It's a precautionary matter. WWE, like the NFL and most other sports. Are taking trauma to the head much more seriously. So rather than wait until someone gets legitimately hurt and they sit with the potential of someone dying from brain hemorrhage as a worst case scenario. They block moves like that. Same with the punt kick that Orton used to use.

All it takes is a very small slip to turn simulating someone taking a foot to the back of the head and being driven skull first into wooden planks, into someone actually getting their head driven into wooden planks by another mans boot.

I'm going with God's Last Gift. I was thinking also about Phoenix Splash or Superplex/Falcon Arrow, but those shouldn't be moves used every week, only on special occasions.
God's Last Gift is simple and impactful, just like the Pedigree.

I'd like to see him use the Tiger Driver. But it would be a hard move to get greenlit since it essentially a underhook piledriver. It would look real impressive but it would also be rather dangerous to pull off

The odds of them approving Tiger Driver as Rollins' new finisher are very, very small.

I could see them greenlighting Tiger Suplex or a Dragon Suplex before Tiger Driver, tbh. Not like Tiger or Dragon Suplex are easy to execute safely, but still.

I don't get what's wrong with not using the Phoenix Splash as his main finisher. Seth's an aerialist at heart and it pops the crowd no matter how many times they would see it. Plus it looks great and seeing as how naturally well Seth does it, there seems to be no real danger in using it.

It's part because of how impressive it is, and part because it is a very very easy move to botch.

Just because Seth knows how to do it doesn't mean he should do it every match. That would be like having Kobashi use the Burning Hammer in every match, rather than elevating it into legendary status

The diving high knee kind of reminds me of the phenomenal forearm just because of how it is presented, it is a good finishing move but I am not sure WWE would want something that is so similar to another big superstar because they want to differentiate the big superstars
