Friday Night Smackdown
October 11th 2024
SmackDown opens with a dark, ominous atmosphere as the crowd erupts in boos when the theme music of Solo Sikoa hits. The camera focuses on Solo, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu, standing on the stage, cold expressions etched on their faces. They walk to the ring with purpose, each one exuding a dangerous aura. As they reach the ring, Solo grabs a microphone and stands at the center of the ring, looking out at the jeering crowd.
Solo Sikoa: (calmly, with intensity) At Bad Blood... I lost. I lost to Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. And trust me, that hurt. But it wasn’t just the loss that stung. It was the fact that if it wasn’t for Roman, Jimmy and Jey I would be standing here as the new WWE Undisputed Champion.
The crowd boos louder, sensing where Solo is going.
Solo Sikoa: You see, I gave Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso a chance. A chance to acknowledge me. I gave them an opportunity to join me, to stand with me, and we could’ve been the strongest faction in the history of this business. The Bloodline... unstoppable. But what did they do? They turned their backs on me. They chose to stand with each other... and with Cody Rhodes of all people.
Solo paces the ring, his voice rising with anger.
Solo Sikoa: They chose to ignore me, their own flesh and blood. But you know what? That’s fine. I’ve had enough. The Bloodline may have been theirs, but now it’s mine. And Roman... Jimmy... Jey... they’ll pay for turning their backs on me. I promise you, we’ll hunt them down, piece by piece, until we’ve put them on the shelf for good.
He pauses, letting his words sink in, and looks to the others at ringside. Tama, Tonga, and Fatu stand with him, nodding in agreement, a dark power in their eyes.
Solo Sikoa: And Jey... Jey Uso thinks he can just walk in and out whenever he pleases. He thinks he can help Roman and Cody, then walk away from this family like it’s nothing. Well, Jey, you made a huge mistake. You’re no longer part of this Bloodline, and now you’ve got to deal with the consequences. The Bloodline’s going to remind you exactly what happens when you try to cross us.
The crowd erupts as Jey Uso’s music hits. Jey appears on the stage, microphone in hand, his expression determined. The fans cheer as he steps forward, not afraid of the four men in the ring.
Jey Uso: (grinning, his tone confident) Solo, you’ve been talkin' a lot. But you’re forgettin' one thing — I don’t care about your new Bloodline. I’m done with Roman, Jimmy, and all of that nonsense. You cost me the Intercontinental Championship, and now you're gonna pay for that.
Jey steps closer to the ring, eyes locked on Fatu.
Jey Uso: You want me to be scared of you and your little crew here? Nah. I’m gonna take each and every one of you down, one by one. And it starts with him. (points to Jacob Fatu) Fatu... tonight, I’m challenging you to a match. You’re gonna feel what happens when you mess with me.
The crowd pops for Jey’s challenge. Fatu steps forward, cracking his neck, his eyes burning with intensity as he stares Jey down from the ring.
Solo Sikoa: (mockingly) Fatu’s gonna make you regret this, Jey. You’re picking a fight with the wrong family.
Jey Uso: Wrong family? Nah, Solo. You’re the one who’s wrong. You made the mistake of turning your back on me, and now you’re gonna watch as I take out your big dog first. And when I’m done with Fatu, you’re next.
Jey drops the microphone, and his music hits once more. He eyes Fatu, then Solo, Tama, and Tonga as he heads towards the stage. Solo watches from the ring, his anger barely contained as the arena buzzes with anticipation for the upcoming showdown.
Match #1: The Lucha Brothers vs DIY vs Pretty Deadly – Triple Threat No.1 Contender’s match
The bell rings, and all three teams start to size each other up. Pretty Deadly takes advantage of the confusion and immediately tries to team up on both DIY and the Lucha Brothers, attacking them from behind. Kit Wilson and Elton Prince attempt to double-team Johnny Gargano, but Gargano shows off his agility, dodging their attacks and landing a dropkick on both men. Meanwhile, Fénix and Penta attack Ciampa with a double dropkick, sending him out of the ring. The Lucha Brothers then hit a double suicide dive to Pretty Deadly on the outside, sending the crowd into a frenzy. The high-flying offense of the Lucha Brothers is on full display as they quickly get back in the ring and go after DIY. Gargano and Ciampa regroup and tag in and out, showing off their own fast-paced, technical wrestling. They try to outmaneuver the Lucha Brothers, but Penta and Fénix are too quick, countering every move and hitting several rapid-fire superkicks to both members of DIY. The crowd is split between cheering for the Lucha Brothers and DIY, but Pretty Deadly is starting to get frustrated, trying to get involved wherever they can. Pretty Deadly manages to isolate Johnny Gargano in their corner, taking advantage of the referee’s distraction. They double-team him with an illegal sneak attack behind the ref's back.
The cocky duo lands a few devastating strikes, working on Johnny’s lower back. They go for a cover, but Ciampa quickly breaks it up with a running knee to Elton Prince. As the action spills to the outside, Fénix takes to the ropes and dives over the top, landing on Pretty Deadly with a high-flying crossbody that takes both men out. Penta follows up with a somersault plancha onto both members of Pretty Deadly, showing off their Lucha Libre style with precision. Back inside, DIY has recovered, and they’re able to catch the Lucha Brothers off guard, hitting a double superkick to Fénix. They go for the pin, but Fénix kicks out just in time. Ciampa lifts Fénix for a powerbomb, but Penta interrupts with a springboard missile dropkick to Ciampa. Now it’s down to a chaotic back-and-forth between all three teams. Every member of the match has had their moment to shine, but the intensity only grows as the fight goes on. Pretty Deadly tries to capitalize on the confusion by pulling out underhanded tactics, but the Lucha Brothers and DIY won’t be denied. Finally, in a brilliant moment of teamwork, Fénix and Penta manage to hit their double superkick to Ciampa, knocking him out of the ring. They follow up with their fear factor (Penta’s package piledriver, Fénix’s frog splash combo) on Johnny Gargano, securing the pin.
Match Results: The Lucha Brothers def. DIY and Pretty Deadly (16:07)
Backstage, Roman Reigns sits with a focused expression. Jimmy Uso stands near the door, his arms crossed, his brow furrowed as he watches the hallway outside. Paul Heyman stands quietly near Roman, hands behind his back, clearly aware of the tension building between the group.
Roman’s eyes narrow slightly as he turns his head toward Paul, his voice cold and calculated.
Roman Reigns: (quietly, but with authority) Paul, go find Jey. Bring him here.
The command is direct, without room for debate. Heyman nods, his face showing a brief flicker of hesitation before he straightens up, preparing to leave.
Paul Heyman: (softly, with a nod) Of course, my tribal chief. I’ll handle it.
Paul turns to walk toward the door, but before he leaves, Jimmy steps forward, his voice calm but carrying a hint of frustration.
Jimmy Uso: (softly, almost pleading) Roman, I don’t know if this is a good idea. Jey wants to do this on his own. He’s been standin’ against us, against the Bloodline. You sure you wanna bring him here?
Roman doesn’t immediately respond, his gaze locked on Jimmy. The tension in his eyes is undeniable. After a moment, he lets out a long breath, his tone deliberate and unwavering.
Roman Reigns: (firmly) He’s family, Jimmy. He’s gotta understand that this is bigger than him. Bigger than any of us. He can’t keep fighting alone. I’ve been trying to keep this family together, but if Jey doesn’t see that… then I have to show him.
Jimmy looks at his cousin, eyes full of concern. He’s been through the emotional toll of trying to keep the peace, but even he knows what Roman means. Jey’s refusal to join the fight against the new Bloodline has left a deep rift between them, one that can’t be ignored anymore.
JimmyUso: (softly, frustrated) I just don’t get it, Roman. He’s my brother. But he’s been makin’ decisions that don’t make sense. How long we gonna keep fightin’ for him?
Roman stands up, his presence towering over Jimmy. The weight of his leadership is felt in every word he speaks.
Roman Reigns: (quietly, but with conviction) We don’t give up on family, Jimmy. Not like that. Not on my watch.
Roman steps forward, placing a hand on Jimmy’s shoulder, his grip firm but not without a sense of reassurance.
Roman Reigns: (softer) I’ve spent too long building this family, this Bloodline. I’m not letting it fall apart now. Not when we have a chance to bring Jey back. We can fix this. But I need you with me. I need you to stand with me.
Jimmy hesitates for a moment, looking into Roman’s eyes. There’s a battle within him, but after a beat, he nods slowly. He knows Roman is right, even if the path ahead is uncertain.
Jimmy Uso: (quietly) I’m with you, Roman.
Roman nods, then turns to Paul, who’s standing by the door, ready to leave. Roman’s voice is calm but resolute.
Roman Reigns: (solidly) Go get him, Paul. Make sure he knows this isn’t just about the fight. It’s about family.
Paul gives a quick nod, and as he opens the door, he turns back to give one last glance toward Roman and Jimmy.
Paul Heyman: (seriously) Understood. I’ll bring him.
Paul exits, leaving Roman and Jimmy alone in the room. Roman takes a deep breath, sitting back down on the bench as Jimmy watches him, a mixture of hope and doubt in his eyes.
Jimmy Uso: (quietly) Do you really think Jey’s gonna come back, Roman? After everything?
Roman looks up at Jimmy, his face unreadable but with a flicker of determination in his eyes.
Roman Reigns: (softly) I have to believe he will. Family always finds its way back… eventually.
The camera lingers on the two men, the heavy weight of their words hanging in the air. The Bloodline has been fractured, but there’s a sliver of hope that it can be healed. Roman leans back slightly, his mind already turning to the next steps.
Match #2: LA Knight vs Carmelo Hayes
The two circle each other in the ring. Knight motions for Carmelo to come at him, and they lock up in the center. Knight uses his strength to back Hayes into the corner, holding him there briefly before the referee calls for a clean break. Knight steps back, playing to the crowd, getting a pop from the fans as they cheer for his bold antics. Carmelo, not pleased by the crowd’s reaction, comes back aggressively. They lock up again, but this time Hayes switches it up, quickly transitioning into a side headlock. Knight tries to power out, but Carmelo holds on, wearing him down. Knight, showing his power, lifts Hayes off his feet and throws him into the ropes. On the rebound, Knight catches him with a shoulder block, knocking Hayes down to the mat. Knight taunts the crowd, and Hayes quickly gets back to his feet, visibly frustrated. They circle each other again, but this time, Carmelo strikes first, landing a sharp kick to Knight’s midsection. He follows it up with a fast combination of punches and kicks, taking Knight down to a knee. Carmelo hits the ropes and attempts a springboard crossbody, but Knight catches him and plants him with a spinebuster, showcasing his strength. Knight goes for the cover and gets a two-count.
Knight keeps up the pressure, lifting Carmelo to his feet and landing a series of hard strikes. He whips Hayes into the ropes, catching him with a big boot on the rebound, sending Carmelo down to the mat again. Knight stands tall, shouting “Yeah!” to the crowd, who responds with cheers. Hayes rolls to the outside, trying to regain his composure, but Knight follows him, not allowing him any space. Knight lifts Carmelo up and slams him into the barricade. The fans cheer as Knight controls the pace of the match. He rolls Hayes back into the ring and positions him for the BFT but Carmelo manages to escape, slipping behind Knight and sending him into the ropes. Carmelo quickly follows with a jumping knee to the face, knocking Knight down to the mat. Hayes looks for a high-flying move, climbing the top rope, but Knight quickly gets back to his feet and knocks him off balance. Knight climbs up after him, meeting him at the top. The two exchange punches, but Knight comes out on top, lifting Carmelo onto his shoulders. With a grunt of effort, Knight delivers a massive superplex, crashing both men to the mat. Knight capitalizes, connects with the BFT and gets the victory.
Match Results: LA Knight def. Carmelo Hayes (9:51)
The bell rings, and LA Knight stands victorious, his hand raised by the referee as the crowd cheers. Knight turns around and, out of nowhere, gets with by a Phenomenal Forearm by AJ Styles!! AJ stands over Knight, holding the United States Championship high above his head. He poses in the center of the ring, soaking in the boos from the crowd. AJ smirks down at Knight, clearly pleased with his actions.
The camera cuts to a dimly lit hallway backstage. Paul Heyman, dressed in his usual suit, walks briskly down the corridor, his expression serious yet slightly anxious. He glances at his watch before turning a corner, searching for Jey Uso. He approaches a door and knocks twice, but there’s no answer. He moves further down the hall, his eyes scanning for any sign of Jey.
Finally, he spots Jey Uso, leaning against a wall, staring at the floor, his arms crossed and a distant look in his eyes. Heyman takes a deep breath and approaches him cautiously.
Paul Heyman: (speaking softly, but with authority) Jey… Roman wants to talk to you.
Jey’s head snaps up at the mention of Roman’s name. He lets out a frustrated sigh and shakes his head, a scowl forming on his face.
Jey Uso: (annoyed) Not you again.
Jey pushes off the wall and takes a step forward, his voice rising as he talks to Heyman, clearly fed up with being caught in the middle of the Bloodline drama.
Jey Uso: (angry) Tell Roman I don’t wanna talk to him. I’m not some damn puppet that he can just summon whenever he pleases. I don’t need his so-called “talks” anymore.
Jey glares at Heyman, his frustration palpable. Heyman takes a small step back, trying to maintain his composure.
Paul Heyman: (earnestly) Jey, I understand—
Jey Uso: (cutting him off, raising his hand) No, you don’t understand. You’re just his messenger, Paul. I’m done with all this. I don’t need Roman telling me what to do or how to feel.
Jey takes a deep breath, his voice firm and unwavering.
Jey Uso: (gritting his teeth) Tell Roman… go to hell for me.
With that, Jey storms off, brushing past Heyman with a scowl, not giving him a second glance. Heyman watches him go, his face a mixture of frustration and concern. He stands there for a moment, clearly unsure of how to proceed, before finally turning and walking away, the weight of Jey’s words hanging heavy in the air.
The camera cuts to the ring, where a solemn Nia Jax stands, microphone in hand. The crowd is buzzing with curiosity, wondering what she has to say after the events of Bad Blood.
Nia Jax: (serious, but calm) Last Sunday at Bad Blood… I did something that I’m not proud of. Tiffany Stratton and I were a team, and we were supposed to be on the same page, but my emotions got the best of me. I slapped Tiffany, and I know I hurt her. That wasn’t my intention. So, Tiffany, get out here. We need to talk.
Nia pauses as the crowd eagerly awaits Tiffany’s appearance. Tiffany Stratton’s music hits, and she walks out to the stage. She looks hurt, but she’s standing tall and determined as she heads to the ring, her gaze fixed on Nia. She steps into the ring, standing a little apart from Nia, clearly still processing the situation.
Tiffany Stratton: (softly, but stern) I don’t know what to say, Nia. You hit me. You slapped me in front of the whole world. You were supposed to be my partner.
Nia takes a deep breath, lowering her microphone for a moment. She looks genuinely remorseful, her expression softening as she approaches Tiffany.
Nia Jax: (sincerely) I’m sorry, Tiffany. I let my frustration get the best of me. You didn’t deserve that. You’ve been busting your ass, and we had a great opportunity at Bad Blood, but I… I got carried away.
Tiffany looks at Nia for a long moment, then sighs, clearly torn. She takes a step closer, looking Nia in the eye.
Tiffany Stratton: (slightly begrudgingly) I get it, Nia. I know the pressure we’re under. I was upset too. But I don’t need anyone to fight my battles for me.
Nia Jax: (nodding, remorseful) And I won’t. But I still think we need a little backup. After everything we’ve been through, I don’t think we should be doing this alone. That’s why I made a phone call… to someone who hasn’t been seen in a while.
Before Tiffany can respond, the lights in the arena suddenly cut to black, and a hauntingly familiar music begins to play: "The Goddess" by Alexa Bliss blares through the speakers!!! The crowd erupts with a massive pop as Alexa Bliss makes her way onto the stage, walking with a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. The crowd cheers wildly as Alexa, sporting a darker, more intense look than before, steps into the spotlight. She walks down the ramp, her eyes locked on the ring, where Nia and Tiffany stand. Alexa climbs up the steps and enters the ring, where Nia immediately opens her arms for a hug. The two women embrace, and the crowd reacts positively to their reunion.
Alexa Bliss: (smiling, soaking in the cheers) It’s been over a year since I’ve been in this ring, but let me tell you, I’ve missed every second of it. And now I’m back… to run this division. It’s time to remind everyone who ‘The Goddess’ of the WWE really is. And what better way to get started than putting Sasha Banks and Bayley right back in their place.
The crowd erupts in mixed reactions, some cheering for Alexa’s return, while others jeer her words. Before Alexa can say more, the music for Sasha Banks and Bayley hits, and the arena explodes with cheers as the two march down the ramp. Sasha and Bayley enter the ring, their eyes locked on Alexa, Nia, and Tiffany. The tension between the two teams is palpable, and a back-and-forth exchange begins.
Sasha Banks: (mocking) So, this is what it’s come to? You two, and Tiffany? You think you’ve got the power to control this division now? You’re all delusional.
Bayley: (aggressively) You think you can just waltz back in and put us in our place? You’re out of your damn mind.
Alexa Bliss: (smirking) Oh, please, Sasha. I’ve heard it all before. How long is it going to take before you don’t get your way and you run off to the back, crying like a bitch baby?
The crowd reacts with mixed reactions as Alexa leans in, her voice dripping with sarcasm and venom.
Alexa Bliss: (mocking) Honestly, Sasha, how long before you quit again? You just can’t stand when things aren’t all about you, can you?
Sasha’s eyes narrow, her anger rising at the insult. Without thinking, she slaps Alexa across the face with a sickening crack! The crowd gasps in shock, and Alexa stumbles back, seething with rage. In an instant, all hell breaks loose. Nia charges at Bayley, knocking her down with a huge clothesline. Tiffany quickly grabs Sasha from behind, slamming her into the turnbuckle with a brutal shove. Alexa, furious, swings back at Sasha with a punch, and the brawl escalates into total chaos. Nia and Tiffany overpower Bayley, tossing her to the outside of the ring, while Alexa and Sasha continue to exchange blows. Bayley tries to pull herself back up on the outside, but Nia grabs her by the hair, pulling her into the barricade. Tiffany lifts Sasha up and throws her out of the ring as well. Alexa sends Sasha crashing into the steel steps. Nia, Alexa, and Tiffany stand tall in the center of the ring, victorious in their chaotic assault.
Alexa Bliss: (smiling wickedly, microphone in hand) You want to run this division, huh? Well, this is our division now. Get used to it because this is the new era.
The three women continue to stand tall in the ring, taunting the fallen Sasha and Bayley on the outside. Alexa holds the microphone high in the air, as Nia and Tiffany raise their hands in victory. The crowd erupts in boos, but the trio is undeterred, fully in control of the situation as SmackDown heads to commercial.
Match #3: Andrade vs Shinsuke Nakamura
Both men circle each other in the ring, exchanging tense glares. Andrade lunges first, going for a quick lock-up, but Nakamura smoothly dodges, landing a stiff kick to Andrade’s midsection. Nakamura follows up with a series of forearms and a knee strike to Andrade’s jaw, staggering him. Andrade quickly recovers and counters with a fast-paced combination of punches and kicks, sending Nakamura into the corner. He charges in with a running knee, but Nakamura manages to evade, causing Andrade to crash into the turnbuckle. Nakamura tries to capitalize with a running knee strike of his own, but Andrade ducks just in time, and Nakamura crashes into the corner instead. Both men are quick to recover, with Andrade hitting a springboard dropkick that sends Nakamura to the mat. Andrade then tries to take control with a series of chops, but Nakamura fights back with a devastating strike to the back of Andrade’s head, flipping him over with a snap suplex.
After a few minutes of back-and-forth action, Nakamura takes control with his signature strikes, softening Andrade up for his patented moves. Nakamura goes for the Kinshasa, but Andrade dodges at the last second, creating separation between the two. Nakamura motions to the crowd, clearly irritated by the failed attempt, and suddenly reaches into his tights, pulling out a handful of mist. The crowd begins to murmur, as Nakamura prepares to use the mist, just as he did last week against Andrade. He turns and blows the mist at Andrade, but Andrade has learned from last week’s encounter and ducks at the perfect moment! The mist flies through the air, missing Andrade entirely and heading straight for one of the cameramen at ringside! The mist splashes across the cameraman’s lens, causing a chaotic spray of red liquid. The cameraman stumbles back, and the audience gasps in surprise as the camera angle shifts awkwardly. Taking advantage of Nakamura’s distraction, Andrade charges and plants Nakamura with a Hammerlock DDT! He hooks the leg for the pin and wins.
Match Results: Andrade def. Shinsuke Nakamura (10:36)
The camera cuts backstage to Roman Reigns’ locker room. Paul Heyman enters the room with a concerned look on his face. Roman looks up as Heyman walks in.
Roman Reigns: (looking up, confused) Paul, where’s Jey?
Paul Heyman: (looking uneasy) I… I’m sorry, but Jey doesn’t want to talk to you. He’s made it clear he doesn’t want to see the Tribal Chief.
Roman’s jaw tightens, frustration and confusion crossing his face. He stands up, running a hand through his hair, trying to process the situation.
Roman Reigns: (annoyed) What do you mean he doesn’t want to talk to me? He’s my family!
Paul Heyman: (softly) I tried, Roman. But Jey’s stubborn. He’s not in a good place right now. He… he doesn’t want to hear it.
Just as Roman is about to respond, the door to the locker room swings open with a loud crash. Jey Uso storms in, his face set in a furious scowl. Roman, Heyman and Jimmy both look toward him, surprised by his sudden entrance.
Roman Reigns: (standing up, a slight smirk) I knew you’d come around, Jey. I knew you’d reconsider.
Jey stops in the doorway, glaring at Roman and then turning his gaze to Paul Heyman and Jimmy, who stands off to the side, watching the scene unfold.
Jey Uso: (snapping) I didn’t reconsider anything, Roman. I didn’t come here to make up with you. I didn’t come here to talk about some fake apology. I came here to tell you, Jimmy, and you, Paul, to take your apology and shove it up your asses!
The room is tense. Roman’s expression changes from hopeful to one of frustration and disappointment. Jey steps forward, his voice steady but filled with anger.
Jey Uso: (firmly) And I swear, if any of you—any of you—think about interfering in my match tonight against Jacob Fatu… I will superkick the heads off your shoulders. Every single one of you.
Jey’s words hang in the air, and for a moment, there’s complete silence in the locker room. Roman looks at Jey, his face a mixture of disbelief and hurt, but Jey’s glare never falters.
Roman Reigns: (trying to reason) Jey, we’re family. We can take down Solo, Tama, Tonga, and Fatu together. You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t have to walk this path by yourself.
Jey Uso: (sharply) I don’t need your help, Roman. I don’t need Jimmy’s help. And I sure as hell don’t need Paul’s. I’ve had enough of all of you.
Roman stands in silence, his fists clenched at his sides as Jey continues to stare him down. The tension is unbearable, but Jey doesn’t back down, keeping his eyes locked on Roman.
Jey Uso: (cutting through the silence) You made your bed. Now lie in it.
Without saying another word, Jey turns on his heel and storms out of the locker room, slamming the door behind him with a force that rattles the walls. Roman stands still, staring at the door, his face a mix of frustration and hurt. Paul Heyman watches, his eyes narrowed, knowing the situation has escalated further than anyone anticipated. Jimmy looks at Roman, but the Tribal Chief remains silent, taking a long, deep breath before letting it out slowly.
Roman Reigns: (quietly, to himself) This isn’t over… not by a long shot.
The camera lingers on Roman’s troubled face as the tension in the room continues to build, leaving the future of the Bloodline uncertain.
The camera cuts to the ring where a spotlight is focused on Santos Escobar, standing with a microphone in hand. He’s accompanied by Humberto, who stands confidently beside him, both men looking upset. The crowd boos loudly as Escobar begins his promo, visibly frustrated.
Santos Escobar: (holding the mic, shaking his head in disbelief) You all saw what Kevin Owens did last week, right? Did you all see what he did to my partner, Berto? (pauses for effect) He took out Berto with that disgusting powerbomb on the ring apron. Just think about that for a second. Kevin Owens took out one of my guys.
The crowd boos, and Escobar glares at them, clearly seething with anger.
Santos Escobar: (angrily) Kevin Owens doesn’t care about respect. He doesn’t care about the Lucha tradition, or what we stand for. He only cares about himself. (pauses) And now, because of him, Berto is out of action. Berto, the man who should be competing for a title. Instead, he’s laying in a hospital bed all because of that coward Owens.
Humberto takes the mic from Santos, stepping forward to speak, his face filled with anger.
Humberto Carrillo: (angrily) Kevin Owens thinks he’s tough? Thinks he can just take out whoever he wants? Well, he’s wrong. Because Santos Escobar and I will make sure that Owens pays for what he did. And this time, he’ll have to face the consequences—no more running, no more hiding.
As Humberto raises the mic to his mouth, the familiar sound of Kevin Owens' music blares through the arena. The crowd erupts in cheers as Owens storms out from the backstage area, eyes locked on Escobar and Humberto. He’s visibly furious as he makes his way down to the ring.
Kevin Owens: (boiling with anger, shouting) You two want to run your mouths? You want to keep talking about what I did to Berto? Well, guess what? I don’t regret it for a second. I’ll do the same to both of you if you keep costing me chances at the United States Championship. You’re not getting away with it. You’re gonna pay for what you’ve done.
Owens suddenly slides under the bottom rope and charges toward Escobar, tackling him into the corner and unloading with heavy punches. Humberto tries to intervene but is met with a hard right hand from Owens, knocking him back. The brawl escalates quickly as the crowd roars in excitement. Escobar, realizing things are getting out of hand, quickly backs up and slips out of the ring, making a break for it through the crowd, shouting for Humberto to follow him. Humberto hesitates for a moment, but before he can retreat, Owens grabs him by the arm and sends him into the steel steps. And then, with a sickening thud, Owens hits a massive Powerbomb on Humberto, sending him crashing onto the ring apron. Humberto writhes in pain, clutching his back as Owens stands tall over him. The crowd cheers loudly as Owens looks down at his fallen opponent, breathing heavily, still fired up. Escobar, now halfway up the ramp and yelling from the safety of the crowd, looks furious, but Owens simply stares him down, pointing at him from the ring. Owens raises his arms in triumph, soaking in the adoration of the fans.
Kevin Owens: (taunting) Keep running, Santos. Keep hiding. You’ll get yours soon enough.
Escobar shakes his head, frustrated that his plans have been thwarted once again, while doctors come to check in on Humberto. Owens stands tall in the ring, his eyes burning with determination, knowing that this isn’t over yet.
Match #4: Bianca Belair w/ Jade Cargill vs Indi Hartwell w/ Candice LeRae
Bianca and Indi lock up in the center of the ring, with Indi quickly trying to take control with a wrist lock. However, Bianca powers out of the hold, using her strength to reverse it and take control of Indi’s arm. Indi quickly counters, using her agility to slip behind Bianca and apply a rear waistlock. Bianca breaks free with a snap mare, but Indi pops back up with a quick elbow to Bianca’s face. Indi tries to maintain control with a series of strikes, but Bianca counters with her own punches, creating some separation. She charges at Indi with a clothesline, sending her to the mat. Indi quickly rolls to the outside to regroup, and Candice LeRae offers some words of encouragement, as well as a distraction for Bianca. Bianca, however, doesn’t get distracted, staying focused. She slingshots herself over the top rope, taking out both Indi and Candice with a diving crossbody! The crowd roars with approval as Bianca stands tall, pumping her fist in the air, while Jade Cargill cheers on from the corner.
Indi, now frustrated, slides back into the ring and takes advantage of Bianca’s momentary distraction, attacking Bianca from behind with a chop block to the knee. Indi then locks in a kneebar, trying to weaken Bianca’s base, but Bianca powers out, showing her incredible strength, forcing Indi to release the hold. The match continues back and forth, with Indi focusing on Bianca’s knee and Bianca using her power and agility to land high-impact moves. After several near falls and an intense back-and-forth, Bianca begins to build momentum. Bianca finally nails Indi with a big Dropkick, sending Indi into the corner. Bianca charges and hits a Running Corner Splash, followed by a Northern Lights Suplex for a two-count. The crowd is on their feet as the pace quickens. With the crowd behind her, Bianca signals for the end. She lifts Indi into the air, positioning her for the KOD. Indi struggles, but Bianca powers her up and lands the devastating finisher. She hooks the leg for the pin and wins.

Shayna quickly takes Bianca down with a Knee Strike to the face, while Zoey grabs Jade by the hair and throws her into the turnbuckle. The tag team champions try to fight back, but the surprise attack proves too much. Zoey hits Jade with a Step-Up Enziguri to the back of the head, while Shayna locks Bianca in the Kneebar once again, focusing on the injured knee that had been targeted earlier. Finally, after several moments of chaos, security rushes down the ramp to break up the attack. Shayna and Zoey slip out of the ring, retreating up the ramp with satisfied smiles on their faces as they look back at the carnage they’ve caused. Bianca and Jade are left in the ring, struggling to recover from the attack.
Match #5: Jey Uso vs Jacob Fatu
Fatu wastes no time and charges toward Jey, immediately backing him into the corner with a brutal shoulder thrust. Jey stumbles, but Fatu doesn’t give him a moment to recover. He delivers a powerful series of stiff chops to Jey’s chest, the sound echoing throughout the arena as the crowd reacts with boos. Jey winces in pain with each chop, trying to block the next one, but Fatu continues to dominate with sheer power. Before Jey can react, Solo drives the spike into his throat, causing Jey to gasp for air and crumple to the mat in pain. Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa appear as well and join in on the assault on Jey. Out of nowhere, Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso rush down the ramp, trying to intervene. They slide into the ring, and it looks like the Bloodline might finally be united once again. But the numbers are still overwhelming—Solo, Tama, Tonga, and Fatu are too much for the two men to handle. Before things get even more chaotic, the unmistakable music of Cody Rhodes hits! The arena erupts as Cody Rhodes marches down to the ring, followed by Randy Orton, both of them looking determined. The crowd goes wild as the two legendary figures rush into the ring, joining Roman and Jimmy in fighting off the New Bloodline. The brawl breaks out with Cody, Orton, Roman, and Jimmy all fighting back against Solo, Tama, Tonga, and Fatu. The New Bloodline are furious but clearly at a disadvantage as the faces overpower them. The chaos continues, bodies flying everywhere. Just when it seems like the New Bloodline is about to lose control, they regroup and decide to retreat. Solo signals for a retreat, and reluctantly, Tama, Tonga, and Fatu follow him up the ramp, eyes burning with rage.
The camera focuses on Roman Reigns as he helps Jey Uso to his feet, his hand firmly placed on his cousin’s shoulder. Roman looks genuinely concerned, but Jey swats his hand away with a forceful shove.
Jey Uso: (angrily, his voice shaking) I told you to stay out of my business, Roman! This ain't your fight! It's MY fight!
Roman stands there, looking at Jey with a conflicted but resolute expression. He exhales slowly, before looking Jey dead in the eye.
Roman Reigns: (calmly, with a hint of challenge) You said you’d superkick me, didn’t you, Jey? So go ahead. Do it. Finish what you started.
Roman suddenly drops to his knees in front of Jey, the action shocking the entire arena. The sight of Roman on his knees, hands raised, daring Jey to strike him, creates a chilling moment of tension. Roman yells to the crowd, his voice filled with defiance.
Roman Reigns: (shouting) Do it, Jey! Kick me! You said you would! Right here, right now—make it happen!
The crowd is on the edge of their seats, waiting to see what Jey will do. Jimmy, Paul Heyman, Cody, and Orton all watch in silence, the weight of the moment weighing heavily in the air. Jey looks at Roman, his eyes filled with a mixture of anger, frustration, and confusion. He steps forward, shaking his head, conflicted by the emotions boiling inside him. Jey hesitates for a moment, his fist clenched as he looks down at his cousin kneeling before him. He steps closer to Roman, raising his foot, preparing to deliver the superkick that could break their bond forever. But as Jey’s foot hovers in the air, something shifts in him. He looks into Roman’s eyes and sees not just his cousin, but the man who has been a part of his life for so long. Jey’s emotions finally break through, and he lowers his foot, his face full of turmoil.
Jey Uso: (voice breaking, emotional) I... I can’t... I can't do this... I can’t...

He rises slowly from his knees, his gaze fixed on Jey as he disappears backstage. The camera lingers on Roman’s face, which reveals a small flicker of disappointment mixed with something deeper—perhaps an understanding of what’s to come. Jimmy looks at Roman, unsure what to say, while Cody and Orton stand off to the side, glancing at each other. Heyman, ever the observer, silently takes in the situation, knowing that this fracture within the Bloodline is far from over.
Roman, Paul and Jimmy slowly make their way up the ramp, their expressions a mixture of frustration and confusion. Cody looks ready to leave, wiping the sweat from his brow after a night full of drama and heartache. As Cody turns toward the ropes, preparing to exit the ring, Randy Orton attacks him from behind!!! The crowd gasps in disbelief as Orton drives his elbow into the back of Cody’s neck, sending him crashing to the mat! The Viper’s eyes are cold and calculated, filled with malice as he begins his assault. Orton unleashes a brutal attack, pummeling Cody with heavy fists to the head and shoulders. The sound of each punch landing is sickening, and the crowd is in total shock. Orton grabs the Undisputed WWE Championship and begins using it as a weapon, smashing it repeatedly into Cody’s skull. The impact leaves Cody a bloody mess, the blood pouring down his face as the championship strikes him again and again. Cody’s face is crimson, blood flowing freely as he struggles to fight back, but it’s clear that the Viper has snapped. Orton doesn’t let up, continuing to beat down on Cody’s head, each blow getting more vicious than the last. The crowd is on edge, stunned by the unrelenting violence of Orton’s attack.
Security rushes to the ring, but they can’t get Orton off Cody. The Viper throws them off with ease, continuing the brutal onslaught. As if that wasn’t enough, Orton drags Cody out of the ring and towards the announce table. The crowd begins to realize just how far Orton is willing to go as he tears apart the announce table, throwing monitors and chairs aside with fury. With no hesitation, Orton sets Cody up for an RKO, and he drives Cody’s head into the table, crashing both men into the wreckage as the table shatters beneath them! The crowd erupts in shock as Orton stands over Cody’s broken body, staring down at the mess he’s created. The devastation is complete—Cody is left lying in the debris, barely moving, blood staining the once-pristine white of his gear.
But Orton isn’t finished. No, he’s far from done. After a brief pause, he returns to Cody, who is struggling to move. Orton pulls him up again, and the crowd can feel the tension building as he delivers another RKO, this time even more brutal than the first. Cody’s body crashes into the debris again, and this time the damage seems even worse. The crowd’s boos are deafening, and a sick, twisted grin spreads across Orton’s face as he surveys the carnage. Security, now joined by Nick Aldis, rushes to the scene to stop the attack. They struggle to pull Orton away from the bloodied Cody, but Orton fights them off, his sadistic glee visible on his face. After several moments of resistance, the officials finally manage to escort Orton away from the scene, up the ramp, as the crowd continues to boo and jeer. Orton doesn’t care—he’s done what he came to do. He’s left Cody Rhodes broken and bloodied, and that’s all that matters. The cameras zoom in on the devastating aftermath. The once-hopeful Cody Rhodes has been decimated in the most brutal fashion. As Orton disappears to the back, the crowd remains in stunned silence, processing what they’ve just witnessed. The betrayal from Randy Orton has completely changed the landscape of the night—and possibly the course of Cody Rhodes’ future.
