Keith, it takes minimal time & effort. You set your league up at the beginning of the season, and make 1 or 2 transfers each week. You don't even have to make transfers if you don't want to. You don't even have to check it at all. You could set up your team and leave it all season if you wanted to. It's more fun if you pay attention to it, though. Like, watching games and hoping your player scores, so he bags you some points.
