As of right now yes. I'm sure I could figure out a way for someone to pay with just a Credit Card Though.

If you have a credit card it is really easy to set up a Paypal account. With Paypal can't you also pay with a credit card without setting up an account?

I don't use paypal, but I tried to donate and it just linked with my credit card in a matter of minutes. Pretty simple shit.

With OP on this one, I tried to V.I.P before and Paypal started asking me dumb shit like to see my last two bank statements, which I really can't be arsed to do.

PayPal UK is absolutely brilliant, and doesn't ask for any of that shit. I just set it up the first time, and now whenever I have to pay (mostly eBay) I just log in and it does the rest.
