I have to go with Chaos, I know people might not like some of his decisions, but look what he's done to this place. He upgraded the forum, added some new features, and fixed all the damage Monkeystyle made when he left. Again, Chaos has made some questionable decisions so its not like he's perfect, I just think the positives outweigh the negatives and in this case, since MS almost shutdown the entire forum and Chaos didn't + improved the forum, he wins
