The guy in Bloodsport is Bolo Yeung, same dude from Enter the Dragon. Carter Wong is in a shitload of Golden Harvest kung fu movies like Killer of Snake, Fox of Shaolin and Shaolin Invincibles.

This scene always confused me because are they trying to impress chicks in a trance or are they setting up the ceremony more

The lightning guy has been in stuff with Kurt Russell, Charles Bronson, Chuck Norris, Don Johnson, MacGyver and William Shatner, which basically makes him the coolest dude of all time.
