I don't think that whole "forgot to scan it" thing is true, I don't get how people so quickly believed something her lawyer said. Of course he was going to try and make her sound better. For all we know she may have stole it and may have a problem.

as Charlie said, we the general public may never know the full story. But as far as releases go, this is definitely one of the more confusing ones of recent times.

The good news for her is that there's a decent womens scene in the US Indys right now and TNA will likely call so she should be able to get work again.

Never been a big Emma fan but I was really hoping she'd eventually get the chance to put on a good main roster divas match. Weird how stealing something small gets someone fired yet so many DUI's but if I recall correctly nobody has lost their job over one of those. Maybe Hurricane?

Her being fired makes sense with the budget cuts and her not really being on TV that often meaning getting rid of her wasn't a huge problem. This was the perfect excuse.

Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law.
