There was way more than those things. I mean if you guys wanna accept a crap product, then that is fine. Not all of us want to accept the crap product.

Goldust was comedy. Blackface wasn't such a good idea, I will agree. But, lets look at what we get now shall we.

Booty'o's? Fake heat that can't even possibly be believable. Horrible pushes. Not to mention huge blunders on potential goldmines they let slip. Sting Vs Taker. No we got Seth Rollins vs Sting. We had someone beat the streak that shouldn't have. We got Brock Lesnar doing the whole part time champion thing and unlike the rock, atleast it worked with the rock. And, no John Cena heel turn. Not to mention, the best thing to come out of the last couple years was the expansion on the woman's division. Which has been good.

But, at this rate. Not so much a full blown reboot of the attitude era, but it's time for WWE to go back to using some of what worked. Cause obviously it wasn't broken. And, we don't need what has been good for a week. We need more.

WWE best story telling was anywhere between 2002- 2009

I want storys that compel like HBK vs. Taker or HBK vs. Jericho something that draws you in to root for the guy or girl to overcome.

Uhh well without HBK-Taker during the attitude era you wouldn't have got that HBK-Taker during 02-09.

Taker was injured for most of his career, broke his foot in mid 1998 and then got injured again in mid 1999.

I do not want the Attitude Era back. Nobody should want a retread. I'd much rather be given what we're starting to get now, which is people being realistic and showing genuine malice towards one another. I dig what was going on the last week in WWE.

Also just saying the tag team division was not good until mid-2000. :side: And even if they weren't major angles or storylines, we should never forgive bad angles for being what they are. I watched through the entirety of 1998 RAW and bruh, it was a slog to get through. Other than Austin, McMahon, The Rock, Foley and the times when DX wasn't insufferable, it was great. But for all that, you get NoD/LB/DoA shit, TAFKA Goldust, DX in blackface, and motherfucking Sable. :hhh6:

Bruh... Sable was GOAT

Well, to be honest Sable had a clause in her contract that prohibited her from taking bumps. Not sure if we can even say she was a diva or wrestler for real..haha...

But did they have dem titties? :hmm:

They weren't that great. Set of boobs is a set of boobs. My opinion of her is the same as cornette's is of her. A talentless broad who only appealed to the sexually repressed.

Evidently ratings and low attendance do have an effect. Fox had called meetings with WWE about the issue.

At this point, they would be better off putting their main titles on a pencil. Because at least it has the ability to draw, unlike Lynch, Rollins, and Kofi.

Booty-os aside, all your comp!aints is just not getting what you want....

Attitude era didn't give me Rock/HBK......Don't see me using that as some kind of complaint about it. We got one superkick and clearly HBK was in shape enough to be carried by Rock during that time.

But whatever, Russo and Ferrarss dick and fart jokes were clearly better then the goofy shit we've got since.

FOH.

It's all the same level of quality, except TV shows today actually have matches that go past 5 minutes and don't always end in run ins and shitty brawls.

Criticize it all you want but it pulled record ratings and at least the wrestlers acted more realistic. And I'm not saying I want the attitude era back specifically I just want more adult storytelling.

Embalming people, vampires, hanging out with Michael Hayes and cutting off dicks, miscarriages and incest......SOOOOOO realistic.

Also beating the shit out your boss on a weekly basis without getting fired no matter how popualr you are.....yeah, that's realistic as fuck.

I mean technically if you fuck someone's wife they might want to cut off your dick. And that was based on the john Wayne bobbitt case which was real. And yeah the storylines were still more mature. We didn't have grown men acting like fucking children just to please the kiddies.

Russo and Ferrara writing was the epitome of "mature" :lollins:

Someone making puns about his dick......real mature.

If attempted castration is your gauge on maturity.....you really gotta reevaluate your standards
