I think it's common knowledge that before the injury Austin was considered a great worker, not just a good worker for the position he was in, but a great worker regardless of the position he was in. He was just an all round great wrestler. You could never say the same about Rock, whether you think he's underrated or not. Not even hardcore Rock marks compare Rock's ring work to Austin's.

Eh, you could definitely say Rock was an all around great worker/wrestler. Some have even said he is close to being a total package wrestler because he's been in great matches of pretty much all kinds, with people such as Jericho, Eddie, Benoit, Undertaker, Angle, Lesnar, RVD, Triple H, and yes, Austin. He even carried a forty-something Hulk Hogan to a great match at WM18.

Kane has great mic work, he doesnt talk often, but when he does his promos are golden. He has put on great matches with shane and undertaker. He is probably the most agile big man WWE has ever had. Kane could quite possibly be one of the most underrated superstars ever in WWE

He is very literate I'll give him that, but I find him rather monotonous on the mic. He put on could matches with Shane and Undertaker because Shane pulled off some ridiculous stunts and Taker is/was one of the best workers in the world. Also I would say Taker is more agile as well, no way could Kane pull off that leap over the top rope IMO.

Yeah, but even suggesting that Kane belongs in the top 10 wrestlers of all time is a bit much, no matter how you slice it.

Okay people seriously. Most can agree that Kane belongs somewhere on this list but not as high as he is. The only reason he ended up number 4 is because the semi trolls of this site unionized and voted en mass. Even Kanenite agrees that there are guys that deserves to be above Kane, and he is the resident Kane fan.

I agree that Kane shouldn't be above almost everybody on this list, but it's to late :facepalm1:
I AM NOT A NUGGET! I VOTED FOR OWEN HART, BECAUSE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, AND IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE
I nominate Dusty Rhodes

Kane wasn't going to get removed though, we were all going to vote, the only person that gets removed is the person that goes onto the numbered spot.

@[Everyone] Kane is the most iconic wrestler hands down. And he is the best monster wrestler WWE ever had. Kane compares to monster GOATs like Jason Vorhees and Michael Myers.

Sorry. I don't find Kane iconic at all. The brute monster gimmick has been done many times before him. If you have to pick out the most iconic monster André the Giant has to be the only logical pick.

Lol, so if I ask my Mum to name a wrestler she will name Kane?

Does your mom watch WWE? If she doesn't then no. But everyone knows Kane. Some people might not know Hogan/Flair but ask anyone if they know Kane and they will say yes.

Being known by wrestling fans does not make one iconic though Sox. Transcending into the Mainstream makes you iconic.
