Again, not your decision to make. You have no idea what their business plans are for over the next 10 years. Perhaps this Youtube thing would end up losing them money in the long run. I can ensure that they have teams of financial workers who have more intelligence in their left toe than you. Those people obviously determined that allowing their footage to be shown would be bad for business.

Let me ask you this. Do you think this would make them gain money or lose money? Allowing their footage on Youtube, that is.

at first it won't do neither...I say maybe not full out episodes...just clips..then people will watch the show...buy the DVD's...gaining them money...

1) This suit loses them money.
2) Money isn't everything, so they shouldn't be suing.
