With the Smackdown threads now locked, here's an updated list of strikes:

Strike rules have been updated.

As of 6/29, here are the people with strikes to their name:

Sam- 1 strike
Killz- 1 strike
Aniking- 1 strike
Blizzard- 1 strike
Chase- 1 strike

One more strike for any of the aforementioned and a 30 day suspension will follow

I don't really agree with my strike at all. I've been saying publicly for a week now that I'm not feeling Triple H, so if this change is a surprise to you guys then that's a surprise to me. It's been pretty obvious, and although I can see why the strike was given, I still don't think it's fair even after I tried to overcome it and try to continue. So what if it means I've not TTed for ONE match, I always show up and rarely change characters. I do it this one time and get a strike when the way in which I got it isn't even in the rules.

Maybe UWF needs to become a little more consistent. The rules that are there were the ones used in UCW and everything ran smoothly when followed closely. That way full control goes to the Staff and not the TTers when it comes to character contracts etc. I only took advantage of it because everybody else has been, yet I've now been punished.

Look at it this way. Last week, Lewb swtiched from Wade Barrett to Bully Ray. He was booked as Barrett aganist The Rock. Even though he wasn't feeling it, he still TTed at least once. He swtiched, there was no strike.

Same was booked as Cesaro aganist Austin Aries. He wasn't feeling Cesaro anymore, so he wanted to switch to Shark Boy. He didn't TT, he was given a strike.

Which situation mirrors yours AK?

This is me being consistent. If you don't show up, you get a strike. I understand that you weren't feeling Triple H, that's fair enough. But it doesn't change the fact that you were booked and if you didn't TT cause you weren't feeling it. I can't let that go unpunished.

And like you said, you TT for every match you have. I remove strikes when guys TT constantly. So this shouldn't even be an issue right now.

I still don't like being punished for a rule I didn't even know existed. If I was told to TT as Triple H THEN I could change, I would've buckled down and whipped something up. That's the inconsistency I mean, because it's a rule never been mentioned before yet apparently has been in effect for a week or so now. I'm sure Staff know about it, but the rest of us? I certainly had no clue, otherwise I would've TTed, which is why I find it unfair. What makes it worse is the fact I asked to change last night, had time to be told to TT so I could change, yet I was ignored and have been punished.

I don't really care that it can be wiped away if I continue to TT, it just really pisses me off when guys can change when they want (not talking about Lewb or Sam, I meant for months now) and get away with it yet I get punished this one time just because I had a match that had nothing on the line.

There's an entire thread with the rules in it. This is not something new. Hell Itchweed himself created the thread, I just updated it. And when I did, I let everyone know it was updated. Sounds to me like the rules thread hasnt been read. So who's at fault there? I'm not going to remind everyone of the rules, simply because they're right there.

And truth be told, I shouldnt have to tell you to TT. I received your PM Thursday morning concerning a character that was having a match on Friday. Would you have really TTed for that match in one day, especially considering that you're "not feeling it".

And why do u keep saying you're being punished? Once you read the UWF rules, you'll realize the penalty for 1 strike is a verbal warning. So this conversation, which youre making out to be bigger than t actually is, is your "punishment"

AK, the rules were last edited at the end of May.

2. Character Selection/Switching
To become a member of UWF, contact a member of staff via a Personal Message (PM). To view who is in charge, direct your attention to the UWF Staff thread.

A. When you have chosen your desired character(s), there will be a 45 day contract agreement. If you drop or switch your character(s) within this time frame, you must wait the full 45 days to join up again. For example, if you join UWF and drop the character after 20 days, you must wait a further 25 days before you will be allowed to join again. Failure to follow this may result in a strike, handed out via the discretion of the Owner(s).

I don't see why you're complaining AK, there's plenty of other fed veterans on the list, who are not complaining, and accepting their strike so I don't see any reason why you're complaining. Andrew is a guy that's proven to be consistent recently, but I bet if it was him in your situation, you'd be one of the first to speak up. Seriously man there's no need to get mad about it, it's not the end of the world and like Cwalk said it can easily be sorted.

Prod, that's a Rule I made and it speaks about character contracts, which is a rule that hasn't been followed in months. I don't think anyone gets what I'm saying yet I'm made out to be the bad guy here just because I'm annoyed with getting a strike for nothing when I could've avoided it if somebody just spoke to me.

I'm aware of the Rules because they're Rules I edited and updated to use when I took over UCW. They're 90% Itchweed's rules before I took over UCW, so then he brought them to UWF on his forum, then they moved to here when CWF died, and CWF was using those same Rules because I brought them in. I know the Rules, and yes there's a Rule for character contracts, but that's one that hasn't been followed at all. Guys have changed before the 30 days and got away with it, which made me think the Rules were null and void. There's no rule in that thread saying somebody will be given a strike for changing characters the day before a match because they haven't TTed. That's why I'm annoyed because it's not there and that has never been a rule before. That's all I'm saying!

And yes I would've TTed, I just said I had the time to. All I needed was to be told "You can't change until you TT. That's the deal". I would've been like "Fuck" but I would've forced something out for the sake of changing. I'm not that much of a dick.

I am being punished, not with this discussion. That's not a punishment because I started it. A strike is a strike, verbal warning or not, because if something is completely out of my control in the next month and I'm handed another one, I'm suspended. You never know what could happen in the next month to put something out of my control, yet I'll be suspended for it.

You changing characters has nothing to do with you getting the strike. You TTing has everything to do with you getting the strike. That's all this whole thing is about. U didn't show up for a match. Why? Cause you weren't feeling the character. If something were to come up like you mentioned, I would use my discretion and would most likely give u a pass depending on the reason. But not feeling Triple H isn't a good enough reason. So at the end of the day, it comes down to this:

Did you have a match on Smackdown? Yes

Did you TT for the match? No

So you got a strike. The same way Chase got a strike, the same way Killz got a strike. The same way everyone on that list got a strike.

Do I understand what you're saying? Yes.

Do you understand what I'm saying? No.

This all comes down to the Rules as a whole. I don't keep track of this shit because I'm not in Staff. You guys do. Why? Because you're Staff. From an outsider's perspective, I've been following the Rules as outlined in that thread, the Rules I have read from top to bottom millions of times over the past year or two, only going as far as breaking the character contract rule, the one that is never enforced, this one time because people have over the months and it has been cleared, so I did the same. Fine, I wasn't given a strike for that, but I'm given one because I had a pointless match that you know I would've TTed for if told to still do it. Nobody told me to still TT, which, again, I repeat I would've, so for that misjudgement I'm given a strike. I couldn't TT for most of the week because I was busy, yet when I could've and wasn't told to, I get punished.

People can see this as an overreaction, I don't care, think what you like, but I hate when things like this happen. I hate being punished for nothing, even if the punishment is minor when it can be rubbed out in a month. Doesn't matter.

Mate, I wouldn't see it as a punishment. In all honesty, we all 100% know your not gonna pick up another strike. But if you weren't given the strike, it can be ammo for people who just don't want to live characters out. "Ani never got a strike". I can see what your saying, but I personally see it as cwalker biting the bullet to a. cover his own ass. and b. knowing that your such a strong member of the fed that he can rely on you to keep your nose clean until it's rubbed off. See it as a vote of confidence bro.

Look, I just wanna see rules enforced is all. I've thought for a while now that if that Rules thread contains the actual, undisputed UWF rules, then shouldn't it be followed to the letter? Nobody has a character contract, and I haven't said anything as it's Cwalker's fed and up to him how it goes, but this situation could all have been avoided if the rule was enforced. Granted I would've gotten a strike anyway for changing characters in the middle of my 60 day contract for a second character, but at least I'd deserve it and acknowledge that I deserve it. I may not have even picked up Triple H in the first place if I thought I'd drop him within 60 days, which I thought I might but picked him up anyway as a lot of people were getting away with changing after a short amount of time.

If the strike stays, that's fine as I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hope this doesn't have an effect on my results. Being given the strike just really pushed my buttons because I can recognise when I've done something wrong, but when I know I haven't it really shits me.

Speaking of TTing, I've got over half of a post for my GAB match done, so if Dres and Killa can hold off then that'd be great :)

Sam, Blizzard & Chase all got strikes, so what have they done instead? - Sent us a promo each as an apology, that's cool and we feel that's okay because we can work with that.

But here's the thing, you left us high and dry, YESTERDAY and it's incredibly frustrating when Triple H versus Deebs was meant to be our main event, you could have atleast shown up for the fact it was the main event, NO-ONE like's a squash match main event, we've reworked our entire show for this, ya know?

It fucks the writers royally when people don't show up.

I told you twice yesterday I would write up a promo and for you to just let me know, but I got ignored both times. Again, that's not my fault.

I only let you know yesterday that I want to change for two reasons. One - when I had small chances to write a TT since the card was put up (as I've been busy until today) I TRIED my best and couldn't do it. Two - I thought it was the right thing to do to let you know before the show so you can write Triple H off however you want. I'd be fucking you guys around if I no-showed then said "Oh yeah, I wanna change" and by then you'd have already got the card for the following week in order.

Just because the card lists it as the main event doesn't mean it HAS to be the main event. Clearly it hasn't worked out, yet you have 4 guys who have all TTed twice for their tag match, overall 4-4 for the two teams, so that can easily be changed to the main event. As a reward for their efforts. Yeah, I'm not a head writer, never have been, but I'm not an idiot and I've been around long enough to know that change can happen.

Take it as me fucking you around if you want, I don't care because I know I did the best I could and at least had the decency to tell you the day before.
