Darkness falls over the arena as well as silence, aside from the audible disdain the fans are expressing with their passionate booing. "Fear of the Dark" by Graveworm begins to play as the fans continue reacting as they normally would for about a minute and forty seconds, because at the minute and forty-one second mark, a screaming begins in the theme, bringing their booing to an end and shattering all silence that existed in the arena. But then the theme stops playing, and there is dead silence again. After a few seconds of this silence, the lights come up and Kane is standing in the ring.
Two weeks ago, I found myself in a match against Austin Aries, and over the course of that match I ended up on the receiving end of an attack at the hands of a man that was not my opponent. It has since been revealed to me that the guilty party is none other than Darren Young, a man that arrogantly boasts about the fact that his workload comes with no time away and speaks of nothing but his love of currency. I do not advocate that type of worship, nor do I condone you sticking your nose where it doesn't belong.
And while the rest of the wrestling world ponders your intentions going forward and the reason behind your attack, myself and the Purveyors of Poison had our suspicions confirmed when you gave it away with your promo at New Year's Revolution. You more or less offered a protective service that would be available to anyone that was interested as long as the fee they were paying for the service was appeasing to you, much like a certain General Manager used to do when he was aligned with Ron Simmons.
Since you two think alike, it goes without saying that you're here for the same reason JBL is here and the same exact reason Austin Aries is here, to make money and get rid of us. Well you picked the worst possible week to try and take me out, Darren, because while I used to not focus so much on wins and losses, I find myself overcome lately with a different perspective, and therefore find myself SICK of losing. That all changes on NXT when I get you in this ring and make an example out of you.
And when I pick you up, turn you upside down, and spike your head into the mat, I hope your friends are watching because that's what's going to happen to either of them if they get involved and that's what's going to happen to anyone else that inevitably aligns themselves with Bradshaw's group. You might say the anticipation, is killing me.
Kane erupts into his infamous laugh for a moment before he is cut off by the music of Darren Young.
