^But Del Rio is a proven worker; and if you spent 5 minutes watching an interview (there's one in the News, Rumors, Spoilers section here), it's obvious this man has studied this business and knows it about as well as any (yes, I know, any general fan can know more about the business than a wrestler, doesn't make 'em more qualified to be a wrestler) and he's pretty solid in the ring on live events, and I'm sure you've witnessed that as well.

And you know this from his 3 seconds of experience in the WWE? Give me a break.

He made his in-ring debut in 2000, I think nearly 11 years in the ring counts as experienced.

it depends. There are guys who have been in the business for 5 years and have had only 4 matches. Guys like Jim Cornette, Raven, and Honkey Tonk man don't ask guys on the indies how many years they've been in, they ask them how many matches they've had. A year back in the 80s is like 10 years worth of work now a days unless youre traveling to Japan, Mexico, and Europe during your American stints because there isn't shit for indies here.

I think Del Rio was pretty active as Dos Caras Junior! Plus wrestling is in his family considering Mil Mascaras is his uncle. I know being in a wrestling family doesn't always result in greatness (David Flair anyone?) but it can be a good thing.
