What is it with WWE and Tag Teams?

Yeah but a lot of tag teams look like eachother and 1 of them end up getting left out. Like what happened with MNM, mercury got left out and morrison and melina became stars. Or like what happened with shawn michaels and marty jannety.

I think "real" tag teams cant last.

Successful teams are always the ones who come into the wwe together not just shift make up teams. Jomo and truth are only together until Jomo turns heel on R-truth.

Jeff hardy ended up getting released numurous times, matt hardy ended up being a jobber.

Edge became a star.. and I remember christian jobbing with tomko.

Jeff Hardy also won the WHC and WWE title more than once despite his drugs problems.

Christian became a very nice heel winning the IC title and partnering/feuding with Chris Jericho. Not to mention returning and being the number 1 (possibly only) reason to watch ECW.

Matt Hardy won ECW title and had a good feud with MVP for the US title.

Yeah but then Christian went to TNA.. maybe because he was jobbing? Now hes back in WWE and doing what?

Rather IC in WWE than world champ in TNA. TNA is like the last resort show.

Yeah thats true. but my point is most real tag teams dont last.

They aren't really meant to. I've come to find that the main purpose of a tag team should be building a future main eventer.

Everyone cant main event though. I think there should be a solid tag team division with real tag teams that can last a decent amount of time.
