LOL don't know what you've been smoking considering he has scored 114 goals in 105 apps for Real Madrid and had a great season just gone including the Euro's. I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering you have a Barca logo in your favourite teams and obviously being a Messi worshipper you can't accept Ronaldo is just as good...
Was a huge fan of his, believe it or not. Well into his tenure at Man U. I even got a Portuguese national team shirt with his name on it after we reached the finals of Euro 2004. That's why I had a picture of him at 17, playing for Sporting CP. That was his second best season ever, right after the one where he scored 100 goals for United. I was a huge admirer back then, and gutted when he left for England after only one season (and after being the best thing about our 4-0 drubbing by United at the opening of our new stadium. He was so good, Man U came calling straight afterwards, and he was gone in a week or so).
BUT.
For the past five years, his technical development has been inversely proportional to the amount of whining he has done. Ever since his last season at United, I have found him overrated and overhyped.
And yes - Messi is to football what CM Punk is to wrestling (read: The Best In The World). Because unlike a certain crybaby, he is humble, keeps a low profile, and is more worried about his football than showing up on the cover of tabloids and gossip rags.
