No.1 Contender when MITB comes around? Join us in this thread on Sunday, July 14th for the live discussion of Money In The Bank.

Oh, and the return of Mr. Monday Night, Mr. Pay-Per-View, Rob Van Dam!!

I hope they give the MITB to someone like Cody or Wade to help establish them like they did Ziggs and Del Rio it's time one of those guys gets the next big bump

He's had it before he is already over as fuck and being pushed into a title challenge path. Winning the MITB does nothing for him that he hasn't already got.

Wait what? How was he primed for it?

He doesn't need it. Like Booty said, he's already over and there's a huge possibility he can face Cena at Summerslam. Ziggler finding a way to get into the MITB ladder match so he can win and get his revenge on Del Rio makes total sense.

He's probably getting his rematch at the PPV so he also doesn't need it. And he's already had it.

Meh. Either way, it would make sense. Punk won it twice.

Re: WWE Money In The Bank 2013 Discussion Thread

But wouldn't u like to see someone that's been on the cusp and paid their dues get it and get that rub? I mean Wade and Cody have both paid dues and seem to be getting the short end lately and this could do wonders for either of them. Ziggler will be champ after MITB and he is gonna need a new challenger now that he's a face.

No that's not what I meant. I meant that it helped Bryan's career when he won it

Man, I just hope they don't waste it like they did with Cena last year.

You know what else helped his career? The word, Yes.
