The diving high knee kind of reminds me of the phenomenal forearm just because of how it is presented, it is a good finishing move but I am not sure WWE would want something that is so similar to another big superstar because they want to differentiate the big superstars
The flying high knee is also eerily similar to Nakamura's Kinshasa finisher (which at times is done from off the top rope). So I think it is a no go due to them wanting to protect Nakamura's move.

People suggesting all these top rope moved like lolno. It's extremely well known that most guys avoid these moves as finishers so they don't need to do them night in night out and someone coming back from a major knee injury would not use them as finishers. Plus how would they be viable as finishers when they've been normal moves for so long?

AJ Styles' Phenomenal Forearm?
AJ's forearm was established as a killer move for him fairly quickly.
That is a tricky part of wrestling, a move which is a finisher for one worker isn't for another. In Kayfabe it is because that particular worker is especially good at it.

You can elevate a already established move to finisher status, but it takes a bit of effort. Look no further than the Sweet Chin Music. It took a while for fans to really get that this was HBK's finisher now.

He does a beautiful Frog Splash so that wouldn't be a bad choice but I feel like it's too common a move these days.

I was just thinking recently that no one does a reverse DDT anymore except Balor who does a lifting one sometimes, I think Rollins could be quite cool using the Scorpion Death Drop and they could play it in to Rollins basically giving a middle finger to HHH by using it. I mean, who doesn't love a good Scorpion Death Drop?

Reverse DDT would actually be a nice one now that you mention it

it makes a lot of sense in storyline but I hope not. I really hate the reverse DDT, it always looks so lame.

Yeah the standard reverse DDT is pretty shite.

But that's why I was leaning towards the Death Drop which looks much better in my opinion because it looks so much more vicious and sudden.

There's also a facebuster thing he did for a couple of weeks after he lost the curb stomp. Maybe more likely since they've had him beat people with it already?

Easily one of the most shitty finishers I've ever seen. Happy he stopped that, it looks foolish. I understand what the move it, but it doesn't come across very well on TV

His finish needs to be the Powerbomb into the Barricade. That'll finish of his opponents(for 6 months).

I highly doubt he'll use either the knee or Phoenix Spash, because he's gone on record saying he doesn't want to set up a springboard (and I'm assuming he'd say the same about the top rope) every single match. He even stated he pities Styles because he has to do the forearm all the time

I would say the Seth Walker as it is quite a unique move to use , but I would say he need something new something different I would say a TKO but Nikki Bella has that. How about a Finsherman's driver maybe ?
