Here's a thought have everyone submit five entries. You'd have to sift through these make sure they are appropriate. Then have one make a banner and edit in these various slogans and have them rotate? I mean the idea of a sloagan for a forum to me is kind of silly (no offense I know why you want it) but they never give off the vibe of the forum so if you did something like this you'd start to get a feel for the members.
