A pretty decent pop as we open this edition of Monday Night Raw with Breezango making their way out. They each have a selfie stick in hand as they pose for the live crowd in attendance.
Michael Cole: It's Monday Night and you know what that means. Welcome to Monday Night Raw!
Big Show: And we have a big show in store tonight!
Michael Cole: That's right in our main event Andrade Cien Almas and Aleister Black will sign the contract to make their Universal title match at the Royal Rumble official.
Big Show: But that's not all. We will see Dolph Ziggler in action against Danny Burch.
Michael Cole: Sonya Deville will take on Lacey Evans.
Big Show: And The Street Profits will take on EC3 and Drake Maverick!
*DALE GAS*
Humberto Carrillo makes his way out next and slaps hands with a few of the young kids in the front row before hopping over the ropes and joining Breezango in the ring. All 3 men start to talk battle plans and Humberto even joins in as they all take a selfie!
Michael Cole: But right now we are starting Monday Night Raw off with an eight-man tag!
Big Show: That's right after last week's Cruiserweight title number one contender's match Breezango and Kalisto wanted to get their hand on the Ungovernables after Zelina's involvement in the closing stages of the match so Adam Pearce made this eight-man tag.
Michael Cole: And Humberto was more than happy to step to team with Kalisto and Breezango to get his hands on the Ungovernables once again.
*FEARLESS WARRIOR*
Kalisto makes his way out next getting a decent reaction from the live crowd. He hypes the crowd up with his Lucha Lucha Lucha chant before leaping into the ring and joining his tag team partners tonight.
Big Show: But they will be facing a unit that are getting more and more practice together as a team.
Michael Cole: However their leader Andrade Cien Almas will not be taking part in this match as he gets ready for his contract signing with Aleister Black.
*COAT OF ARMS*
Loud boos as The Ungovernables make their way out to the ring and as always the group are led by Zelina Vega! We see Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ilja Dragunov, and Dominik Dijakovic as all 4 men walk to the ring focused on getting the job done.
Big Show: A win tonight for The Ungovernables would give them some much-needed momentum ahead of the Royal Rumble.
Michael Cole: Well it will also further Zelina's case when it comes to getting Ilja Dragunov into the Royal Rumble as well.
Big Show: She has been trying to convince Adam Pearce to give Ilja Dragunov a place in the Royal Rumble after he missed out on being the number one contender for the Cruiserweight title last week.
Michael Cole: But Adam Pearce is keeping his cards close to his chest when it comes to Ilja getting a spot in the Royal Rumble!
Back in the ring we can see Ilja Dragunov step into the ring starting the match for the Ungovernables whilst Kalisto steps into the ring and looks to start the match for his team. The referee then calls for the bell to get the opening match underway!
Match 1: The Ungovernables (Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ilja Dragunov and Dominik Dijakovic) w/Zelina Vega and Andrade Cien Almas vs Breezango, Humberto Carrillo and Kalisto
Match summary: This is a fast-paced affair with the majority of the actions contested between everyone but Dominik Dijakovic. Both teams show off what they can do in the ring but as the match goes on we see The Ungovernables slowly start to take control of their match as their experience as a team comes through. They grind down Fandango in the corner as they work him over until Fandango gets free and escapes as he makes the hot tag bringing Humberto back into the match... BUT DOMINIK DIJAKOVIC IS ALSO BROUGHT INTO THE MATCH! Dijakovic dominates Humberto Carrillo and hits several power moves before scooping him up for FEAST YOUR EYES! Dijakovic makes the cover as the rest of the Ungovernables run interference stopping their opponents as they pick up the win!
Winners via pinfall: The Ungovernables (9:34)
Boos ring out but Zelina Vega doesn't care as she climbs into the ring and applauds her clients for a job well done tonight. The fighting carries on at ringside for a short while but The Ungovernables soon take care of Breezango and Kalisto knocking them down. Dominik Dijakovic meanwhile gets to his feet cutting an imposing presence in the ring.
Michael Cole: The Ungovernables pick up another win!
Big Show: And you have to wonder who can stop the Ungovernables in the Rumble? They are starting to get better and better as a team plus Dijakovic looks damn near unbeatable at the moment.
As the Ungovernables pose in the ring all standing in a line, Zelina asks a stagehand at ringside for a microphone before heading back to the center of the ring.
Zelina Vega: Tonight, my clients showed the world why they are truly ungovernable! No one can stop these men.
She has a smirk on her face as she carries on and walks over to them one by one starting with Shinsuke Nakamura.
Zelina Vega: Shinsuke Nakamura. A former Royal Rumble winner. Has fought for the WWE title at Wrestlemania.
She walks up to the next man in line Cesaro.
Zelina Vega: Cesaro. A former United States Champion and a six-time tag team champion. A tag team specialist who has eliminated giants from battle royals before.
Michael Cole (on commentary): I think she's talking about you there buddy.
No shit Michael. Zelina then walks up to Dominik Dijakovic who looks especially intense.
Zelina Vega: Dominik Dijakovic. One of the most dominant athletes you will ever see. Only one man has managed to pin him.
She then reaches Ilja Dragunov and points at him.
Zelina Vega: And lastly the only one not in the Rumble Ilja Dragunov. Someone who has fought all over Europe and is a future Cruiserweight Champion. Trust me Adam Pearce, you will add him to the Rumble match.
Zelina then walks back to the center of the ring as she looks at the live crowd.
Zelina Vega: One of my clients will win the Royal Rumble and when they do Roman Reigns or Jeff Hardy, they are coming for your title.
A smirk is on her face as she isn't done.
Zelina Vega: People have been asking me what if Andrade loses his title at the Rumble. The answer is he won't.
Confident answer by Zelina.
Zelina Vega: Tonight we will sign the contract to make it official and once we do, maybe Black will realize no one can stop Andrade.
Zelina drops the microphone as she stands in front of the rest of her clients as they cut an imposing presence in the ring.
Michael Cole: Strong words from Zelina and she is right that we will hear from Andrade Cien Almas later tonight.
Big Show: But you heard her correctly. All three of her clients in the match have to be considered viable contenders to win the Royal Rumble and if they work together. And that's without Ilja Dragunov being added to the mix!

When we return from the commercial break, we see The Authors of Pain in a pair of black suits. They are sat down facing the camera with their tag team titles around their waist.
Akam: Last week, we showed The Usos what pain truly means.
Rezar: We let them know what awaits them.
Akam: This isn't the tag team division they used to rule anymore.
Rezar: This is our division now.
Akam: The Usos used to run the division.
Rezar: They were the faces of the division.
Akam: That's no longer the case.
Akam and Rezar each lift their World tag team titles into the air with one hand showing them off to the camera.
Rezar: We run this division with an iron fist.
Akam: Jimmy you've spent months on the shelf.
Rezar: We'll put you back there and this time your brother will be joining you!
The Authors of Pain glare ominously at the camera as we cut back to the commentary team at ringside.

Michael Cole: Strong words from our World tag team champions ahead of next week's World tag team titles match.
Big Show: And we will hear from The Usos later on tonight, who are still not one hundred percent after the beating last week.
Michael Cole: Well we have seen the Authors of Pain end the careers of the Ascension and Sin Cara. Could The Usos be next?
*GO HARD*
A pretty loud pop from the live crowd as Mustafa Ali makes his way out! The Cruiserweight Champion has his title around his waist and even takes a few pictures with the fans in the front row on his way to the ring.
Big Show: Last week Mustafa Ali made his thoughts on the number one contender very clear.
Michael Cole: I mean look how much being Cruiserweight Champion means to Ali. To see someone wanted to use it as a prop to prove something clearly angers Mustafa Ali.
Big Show: Well we will hear from Ali now to see if his stance has softened in the last few weeks.
Mustafa Ali is now stood in the center of the ring as he looks like he is going to speak but doesn't straight away and instead unhooks the Cruiserweight title from his waist, placing it on the mat before getting back to his feet as he looks to address the live crowd pointing as his title on the mat.
Mustafa Ali: This title means the world to me.
He bends down and takes a seat on the mat next to his title belt as he looks to carry on.
Mustafa Ali: Holding this belt, a belt held by one of my idols Rey Mysterio and proving to myself that I can measure up to him. It's something I dreamed of as a kid.
Ali lets out a small smile.
Mustafa Ali: I also get to show my fans in the WWE Universe how to do things correctly. I get to be an icon for people who look like me and show them that you can be accepted.
Ali smiles before it fades as he looks at the title once more time.
Mustafa Ali: What this title isn't, is a shiny prop to get approval from someone.
Ali looks serious as he picks the title up off the mat and places it on his shoulder.
Mustafa Ali: This title means you are the best wrestler in the world under two hundred and five pounds! This title means being a role model to kids watching at home. This title means...
*I CAME TO COLLECT*
Loud boos ring out as we hear the music for the challenger in 3 weeks at the Royal Rumble, Lio Rush make his way out in a fancy suit and with a ton of bling on his wrist as well as around his waist which does little to impress Mustafa Ali in the ring. Lio though is oblivious to this (or doesn't give a damn) as he walks down the entrance ramp and joins Ali in the ring. He speaks to someone at ringside and gets given a microphone as he has a staredown with Mustafa Ali.
Lio Rush: Ali, my main man.
Lio sticks his hand out looking for a handshake but Ali just glares at him. Lio Rush sensing tension awkwardly chuckles and pulls his hand back.
Lio Rush: OK I'm sensing a bit of tension here.
Lio's attempt to lighten the mood doesn't work as Ali stares him down.
Lio Rush: Listen I know how much the belt means to you but the main man needs it. I need to prove to Lashley I'm worthy of being his manager.
Boos from the crowd as Ali looks unmoved and unimpressed.
Lio Rush: The main man thinks I'm a failure and I need to prove the twenty-five-year-old piece of gold is anything but a failure.
Lio looks to Ali for a response but the champion just stares at him still unimpressed.
Lio Rush: So I had a business proposal for you. If I give you...
Ali steps forward and gets right in Lio's face.
Mustafa Ali: If you think there is a chance you can buy this title from me, you're even more naïve and stupid than I thought!
Massive pop from the crowd as Lio Rush is taken aback by Ali's response.
Lio Rush: Listen Ali, I'm just trying to make things easy for you...
Mustafa Ali: Easy for me? Easy? No wonder Bobby Lashley wanted to get rid of you because you don't know when to shut up!
Lio Rush looks taken aback and soon gets angry as Mustafa Ali steps forward towering over his opponent at the Rumble.
Mustafa Ali: If you come to the Royal Rumble with this attitude, I will make sure you walk out humbled. You can run your mouth about being a piece of gold but all I've seen you be is Lashley's sidekick.
Lio is unsure what to say as Ali heads towards the ropes.
Mustafa Ali: When you learn how to stand on your own two feet, you might have a chance. Till then...
Ali drops the microphone and leaves the ring turning his back on Lio Rush. Lio though heads to the ropes looking to get Ali's attention.
Lio Rush: And people call me arrogant.
Ali ignores him and keeps on walking further angering Lio Rush.
Lio Rush: Oi Ali!
Ali turns around not impressed but does stop walking as he looks at Lio in the ring.
Lio Rush: Just because I want to be Lashley's manager, doesn't mean I can't go in this ring! I am one of the best wrestlers on the planet and there is no Cruiserweight better than me.
Loud boos as Lio Rush hypes himself up.
Lio Rush: I've wrestled around the world but I'm smarter than you. Hell I'm smarter than all these people!
Louder boos for the cheap heat as Ali rolls his eyes.
Lio Rush: I know the damage this business can do to my body so I only step into the ring when I have to! And I have to win that title to get Bobby Lashley to accept me as his manager again!
Lio paces around the ring before pointing at Ali again.
Lio Rush: You think I'm just some fool who won because of a fluke? I'll prove myself next week. Put me in the ring against any former Cruiserweight Champion and I'll beat them!
Lio Rush sending a challenge out to the locker room.
Lio Rush: And at the Royal Rumble make sure you watch the clock because it will be Rush Hour!
Loud boos from the crowd as a fired-up Lio Rush stands in the ring. Meanwhile Mustafa Ali watches from the entrance ramp shaking his head, and tells Lio off-mic that the title will stay with a real champion.
Michael Cole: Well strong words from both men here ahead of the Royal Rumble.
Big Show: And a big challenge issued by Lio Rush. You have to wonder who Adam Pearce will pick for him to face on next week's show?
Michael Cole: But up next, we will see The Street profits take on EC3 and Drake Maverick in tag team action. Don't go anywhere!

When we return from the commercial break, we cut to a video package showing us highlights of the first time these two met in the ring. We see Andrade in his old suspenders outfit and we see the crowd reacting to Aleister Black for the first time. We see clips of the match as the two men put on a decent show but this is pre-Vega Andrade so Black ends up winning in fairly dominant fashion as the video package comes to an end and we cut back to the commentary team at ringside.

Michael Cole: Andrade and Black have come a long way since their first clash in NXT.
Big Show: You can see the difference Zelina Vega has made to Andrade throughout the last three years.
Michael Cole: Well I've got an update to what we saw during the commercial break, Lio Rush has gotten his wish and next week will go one on one with former Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto!
Big Show: Kalisto is not only a former Cruiserweight Champion but has also held the United States title on two occasions. It will be a good opportunity to prove himself next week.
*TOP ONE PERCENT*
Boos from the crowd as EC3 makes his way out and he is soon followed by his butler Drake Maverick. EC3 looks in a cocky mood as he walks down the entrance ramp and walks at a pace that Drake struggles to keep up with as he reaches the ring. EC3 though waits for Drake to catch up so he can open the ropes for him.
Michael Cole: Well this match was made per the Street Profits request and we will see if they can pick up the win tonight.
Big Show: Big match for both teams. Whoever wins might put themselves in line for a tag team titles shot against whoever walks out of next week's tag team titles match as the champions.
*BRING THE SWAG*
Cheers from the crowd as The Street Profits make their way out and they have red cups in their hands. They toast with each other tossing them into the crowd and walk to the ring ready to get their hands on EC3. Angelo Dawkins starts for the Street Profits whilst EC3 starts for his team to get this match underway.
Match 2: EC3 and Drake Maverick vs The Street Profits
Match summary: Early on we see EC3 control the match and use his size advantage to overwhelm Angelo. However, it soon becomes clear that EC3 doesn't trust Drake Maverick to get the job done and The Street Profits use this to isolate EC3 for a little bit. EC3 does eventually turn the tide and brings Drake Maverick into the match. Drake shows off some of his moves but soon the teamwork of The Street Profits allows them to cut Drake off from tagging out. EC3 tries to cheat but the Street Profits take him out with a SHIRANUI OFF DAWKINS BY FORD! EC3 rolls out of the ring as Drake tries to attack Dawkins who scoops him up and hits a POP-UP SPINEBUSTER AS FORD LEAPS OFF THE TOP ROPE HITTING A SPLIT-LEGGED FROG SPLASH! Ford hooks the leg and The Street Profits pick up the win!
Winners via pinfall: The Street Profits (7:07)
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins get to their feet as they share a hug and start to dance in the ring happy to have picked up the win tonight. On the outside meanwhile, we can see EC3 starting to come to and he looks annoyed.
Michael Cole: A big win for The Street Profits tonight.
Big Show: And that win tonight might put them back in contention for the tag team titles!
The Street Profits carry on their celebrations in the ring whilst EC3 scalds Drake Maverick outside the ring. He can be seen screaming at Drake Maverick after the loss tonight as we cut to a commercial break.

When we return from the commercial break, we see Taynara Conti and Xia Li are backstage as they seem to be training with each other. Both women can be seen practicing their martial art skills on each other with the pair being evenly matched when it comes to fighting each other in training. As the training session comes to an end the pair sit on the end of the blue mats on the floor in their white robes and face the camera, both clearly warned out from the training.
Taynara Conti: Last week, I stepped into the ring with Ronda Rousey. I proved I can compete with the best. I may have lost but I know I can get better and beat her.
Conti turns to her tag team partner and friend who nods agreeing with her.
Xia Li: You did good but the first rule of martial arts is to keep improving and to keep getting better.
Both women look at the camera.
Xia Li: By fighting people stronger than you, you become better.
Taynara Conti: So we are entering the Royal Rumble.
Xia nods.
Xia Li: We may be underdogs but we will fight to make our families watching back home proud.
The camera focuses on the Brazilian and Chinese flags in the background before cutting back to them.
Taynara Conti: And if I win, I'm coming back for you Ronda.
Xia Li: What you did last week to us was without honor.
Taynara Conti: The Real Horsewomen will soon learn why I'm a little bit cray cray.
The promo on that note comes to an end as we cut back to the commentary team at ringside.

Meanwhile, in the ring, we can see the Singh Brothers in the ring ready for action getting boos from the live crowd.
*GO, GO, GO*
A small pop from the live crowd as The B-Team make their way out. They look fired up as they fire each other on the way down the entrance ramp. Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel climb into the ring as Curtis Axel starts for his team whilst Samir Singh starts the match for the Singh Brothers.
Match 3: B-Team vs The Singh Brothers
Match summary: The Singh Brothers for once actually get some offense in and give the B-Team a bit of trouble. However in the end the B-Team proves to be too much for The Singh Brothers as Curtis Axel puts Samir away with the PERFECT PLEX! Bo Dallas takes care of Sunil and the B-Team pick up a rare win!
Winners via pinfall: B-Team (3:23)
Decent cheers from the live crowd as The B-Team get to their feet and wildly celebrate the win, not used to picking up victories in the last few years.
Michael Cole: The B-Team with the victory tonight and maybe they could also be in line for a future World tag team title shot?
Big Show: If the B-Team can use this win to gain some momentum with a few more wins, they might get the chance to fight the Authors of Pain or The Usos.
Back in the ring, we see Bo Dallas has made his way over to the ropes as he asks for a pair of microphones. He heads back over to his tag team partner Curtis as he passes him the microphone as well.
Bo Dallas: Mojo, we heard your challenge last week and if you bo-lieve I'm going to turn it down, you don't know me.
Curtis slaps the chest of his tag team partner and friend as he steps forward.
Curtis Axel: This man, just like me has this business in his blood. It's all we know. Coming to this ring and pleasing you people.
Cheap pop but not very loud.
Bo Dallas: So Mojo, you ain't ever killing our hype. And next week I'll show you that you ain't even a B player around here.
Bo and Axel both drop their microphones as they bring the promo to an end and start to leave the ring.
Michael Cole: Well Adam Pearce has just let me know that he has made the match official. We will see Mojo Rawley take on Bo Dallas next week.
Big Show: Mojo is out to kill everyone's hype but will Bo Dallas' self-belief be too much for him?

The camera then cuts to Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman backstage as they are walking down the hallway as they head to the ring!
Michael Cole: Business looks like it is about to pick up!
Big Show: After the commercial break, it looks like we are going to hear from Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman. Don't go anywhere!

*NEXT BIG THING*
A massive mixed reaction from the live crowd as the final boss of WWE Brock Lesnar makes his way out and he is joined by Paul Heyman as always. Brock doesn't have his signature smirk however as he marches down the entrance ramp and this worries Paul Heyman, as this is very unlike the Beast Incarnate.
Michael Cole: We heard from Paul Heyman last week and if he is to be believed Brock Lesnar is not happy.
Big Show: And an unhappy Brock Lesnar is a...
Brock Lesnar: Hurry up Paul!
Paul does what Brock says and sprints down the rest of the ramp as he desperately climbs into the ring not wanting to piss off the beast. As he joins Brock in the ring, he gets the microphone slammed into his chest by Brock causing Paul to double over before regaining his composure as he looks to speak.
Paul Heyman: Um as you saw last week, my client Brock Lesnar isn't a happy man.
No jumping up and down on the spot. No smiling from Lesnar tonight.
Paul Heyman: And when Brock Lesnar is unhappy, people get hurt!
Brock cranks his neck as he cuts an imposing presence next to his advocate Paul Heyman.
Paul Heyman: Now Adam Pearce I know is new to this, so I'm going to give him some advice.
Paul does his best insincere smile.
Paul Heyman: After all I used to run Smackdown Live during one of its most successful periods.
Brock shoots Heyman a look and Heyman gets a little nervous.
Paul Heyman: But I suggest you make keeping this man happy your number one priority.
Brock goes back to glaring at the camera once again staring at the camera menacingly.
Paul Heyman: Because when Brock is angry, people get hurt. Careers come to an end and he will reign a terror down on this...
Brock grabs the microphone from Paul shocking the advocate and the fans as well.
Brock Lesnar: Get to the f****** point Heyman!
That gets a pop from the crowd not expecting that. Brock slams the microphone back into Heyman's chest sending him backward and nearly knocks him over. Paul Heyman regains his composure but still looks nervous.
Paul Heyman: As I was saying, AJ Styles I suggest you come out here right now!
Massive pop for the prospect of Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles clashing. Brock meanwhile takes the microphone from Heyman again.
Brock Lesnar: And you better bring your two little bitches as well!
Brock tosses the microphone down to the mat and gets ready for a fight. Paul Heyman scurries behind the beast and out of the ring in anticipation for what's about to happen next...
*BRAUN/ I AM STRONGER*
A massive pop partly due to shock as the Monster Among Men marches out with a microphone in hand. Brock does not look happy but Braun Strowman marches towards the ring.
Braun Strowman: Brock, you can keep ducking me and trying to fight a man I destroyed last year! But that won't stop you from getting these hands!
The fans chant along with that last bit of the line as Braun tosses the microphone to the floor keeping it short and sweet as he climbs over the ropes and BROCK CHARGES AT HIM! The fight is on as the two monsters start brawling with each other in the ring, giving us a preview of what could happen in the Royal Rumble! Brock looks like he is taking control of the brawl as he uses his UFC experience to takedown Braun Strowman and looks to try locking him in a KIMURA!
Braun though fights back and keeps punching Brock Lesnar until he lets go of his arm! Brock stumbles backward as Braun gets to his feet and runs off the ropes hitting BROCK WITH A T-REX DROPKICK! Brock is taken aback by this as he falls down to the mat again and starts laying into Brock with a series of blows. Braun then lifts Brock up and looks to get ready to hit him with the RUNNING POWERSLAM... BUT BROCK FIGHTS OUT OF IT! Both men end up on their feet as they size each other up to cry on fighting...
As a SWARM OF SECURITY GUARDS COME OUT TO SEPERATE BOTH MEN! Loud boos from the crowd who start to chant let them fight as Brock and Braun try to break free but it is no use as the security team gets the situation under control as Adam Pearce makes his way out and instructs the security guards to keep it under control. Both men try to break free and nearly do a couple of times but security keep it under control just about.
Michael Cole: Chaos here on Monday Night Raw! Truly anything can happen on this show!
Big Show: Michael could you imagine what would happen if these two collided in the Rumble? Braun will be desperate to avenge his poor record against Brock Lesnar.
Michael Cole: Well as our security team gets this situation under control, up next we will see Sonya Deville taking on Lacey Evans in singles action.
As we cut to the commercial break, we can see Braun Strowman promising Brock Lesnar will get these hands whilst Lesnar just taunts him and is ready for a fight as the screen goes to black.

Boos from the live crowd as we return from the commercial break and one-half of the Women's tag team champions Lacey Evans is making her way out, joined by The Queen Charlotte Flair. Charlotte is in a pair of high heels and a fancy dress whilst Lacey is in her traditional ring attire.
Michael Cole: Welcome back to Monday Night Raw and after the chaos we saw just before the break, we are going to see one-half of the Women's tag team champions Lacey Evans in singles action against Sonya Deville!
Big Show: And The Queens of WWE are very busy at the moment. They will have to defend their tag team titles on NXT this Wednesday against Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter but whoever wins that match will face the Iiconics on Friday Night Smackdown!
Michael Cole: Heavy is the head that wears the crown.
*SQUARE UP*
A decent pop from the live crowd as Sonya Deville makes her way to the ring and she is joined by her tag team partner Mandy Rose. Sonya ties her hair up and walks to the ring tightening her gloves ahead of this match. Charlotte talks some trash to Sonya as she steps inside the ring but Mandy keeps her calm. The referee then calls for the bell to get the match underway!
Match 4: Sonya Deville w/Mandy Rose vs Lacey Evans w/Charlotte Flair
Match summary: Early on both women lock up in the center of the ring. It is fairly evenly matched as Lacey looks like she is controlling the exchange until Sonya grabs hold of Lacey's arm! She looks to go for the KIMURA EARLY BUT LACEY SCRAMBLES TO THE ROPES! Sonya breaks it on the count of 3 as we see Charlotte heading over to Lacey as she gives her tag team partner some advice. Sonya meanwhile smirks and tells Lacey to square up once again. Lacey gets back to her feet and looks annoyed but goes back on the attack, showing off her strength from her days in the marines.
Sonya however stays alive and starts to go after the right arm of Lacey once again! Lacey starts to lose strength in her right arm as the match goes along as Sonya focuses on the most lethal part of Lacey's offense. Lacey struggles with grip as the match goes on and this allows Sonya to take advantage! However, Lacey suddenly turns the tide and shocks Sonya with THE WOMEN'S RIGHT! Lacey grabs her arm and makes a weak cover 1 2 Sonya kicks out!
Lacey looks shocked Sonya managed to kick out but Big Show on commentary mentions the work Sonya has done to the right arm of Lacey and it must have weakened the power of the Women's Right! Lacey noticeably grabs her right arm and winces in pain but signals she is going up top. She heads to the ropes and leaps to the top before going for the SASSY SAULT... SONYA GETS HER KNEES UP! Lacey bounces up and clutches her stomach as Sonya grabs her arm and locks in a KIMURA! Lacey tries to scramble to the ropes as Charlotte looks to push them forward but MANDY SEES THIS AND LAYS OUT CHARLOTTE! Lacey knows she ain't going to make it to the ropes and taps out!

Loud boos ring out as we see THE REAL HORSEWOMEN slowly walk out and it's not just Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir but SHAYNA BASZLER AND RONDA ROUSEY are here too. All 4 women have a smirk on their faces as they look at each other and run down the entrance ramp as they start to attack Sonya Deville and Lacey Evans in the ring. Mandy seeing this goes to save Sonya but CHARLOTTE CHOP BLOCKS HER FROM BEHIND! Mandy doubles over and Charlotte rolls Mandy back into the ring to the wolves.
Lacey is on the edge of the ring as Shayna looks to lock her in KIRIFUDA CLUTCH but Charlotte grabs Lacey Evans and drags her out of the ring saving her. We see Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler near the ropes as we get a staredown between them and Charlotte Flair for a few seconds before she flees with Lacey Evans getting the hell out of dodge, grabbing their tag team titles on the way out. Ronda and Shayna meanwhile go back to beating down Fire and Desire in the ring as...

A loud pop as BAYLEY makes her way out and she is soon joined by KAIRI SANE! Both women have kendo sticks in hand as they sprint down the ramp and slide into the ring as they wail on Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir taking them out with ease! Ronda and Shayna turn around and they each get a kendo stick to the head knocking each of them out. Bayley and Kairi look to carry on the attack however Ronda and Shayna leave the ring as they start to retreat up the ramp. Bayley and Kairi dare the pair to come back but both head up the entrance ramp shaking their heads.
Michael Cole: Thank god for Bayley and Kairi Sane tonight. Without them, who knows what would have happened?
Big Show: Bayley will be desperate to get her hands on Ronda Rousey ahead of their Women's Universal title match at the Royal Rumble.
In the ring Fire and Desire slowly get to their feet as Sonya and Bayley share an awkward look whilst Mandy checks on her friends as we cut to a commercial break.

When we return from the commercial break, we see clips from the NXT title match at NXT Takeover New Orleans. We can see how much Andrade has grown and improved under the guidance of Zelina Vega. Black meanwhile though is the same stoic badass he has been ever since he appeared in NXT. We then see the finish of the match as Zelina Vega's interference backfiring on Andrade and Black finishes him off with a BLACK MASS to become NXT Champion!

We then cut to the backstage area as we see Bayley and Kairi Sane walking through the back as they are talking with Fire and Desire.
Sonya Deville: Listen we didn't ask for your help...
Mandy Rose: What Sonya is trying to say is...

Mandy is a bit taken aback as Sonya walks closer to Bayley. Kairi is on guard as Sonya sticks a fist out.
Sonya Deville: Thank you. We owe you one.
Bayley and Kairi fist bump the intense Sonya who walks off, soon joined by Mandy Rose. The pair look like they are about to walk off when they are stopped by Renee Young!
Renee Young: Bayley, Kairi can I get a few words with you?
Kairi and Bayley both nod.
Renee Young: Why did you two go out there and save Fire and Desire?
Bayley: Listen I've had my issues with them this past year but the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Kairi Sane: Unless it is Sasha Banks.
Bayley smirks slightly.
Bayley: Unless it is Sasha Banks. However, you saw The Real Horsewomen doing what they do best. Being cowards and hanger ons.
Kairi Sane: Duke and Shafir.
Bayley: Let's be honest. They only have a job thanks to their friends.

Bayley flashes up the 4 for the camera.
Bayley: You know we can beat you because Becky did. Hell you even brought your friends just so you could have some backup. I've spoken to Becky.
A loud pop from the live crowd.
Bayley: And once her arm is healed, she is coming for yours.
Bayley smiles as she says that.
Bayley: But I warned Becky, if she wants the Universal title she'll have to beat me.
Bayley sending a message to one of her friends as Kairi Sane follows after her and they head elsewhere backstage bringing the interview to a close as we cut to a commercial break.

When we return from the commercial break we see Zack Ryder in the ring, hyping up the fans in the crowd as we cut to the commentary team by the top of the entrance ramp.
Michael Cole: Welcome back to Monday Night Raw and we have some big news. Adam Pearce has signed off on three big matches for the next two weeks of Raw.
Big Show: Next week we will see an NXT Women's title rematch as Shayna Baszler goes one on one with Kairi Sane one more time!
Michael Cole: Not only that but we will see The Queen Charlotte Flair take on the Golden Goddess Mandy Rose!
Big Show: And in two weeks after Sonya pinned Lacey Evans, Adam Pearce after speaking with the board of directors has signed a WWE tag team titles match for Fire and Desire.
Michael Cole: Which will either be against The Iiconics or The Queens of WWE depending on who wins this Friday Night live on Smackdown!
*DESTROYER*
Boos ring out (a few cheers though as always for the Samoan submission machine) as he marches down the ramp and heads towards the ring. Zack Ryder who was smiling before this now has a sense of dread as he knows what awaits him as the referee calls for the bell to get this underway!
Match 5: Samoa Joe vs Zack Ryder
Match summary: Joe starts the match off by smashing Ryder and knocking him over, sending him crashing to the mat. Joe starts laying into Ryder and hits him with a series of hard strikes giving him a battering throughout the match. Eventually, after 2 minutes of battering Zack Ryder, he scoops him up and plants him with the MUSCLEBUSTER! Samoa Joe refuses to make the cover and instead grabs Zack Ryder locking him in the COQUINA CLUTCH! However, as he does CHAD GABLE SLIDES INTO THE RING AND CLOCKS JOE FROM BEHIND WITH THE US TITLE CAUSING THE REFEREE TO CALL FOR THE BELL!
Winner via DQ: Samoa Joe (2:40)
A loud pop from the live crowd even if it means we don't get a proper finish here. Joe drops Zack Ryder and rolls out of the ring, happy to no longer be the one getting being beaten up. Gable though has a wild look on his face and looks angry as hell. He waits for Joe to get back to his feet and CLOBBERS HIM WITH THE UNITED STATES TITLE AGAIN! Gable then drops the United States to the mat before grabbing his right leg and locks in an ANKLE LOCK! Gable has the hold locked on tight as he wrenches back on the right leg of Samoa Joe and the Samoan Submission machine is in a ton of pain as Gable transitions it into a GRAPEVINE!
However, as this is going on we see a swarm of referees rush out from the back as they look to stop this for the second time tonight. They pull Gable off of Joe as Joe stumbles to his feet and looks to attack Gable! The referee then has to stop Joe as these two men look to rip each other apart! Both men keep trying to break free as Adam Pearce for the second time makes his way out and looks stressed out having to deal with another out-of-control brawl between two superstars.
Michael Cole: Once again, Adam Pearce is having to deal with chaos on this week's Raw. We are going to try to get this situation back under control but once we return we will hear from the former Universal Champion Seth Rollins! Don't go anywhere!

A massive mixed reaction when we return but once again, there is a high number of people booing Seth Rollins. He looks at the crowd and sticks his arms out in an almost Jesus-like pose before walking down the ramp. There seems to be a lot of sadness on Seth's face however as he makes his way into the ring and he is clearly affected by the boos he is getting from a loud portion of the fanbase.
Michael Cole: Welcome back to Monday Night Raw on what has been a chaotic night.
Big Show: That's how you know it is Royal Rumble season. Every man for himself as they look to position themselves to earn the opportunity to fight for either the WWE or Universal title at Wrestlemania!
Michael Cole: Well Seth Rollins was last year's Royal Rumble winner and earned the chance to fight Brock Lesnar for the Universal title at last year's Wrestlemania.
Big Show: But you saw how much his loss to Andrade Cien Almas affected him. What is he going to do next?
Seth Rollins has now climbed into the ring and has a microphone in hand. He looks at the fans for a moment as we cut to some of the fans cheering him and some of them booing him. We then cut back to Seth who looks down at the mat before lifting his head up and he gets ready to speak.
Seth Rollins: Last week, uh last week I did something I regret.
Seth sighs as he walks forward and leans on the ropes.
Seth Rollins: I know. Seth Rollins doing something wrong. I'm sure Rey Mysterio and Edge will be stunned.
Seth shakes his head as a few more people start to boo him for the digs at two legends.
Seth Rollins: Two weeks ago, when Charly asked me a question I lost my temper and snapped at her to leave me alone.
Seth sighs before looking at the fans once again.
Seth Rollins: I shouldn't have done that.
Seth shakes his head again with some fans accepting the apology whilst others don't buy it and carry on booing Seth.
Seth Rollins: Charly was just trying to do her job and I snapped at her due to being at my lowest point.
He looks to the fans for support and doesn't get much.
Seth Rollins: I've put so much pressure on my shoulders trying to be your savior.
Seth starts to lift his hand up and raises a finger.
Seth Rollins: Ending Brock's reign of terror.
That gets a loud cheer from the crowd.
Seth Rollins: Seeing off the All-Mighty Bobby Lashley.
Less loud cheers as Seth carries on.
Seth Rollins: Beating the Phenomenal One AJ Styles.
And now it turns to a loud mixed reaction with a lot of people booing Seth Rollins.
Seth Rollins: And then I let you people down losing to the Universal title to Rey Mysterio.
Loud cheers as the crowd pop for the title change in Mexico as Seth for a second looks angry before going back to being sad.
Seth Rollins: Who then lost it to Andrade.
A hint of bitterness as Seth speaks and the crowd picks up on it.
Seth Rollins: I wouldn't have lost that night. I had... I had a plan.
Seth sort of trails off as he says that.
Seth Rollins: And I should have beaten him two weeks ago.
Seth clenches his fist tighter around the microphone he is holding.
Seth Rollins: I'm the Monday Night Messiah. You people look up to me.
Once again some cheers but there is a lot of boos which Seth ignores.
Seth Rollins: And I will not only redeem myself but I will save this show for you by doing what I did last year. Winning the Royal Rumble!
Once again a mixed reaction but it is split evenly between cheers and boos.
Seth Rollins: Very few men have won the Royal Rumble and even less have won it twice!
Seth hyping himself up.
Seth Rollins: And it doesn't matter who I have to go through to do it, I will get another shot at the Universal title as I become a four-time World champion as your Monday...
*PHENOMENAL*
AJ Styles makes his way out getting a mixed reaction too but it is slightly weighted towards cheers. He is not alone however as he is joined by the Good Brothers Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. All 3 members of the Club have a cocky smirk on their faces as they slowly walk towards the ring.
AJ Styles: Seth, Seth. As a country boy from North Carolina there is only one messiah and it ain't you boy.
That gets a good few cheers from the crowd since we are in the south of America.
AJ Styles: No Seth, you are a phony.
Seth glares at AJ Styles as the Phenomenal one carries on.
AJ Styles: I mean you preach about being the messiah and how you are saving this show for these people yet you had to cheat to beat me at Starrcade!
Seth Rollins: Only after you tried to cheat!
AJ smirks.
AJ Styles: For someone who talks about being a messiah, you sure ain't read the bible.
AJ climbs into the ring and is soon joined by the Good Brothers. Wisely Seth Rollins backs off from The Club.
AJ Styles: An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind. You sure ain't setting a good example for these kids.
Seth glares at him but AJ isn't done.
AJ Styles: But then again, these fans already know not to follow your example.
Seth looks angry and is now glaring at AJ who carries on.
AJ Styles: I mean you couldn't get the job done against Andrade. Someone who I beat at Armageddon and should have got a one-on-one Universal title shot against after that!
Seth rolls his eyes.
AJ Styles: But it won't matter when AJ Styles becomes the Phenomenal One in thirty and wins the Royal Rumble!
Seth Rollins: Nice speech AJ but you keep forgetting how many times I've beaten you and your goons the last few months.
AJ smirks as he gets nose to nose with Seth Rollins.
AJ Styles: You have gotten lucky and cheated to beat me. But I know something you can't beat.
Seth Rollins: What's that?
AJ Styles: The fact that Edge and Rey Mysterio were telling the truth!
Seth stands there for a moment letting those words sink in... and PUNCHES AJ IN THE FACE! A mixed reaction from the crowd as The Good Brothers soon react attacking Seth. They lay into him with a series of strikes but Seth starts to fight back and even drops Gallows with a SLINGBLADE BEFORE HITTING ANDERSON WITH A RIPCORD KNEE! However, before he can do much else AJ LOW BLOWS HIM! A much louder amount of boos than cheers for that as AJ looks to the Good Brothers as both men get up ready to carry on the beating...
*BRING THE SWAG*
A loud pop as The Street Profits make their way out and they sprint down the entrance ramp! The Good Brothers turn around as The Street Profits leap off the ropes and lay both members of the Good Brothers out. They then turn to AJ Styles who slides out of the ring and taps his head saying he will fight on his terms. The Good Brothers then also slide out of the ring as The Club start to retreat up the ramp. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins then make their way over to Seth Rollins as they check on him. Seth gives a nod as they help him back to his feet.
Michael Cole: The Street Profits saved Seth Rollins from a further beat down here.
Big Show: Rollins just announced he was entering the Royal Rumble for another shot at the Universal title. I have no doubt AJ intended to take him out.
Michael Cole: Well Seth Rollins even with his recent slump of form he has to be one of the favorites to win the Royal Rumble!
Big Show: But up next after the commercial break, we will see The Brian Kendrick take on Tony Nese. Don't go anywhere!

When we return from the commercial break, we get another highlight package as this time we get a recap of the match between Aleister Black and Andrade Cien Almas at Backlash. We see Paige banning The Ungovernables from ringside including Zelina Vega before the match gets underway. We see how evenly matched the two men are but just when Black is about to win, we hear the music for Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman making his way out distracting Black and this allows Andrade to pick up his first-ever win against Aleister Black!

We then cut back to the ringside area as Tony Nese makes his way out getting a small pop from the live crowd. He sprints down the entrance ramp and leaps over the ropes as he gets ready for action.
Michael Cole: Tony Nese spoke to me earlier tonight and he told me a win tonight over Brian Kendrick will get him back in the Cruiserweight title picture.
Big Show: We saw Tony Nese win the Cruiserweight title at last year's Wrestlemania. He didn't hold it for long and that drives him forward in looking to win the title back.
*MAN WITH A PLAN*
And next making his way out to boos from the crowd is The Brian Kendrick. He has a smirk on his face and a white jacket on as walks down the ramp. He has a very unkempt beard though as he ignores the fans and climbs into the ring ready to start the match.
Michael Cole: The Brian Kendrick upon his return screwed Drew Gulak out of his match with Lio Rush because he had been forgotten about.
Big Show: For a narcissist like The Brian Kendrick the worst thing you can do to him is forget about him.
Match 6: Brian Kendrick vs Tony Nese
Match summary: The match starts off with both men locking up as they try to get an edge in the early stage. The Brian Kendrick loses the early battles and he is not happy about it. After this, he starts using every cheap trick he can think of (eye poke, hair-pulling) to cut Nese off and slowly work over him. There is a very scrappy and nasty flair to The Brian Kendrick's offense and in the end, he is too much for Tony Nese as he forces a tap out with THE BULLY CHOKE!
Winner via submission: Brain Kendrick (6:55)
Kendrick holds onto the Bully choke for a few more seconds with the referee having to pull him off! Kendrick eventually let's go and lifts his arm into the air celebrating a victory in his first match back on Monday Night Raw.
Michael Cole: I may not agree with his methods but it got the job done tonight.
Big Show: And you have to wonder if Drew Gulak was watching this match backstage.
Big Show soon gets his answer as we hear a slow clap coming from the titantron. The camera pans up and we see DREW GULAK STOOD IN A NICE SUIT! He stops clapping as he now has The Brian Kendrick's attention!
Drew Gulak: Kendrick, I must applaud you on a job well done.
Kendrick looks unsure how to react to this as Gulak's smile changes to a frown.
Drew Gulak: You showed the world you are still the same scumbag you always were.
Kendrick now looks angry as Gulak carries on speaking.
Drew Gulak: In your time away you only became more desperate to cling onto a division that has passed you by. A last fleeting chance at glory.
Gulak is cutting deep.
Drew Gulak: But I'm not interested in your desperate attempt to cling on to relevance at my expense. No I want to make this show better for these fans.
Cheap pop as Gulak points to his “for the better” presidential style badge.
Drew Gulak: And that will start when I get rid of you. I promise to make this a better Monday Night Raw and I will never stoop to your levels.
Brian smirks and says off-mic that he'll never beat him then.
Drew Gulak: I'll be seeing you soon Kendrick. And that's not an empty promise, it is a guarantee.
Drew Gulak fades away as we cut back to The Brian Kendrick who looks angry in the ring.
Michael Cole: Strong words from Drew Gulak.
Big Show: Drew for better or for worse has always wanted to make any show he is on better. And he will certainly test the technical limits of the veteran Brian Kendrick in that ring when they finally collide.

When we return from the commercial break we see Charlotte Flair leading her tag team partner Lacey Evans into the medical room. She sends Lacey inside who is still nursing her arm before looking to leave when she is stopped by Charly Caruso. Charlotte doesn't look impressed as she stops Charly from speaking and talks first.
Charlotte Flair: What do you want? Lacey has gone to the medical room to get checked over ahead of our title match in four nights and I've now got to get ready for a title match with a partner who has a busted wheel, so make it quick.
Charly gives her a disgusted look before carrying on with the interview.
Charly Caruso: I was going to ask why you ran away from the Real Horsewomen earlier on tonight?
Charlotte shakes her head.
Charlotte Flair: I didn't run away. I made a tactical retreat.
Cause those are totally different Charlotte.
Charlotte Flair: A Queen fights when a Queen wants to fight. I will fight Ronda Rousey and the rest on my terms.
Charly Caruso: Well my next question has to be this, what do you make of the fact that if you beat The Iiconics this Friday...
Charlotte Flair: WHEN we beat The Iiconics.
Charly pauses for a moment before carrying on.
Charly Caruso: When you beat the Iiconics, you will have to defend your titles in two weeks time against Fire and Desire. How are you going to prepare for so many title defenses in ssuch a short period of time?
Charlotte smirks.
Charlotte Flair: I'm genetically superior. Being a fighting champion is in my blood. It doesn't matter which brand I defend these titles on, no one can stop me. And trust me, once I win the Rumble I refuse to stop at these titles. We will hold all the gold because I have a Flair for gold. WOO!
Charlotte heads into the medical room and brings the interview to a close as we cut elsewhere backstage.

We see The Usos are sat down on steel chairs backstage. Both men are in hoodies but they are open so we can see the tap around their midsections going over their backs after being powerbombed onto a production crate last week. They both look angry as they look at each other before facing the camera.
Jey Uso: Akam, Rezar.
Jimmy Uso: The Authors of Pain.
Jey Uso: You want to be the faces of the division?
Jimmy Uso: Or was it break the faces of the division?
Jey Uso: It doesn't matter. You cheap-shotted us and where we come through, that means war!
Jimmy Uso: Me and my uce, we are hurt. We ain't gonna be one hundred percent.
Jey Uso: But we ain't injured.
Jimmy Uso: We might be hurt but that's part of being the top tag team.
Jey Uso: Fighting through the pain till your body breaks.
Jimmy Uso: I've spent most of last year injured. On the shelf watching from home.
Jey Uso: My back is in a ton of pain but do you think I'm leaving my Uce alone like I was last year!
Jimmy Uso: We may be hurting but those tag team titles. They are worth the pain.

When we return from the commercial break, we can hear a fair few boos as Danny Burch makes his way down the ramp. He shouts some abuse at the fans as he tries to rile them up before stepping into the ring ready for the match.
Michael Cole: Welcome back to Monday Night Raw and we have our final match of the night before our main event contract signing.
Big Show: This match was made after Danny Burch got annoyed with Dolph Ziggler getting interview time and Danny getting none to give us an update on Oney Lorcan.
Michael Cole: Well I can give an update on Oney's condition. He will be out of action for the rest of the month due to the eye injury suffered in their tag team match with The Usos. Something that Danny Burch isn't happy about.
Big Show: Injuries happen in the ring but where Danny comes from, if you put their friend in the hospital in a fight they will put you in the morgue.

A decent reaction by the live crowd as Dolph Ziggler makes his way out and does his signature booty shake for the crowd. However you can tell Dolph Ziggler isn't into it, not even flicking his hair towards the crowd as he heads to the ring.
Michael Cole: Dolph Ziggler has had a bit of a slump in the last few years in his own words.
Big Show: I mean it says how high a standard Ziggler holds himself to. He has won the Intercontinental, North American, and World tag team titles in this period but he wants to become World Champion for the third time.
Michael Cole: Danny Burch could pull off an upset tonight if Ziggler doesn't have his head in the game.
Big Show: And a win for both men is very important as there are still spots in the Royal Rumble available.
Dolph Ziggler climbs over the top rope and steps into the ring as Danny Burch mouths off at him. The referee then calls for the bell to get this match underway.
Match 7: Dolph Ziggler vs Danny Burch
Match summary: Danny Burch starts off the match aggressively when Ziggler goes for a lock-up and instead clobbers him with a series of hard strikes. He goes right on the attack and pressures Ziggler from the start of the match. Ziggler has to roll to the outside on two occasions and Danny refuses to let up from the assault. Burch is really laying Ziggler with a ton of aggression and this does backfire on him as it allows Ziggler to get control of the match laying Danny out.
Ziggler though can't quite put away Danny Burch as he gets to the closing stages of the match. It becomes an even contest as Ziggler uses his agility whilst Burch uses his brawling and strikes. Danny starts to lay into Ziggler with a series of strikes and even gets him caught in the ropes before hitting him with TOWER OF LONDON (Rope hung cutter)! Burch rushes to make the cover but Ziggler gets his foot on the ropes! Burch is angry as he drags Ziggler up to his feet... SO ZIGGLER ROLLS HIM UP! 1 2 3 Ziggler escapes with the victory!
Winner via pinfall: Dolph Ziggler (10:00)
Danny Burch kicks out at 3.01 but it's too late as Ziggler picks up the win. He immediately heads to the ropes and rolls out of the ring as he celebrates on the outside of the ring. Danny Burch meanwhile looks angry and kicks the ropes in anger having been caught out by Ziggler's veteran instincts.
Michael Cole: Danny Burch pushed Ziggler to the limit but it wasn't enough tonight!
Big Show: Ziggler will be happy to have won tonight but will he be happy with how close he came to losing?
We see Ziggler retreating up the entrance ramp and his face tells the full story as he doesn't look happy as we cut to a different slot...

As we get a split-screen showing both Andrade Cien Almas and Aleister Black walking down a hallway and heading to the ring!
Michael Cole: Well up next, we will see our Universal Champion Andrade Cien Almas and his challenger at the Royal Rumble Aleister Black sign the contract to make it official. Don't go anywhere.

When we return from the commercial break, we see Adam Pearce stood in the ring next to the table where the contract will be signed as we see two chairs on either side. There is little reaction from the fans with most still unfamiliar with Adam Pearce as he looks to get the contract signing underway.
Adam Pearce: Oklahoma, how are you doing tonight?
Little reaction but some fans do pop.
Adam Pearce: Now I know you people did not come here to see me.
Well, that is the truth.
Adam Pearce: So let's get this contract signing underway.
Much better reaction from the live crowd as Adam Pearce smiles.
Adam Pearce: First of all let's get the challenger out here. A former NXT Champion Aleister Black!
*ROOT OF ALL EVIL*
Loud cheers as Aleister Black makes his usual theatrical entrance as he slowly rises from the depth of the arena before standing at top of the entrance ramp. He takes his time as he slowly walks down the entrance ramp before climbing over the ropes and walking around the ring as he takes a seat next to the table, remaining stoic as ever.
Adam Pearce: And let's bring our current Universal Champion: Andrade Cien Almas!
*GANGSTER'S PARADISE*
Loud boos though a few fans cheer for Andrade as he makes his way out to the ring and he is joined by the leader of The Ungovernables Zelina Vega! Andrade is in a white suit and is wearing sunglasses looking every bit the star he is. Zelina meanwhile is in a fancy dress as she holds the ropes open for Andrade who takes a moment to pose in the ropes and does the TRANQUILO pose! Once he is done showing off to the crowd he takes a seat across from Black as the two rivals from NXT stare each other down. Zelina meanwhile stands to the side of her client.
Adam Pearce: Thank you both for agreeing to this. I may be new to being in charge but you two, are part of the future of this company.
Zelina takes one of the two microphones off the table.
Zelina Vega: No Andrade is the present. He is the Universal Champion. He was the future but now? He is the best in the world today.
Boos from the crowd as Black sits there quietly. Adam Pearce looks to get the signing back on track.
Adam Pearce: I'm sorry if I offended you Zelina but what I was trying to say is these two men are former NXT Champions. Two men who rose to the top at the same time and now they fight for the biggest prize in WWE!
Cheers from the crowd and a few fans even start up an “NXT” chant.
Adam Pearce: Two of the top stars on Monday Night Raw. Now, do you have anything to say before you sign the contract?
Black looks like he is going to speak, however...
Zelina Vega: Oh I can assure you. We have a lot to say.
Black looks annoyed but gestures for Zelina and Andrade to carry on.
Zelina Vega: Black may be one of the top stars today but Andrade... Andrade is the top star in WWE!
Andrade has a smug grin on his face and pulls out his suit jacket showing off his threads.
Zelina Vega: Andrade was a king in Mexico. And now he is the king of Monday Night Raw.
Zelina leans forward as Black remains calm and composed.
Zelina Vega: Once you sign the contract, you are making the biggest mistake of your career.
Black raises an eyebrow as if to say oh really?
Zelina Vega: See before the Royal Rumble, you are the only person on this roster who has beaten Andrade in a title match.
Andrade looks a bit annoyed by Zelina smiles at her client.
Zelina Vega: Let's ignore for a second the fact Andrade has grown and is ten times the performer he was back in NXT.
Black hasn't moved as he glares at Zelina.
Zelina Vega: You ain't the same force you were back in NXT.
A few ooohs from the crowd as Black looks annoyed for the first time and glares at Zelina. Andrade meanwhile smirks and says Zelina is right as he gestures for her to carry on.
Zelina Vega: I mean when you faced Andrade for the NXT title, you were undefeated. No one knew how to beat you. But along came Tommaso Ciampa.
A few people cheer for Ciampa as Zelina smiles.
Zelina Vega: And from there, things were never the same for you in NXT. You never got your title back and instead were getting attacked in the parking lot.
Black's face is full of anger as Zelina gets a little closer.
Zelina Vega: Left laying in a pool of your own blood. Maybe you should have been like Andrade and left when the time was right.
Zelina stays right in Black's face as we can see Aleister clenching his fists.
Zelina Vega: And then you came to Raw. Once again unbeatable. Dropping everyone who gets in your way... until Brock broke your arm!
Loud boos from the crowd as Black stares at the right arm that was broken as Andrade smirks.
Zelina Vega: And the same pattern followed. Once someone broke you, you lost your aura and became beatable. Brock and Andrade both beat you and at the Royal Rumble, Andrade will once again prove he is truly Ungovernable!
Andrade signs the contract as Zelina Vega puts the microphone down and Adam Pearce turns to an angry Aleister Black.
Adam Pearce: Aleister Black do you have any to say before you sign the contract?
Black sits there for a moment and is clearly still steaming before he gets to his feet. Andrade is on edge as Zelina keeps her client calm.
Aleister Black: Normally I let my actions do the talking...
He glares at Andrade who is ready for a fight but Black remains still.
Aleister Black: But I don't deal in half-truths. Yes I did lose my NXT title, thanks to someone clouded by rage.
Black looks angry and looks down before smirking to himself?
Aleister Black: And that was me last year.
Zelina and Andrade look confused as Black is smiling widely, almost looking manic.
Aleister Black: After Brock broke my arm, you're right. I did become weak but it wasn't because I lost my aura. No, I lost control.
At this point climbs onto the table as Andrade backs off before taking a seat on THE table cross-legged as he stares down the Universal Champion.
Aleister Black: No man is truly good and no man is truly evil. Trust me when I say this, there is a darkness within my soul that once unleash nothing could stop it.
Some say it is known as Malakai Black.
Aleister Black: But that also leads me prone to wrath. We all have our sins. Greed.
He stares at Zelina who just smirks before turning to Andrade.
Aleister Black: Pride.
Andrade also doesn't seem too bothered and just smirks.
Aleister Black: And I let my wrath get the better of me.
He closes his eyes and breaths for a moment before opening his eyes.
Aleister Black: I let Brock distract me twice. It won't happen for a third time.
Black picks up the contract and pen as he places it on his lap signing the contract before putting it to the side.
Aleister Black: And your reigns as Universal Champion will fade...
Black rises to his feet and jumps off the table getting in Andrade's face.
Aleister Black: Fade to Black!
Black drops the microphone and gets right in Andrade's face as the two men stare each other down, inches from each other ready to come to blows as Adam Pearce steps between both men.
Adam Pearce: OK, OK let's not do this now.
Andrade mouths off to Black who remains stoic. Zelina whispers in Andrade's ear getting him to back off slightly.
Adam Pearce: OK good. Right, I have one more announcement to make for next week's Raw.
Neither man takes their eyes off each other.
Adam Pearce: Next week's show you will both be in action.
Cheers from the crowd excited to see two of the best wrestlers in the world wrestle.
Adam Pearce: And it will be in pick your poison matches!
Adam Pearce drops the microphone as both men carry on glaring at each other. Neither breaks eye contact as Zelina starts to ponder the announcement made by Adam Pearce.
Michael Cole: Well the Universal title match has been made official for the Royal Rumble. But you have to wonder who each man will pick?
Big Show: Black doesn't have a lot of friends whilst Zelina and Andrade have contacts in the Ungovernables as well as around the world. Who will Black have to fight next week?
The show comes to a close as Andrade Cien Almas and Aleister Black stare each other down ready to come to blows 3 weeks away from the Royal Rumble as we fade to black.
