Then in that case it might be a good idea to lynch the inactive. Scum are going to naturally lynch the most active town as they're the most dangerous to them, so there is no use keeping inactives around for endgame.

I wouldn't say that is true tbh, I seen games where they keep active member wrong simply because its distracting to town sounds like Sabertooth could be that so I wouldn't push any lynch until everyone speaks.

The only way I could see scum keeping an active town around is if they're acting scummy. (See: Chimp when he's playing as town) Unless anything has any better, Sabertooth is the default lynch.
