It wouldn't be that hard to turn him heel. As was pointed out, he has no charisma and anyone can be a dick, I'm sure he could pull it off no problem.

As much as I'd like reasoning, I honestly don't think enough people care about face Dibiase so a heel turn wouldn't need too much effort.

Pretty much this.

I mean it would be easy as all he would really need to do is talk about his lack of success since being on his own. Explain how Vickie came to him a few weeks ago while he was sitting at home and promised to make him a superstar like Dolph Ziggler, former #! contender and Jack Swagger, the US Champion.

I wouldn't even leave him off TV for a month. Just have him randomly turn up on Raw and help out Dolph &/or Jack and make it clear he's now aligned with them. Then the following week we get informed he's become Vickie's latest client. He doesn't need a personality or gimmick overhaul, just a change of focus.
