Simple question, on average when do you normally eat dinner? My family usually eats pretty late. Like, around 8 or later. Its actually quite annoying. Then my girlfriends family eats at like 4. It's really weird when I go over there and we eat so early. Anyways, whats your time?

We usually have dinner ready by 5 p.m. at the latest, and then we just eat on it the rest of the day. My family doesn't ever really sit down and eat dinner, so it's done early so everyone can just eat whenever.

8 or later as I usually don't get off work until later. Usually around 9. Not a big fan of it to be honest. But I'd prefer eating a healthy meal later at night than junk food.

7-8 usually. If my wife had it her way more often, it'd be an hour earlier. Like today. :side:

7-8 is the average but it varies from week to week. Day to day even.

No set time really, whenever hungry.

To play semantics though, us brits tend to call dinner 'tea' and what you'd call 'lunch' is our dinner.

Around here, the noon meal is referred to as both dinner (usually older people) and lunch but mostly lunch and a lot of people call the afternoon meal supper as opposed to dinner.

I am rarely home for dinner but when I am, we have dinner like at 6:30 or so. Even when I'm out I try to get something to eat before 7:00 as I'm not a fan of late dinner. Perhaps because when I was on a diet I could eat til 5:00 and then I had to wait until breakfast. After my diet was over I got used to having dinner a bit sooner but as time passed I got used to my now tranditional 'eat til 7 or starve you little cunt'

ZigglerHeel cooks for his wife every day; I think you should too!

We eat usually between 7-8pm but I prefer to eat at 6-6:30.
