I don't think Punk deserves to end the streak. He already had the WWE Title for 400 something days. They should have Shawn Michaels end it or save it for a up and coming guy who needs the push he would need to get over from ending the streak.

I'd think they want him to return to Summerslam.

He's already worked Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania so now he has to do SummerSlam

- TMZ reports that WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has filed a protective order against his estranged wife Jackie, in response to her separation papers. Flair called his wife cruel, barbarous and claims she has endangered his life in drunken fits of rage multiple times since they were married.

Flair named an incident in February 2010 where Jackie went after him with a glass object and "shattered it over his forehead, cutting him severely, and requiring medical attention."

Flair also claims Jackie was once arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol level of .22, nearly three times the legal limit. The couple has been separated since December but Ric is still asking for a domestic violence protective order.

Flair also wants to void a separation agreement he signed in October, in which he promised to pay Jackie tens of thousands of dollars. Ric claims Jackie badmouthing him has cost him lucrative performance and endorsement contracts and now it's impossible for him to make those payments to her.

TMZ reached out to Jackie and she told them the allegations are 100% false.

Sometimes I wonder how dumb you really are. He's doing the right thing by protecting himself because of who he is. No one likes a women beater. And no one will hire one.

“WWE star Jack Swagger was arrested last night in Mississippi, TMZ has learned — after allegedly committing several traffic offenses.

Source close to the situation tell TMZ, Swagger was leaving a “Smackdown” taping at Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi when he was pulled over.

It’s unclear what traffic offenses Swagger is accused of committing … but they were serious enough to result in an arrest.

We’re told Swagger — a former WWE World Heavyweight champ — was taken in by local sheriff’s deputies … and later released on his own recognizance.

We reached out to WWE, who tells TMZ, “Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions.”"

They will probably insert this into the storyline.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, Swagger -- real name Jacob Hager -- was leaving a "Smackdown" taping at Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi when he was pulled over for speeding.

According to law enforcement, the officer who pulled him over determined Swagger was driving under the influence -- and a search revealed Swagger was in possession of marijuana.

We're told Swagger -- a former WWE World Heavyweight champ -- was taken in by local police officers ... and later released on his own recognizance.

He has been charged with DUI (not alcohol), marijuana possession, and speeding -- all misdemeanors.

We reached out to WWE, who tells TMZ, "Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."

Well, its nice to see that people are so into this story that they have to post it twice. :

Anyhow, I'm more with Mitch's line of thinking than Blazy's here, I don't think he's going to be de-pushed because of this and that they'll probably work it into the story. It was only marijuana, which is just a fine under wellness, so that's not a big deal. Not to mention, I didn't think Swagger was going to win the title at 'Mania anyway, I feel this feud is designed to have Del Rio triumph over the hatred.

Mine was more updated :shifty: it had what it was unlike the first one, I mean DUI and Weed kinda a big deal when you're suppose to be one of the main events of Wrestlemania.
