UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Card

UWFRAW.png

Tuesday September 11th, 2012 Card
"The Boss Returns"

Last week on Raw, Theodore Long went on an extreme tirade, ripping wrestlers and backstage workers at the same time. Long then announced that last week would be his final night as General Manager. With the flagship show with an owner, UWF CEO Vincent Kennedy McMahon has decided that he will be taking over until the new General Manager is announced on the September 25th "Clash of Champions" Supershow. Speaking of Champions, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin held onto the UWF Championship thanks to Cody Rhodes who pulled the referee out of the ring after Austin was laid out by a Codebreaker. Rhodes made it very clear that he's throwing his name in the UWF Championship picture. Mr.McMahon has decided that Rhodes has been very patient and will be rewarding the deranged with something that he's been craving for. What's going to happen? Will we get any clues as to who the new GM is? Find out all this and more on UWF Raw, live from the HP Pavilion in San Jose, New Mexico!

UWF United States Championship Match
CM Punk versus Kofi Kingston

Last week, CM Punk never showed up for his match. The same he never showed after being added to the Elimination Chamber. Mr. McMahon is said to be disappointed in the Straight Edge Superstar after he showed so much promise earlier. McMahon has decided that CM Punk will defend the Championship he won all the way back at the Great American Bash against a man who has been very impressive; Kofi Kingston. Kingston is still looking to eliminate the prejuicide in UWF. Surely as a Champion, his campaign will be taken more seriously.

Shawn Michaels versus John Morrison

Last week, both men were victorious. Shawn Michaels may have won, but he didn't have a good night. He was attacked by Kurt Angle. Angle claims Michaels is trying to steal the spotlight from him. Michaels may have to put that on the backburner as he's facing a man who many people say is the next him in John Morrison. Who will win in this battle of past versus future?

Christopher Daniels versus James Storm
Curt Hawkins on Commentary

James Storm wants the Hardcore Championship, he has made that very clear. And after defeating the Hardcore Champion in quick fashion last week, you have to figure that he will be getting a shot soon. Christopher Daniels on the other hand won his first match in a very long time last week when he defeated Goldust. The Fallen Angel is looking to add to his winning streak this week. Will the Angel's Wings previal? Or will it Last Call for Christopher Daniels?

UWF Championship Match
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin versus Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes made his presence known last week when he took out both Chris Jericho and Stone Cold. The look in his eye as he held the UWF Championship made it very clear; Cody Rhodes wants that title. He finally gets a one on one Championship match this week. No Chambers, no Battle Royals, just Cody Rhodes and Steve Austin. Fun fact, in one on one competition in UWF, Cody Rhodes has never lost to Steve Austin. He's 2-0. At the same time, Cody Rhodes has never pinned Steve Austin, which he needs to do to become the new UWF Champion. With the record f longest reigning UWF Champion right around the corner, you have to figure Steve Austin will do everything in his power to hold onto the title. Will it be enough? Or will Cody Rhodes finally become the man?

We Will Also Hear From
Vincent Kennedy McMahon
Chris Jericho
James Storm
Goldust
Curt Hawkins

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Card

Loving the matchup with Shawn, first time since our trilogy back in '08.

Card looks solid, especially with the championship match headlining. Should be fun.

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Card

This card looks very sick man! Thanks for the week off on this one bud, the main event has my huge eye on it. Dredsen and Rey will tear it up better than Dred and I did. Kofi has a big opportunity in front of him, let's see what he will be doing. He has all the tools to succeed. Jericho promo will be a good one.

Ooooh yeeeah. Facing RRS will be interesting.

Also, the main event will steal the show, that is for sure.

UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Edition

Rawbanner2.png

Tuesday September 11th, 2012

The pyro to kick off the show explodes throughout the arena as the excited UWF Universe jump to their feet and cheer for the start of the show. The arena is packed to the rafters as many fans have brought along various types of signs. The cameras spin around the UWF arena showing a jammed pack arena, then go down to Michael Cole and Jerry "The King" Lawler!

michael_lawler_2.jpg

Michael Cole: Good evening everyone and welcome to anoter exciting edition of UWF Tuesday Night Raw. As always, I am the "Voice of UWF" Sir Michael Cole and to my right is wrestling legend, Jerry "The King" Lawler. And King, do we have a show planned for these people or what?

Jerry "The King" Lawler: That's right Cole! We are just seven nights removed from former General Manager Theodore Long's shocking "declaration" that he is leaving UWF. And tonight Cole, the boss is here!

Cole: Yes! Indeed Mr. McMahon is here! Maybe he'll give us some clue as to who the new General Manager is! Maybe it's me!

King: Ugh! I'd raher have Vickie Guerrero as General Manager!

Cole: Let's not forget our main event Jerry! Stone Cold Steve Austin will be defending his UWF Championship for the second week in a row. This time, he's defending it against Cody Rhodes.

King: After what happened last week, I wonder if we'll see....

Jerry Lawler is cut off by the entrance music of the one and only Vincent Kennedy McMahon. "No Chance" bellows throught the HP Pavillion and out walks the CEO onto the stage. The fans pop for McMahon due to nostalgia and the fact that they don't see him too often. McMahon opens his arms and says "I'm Back" as he begins his patented Vince McMahon power walk down the ramp.

ckxCVWQzcjF5M0kx_o_wwe-vince-mcmahon---power-walk.jpg

As McMahon walks down the ramp, the fans in the front row bow to him, showing him their appreciation. McMahon, being the egomaniac that he is, takes a minute to let this soak in before continuing towards the bottom of the entrance ramp. He makes his way towards the steel steps, climbing each one before walking across the ring apron and entering the ring. He motions for a microphone from ringside and begins to talk as he's handed one.

4692684.jpg

Mr. McMahon: Before I begin, let me say that unlike some other authority figures, I'm not quitting on you. I spoke with Theodore Long after his "speech" last week and I can confirm that last week was indeed his final week in charge of Tuesday Night Raw. But don't worry, because for the next two weeks, you've got someone better than Teddy Long. You've got....ME!

The fans continue to pop for Vince. Some even begin a "YES" Chant in support of the interim General Manager.

McMahon: That being said, in Teddy's final act as General Manager, he recommended a successor. I thought it over and I agreed that the man he chose is more than a suitable replacement. And in two weeks, at the Clash of The Champions, you will all find out who he is. He chose the Clash of Champions to reveal himself because he is a Former World Champion. He is a Champion at every level and he's got experience when it comes to "running Raw". But that's enough about the new General Manager. I'm here to talk about tonight. My first act involves the United States Championship match that will occur later tonight. When CM Punk came to me a few months ago, he promised that his days of no-showing events would be over. And I made the mistake of believing him. Needless to say, with his performance at the Elimination Chamber and the fact that he couldn't make it to the arena last week, he proved that he's reverted back to the CM Punk of old. And I cannot have someone on my roster who will not entertain all of you or who will not make me money. So CM Punk, tonight I offer you a proposition. You call yourself "The Best Wrestler In The World", well tonight, you better prove it, because if you don't win tonight, not only will you lose your United States Championship, but you'll lose your job. In other words CM Punk, if you lose tonight....YOU'RE FIRED!

McMahon: Now I've wasted enough of your time. Enjoy the show.

McMahon leaves the ring and starts heading up the ramp as Raw heads to its first commercial of the evening.

HBK's music blasts throughout the arena and out comes HBK to a huge pop from the crowd

hbkreturns.jpg

HBK is all smiles as he sees the fans in excitement for the return of HBK. HBK then drops down to his knees and holds his arms in the air as his pyro goes off. HBK gets back to his feet and heads for the ring while slapping hands with the fans as he makes his way to the ring. As HBK heads inside the ring he does his famous pose in the center of the ring and heads over to the closest corner and climbs the middle turnbuckle and claps his hands for the reaction the fans gave him. HBK then hops off the turnbuckle and asks for a microphone

hbk1.jpg

Shawn Michaels: Now just in case you were living under a rock for the past seven days, quite a few things have transpired in the wrestling world. First things first, good ol' HBK came back to Raw and did what he always does; steal the show. Just ask Kofi Kingston and his manager Arsenio...I mean Abraham Washington. I kicked their teeth right down their throat. And by doing that, I proved to all the cubs in the back that this old lion can still get it done.

The fans begin to chant "You've still got it" as Michaels tries to continue his promo. He acknowledges what they have to say and moves on.

Michaels: You're darn right I've still got it. There's more than enough gas left in this tank. But beating Kofi Kingston wasn't the only thing that happened involving the Showstopper last week. I ran into my old friend; Kurt Angle.

Those chants just became boos at the mention of Kurt Angle. Michaels smirks as he brings the mic back to his mouth.

Michaels: Now Kurt and I have quite the extensive history with one another. I've beaten Kurt, Kurt's beaten me. Kurt thinks he's the greatest of all time, I think that Kurt winning the Gold Medal back in 1996 was the second biggest achievement of that year because that year was the first time that the Heartbreak Kid became World Champion. And to this day, that eats Kurt alive like a disease. So like in every other case between Kurt and myself, last week, jealousy reared its ugly head. Kurt can not stand that I have the spotlight as long as he's around. So what did he do? He attacked me after my match like a coward.

That smirk that was just on Michaels' face has been replaced with a scowl as he remembers Angle jumping him from behind.

Michaels: Now, I give Kurt credit; he's a man of his word. He said he was going to take me out and he did just that. But Kurt, what kind of man has to attack from behind? That sounds like the actions of someone lacking the testicular fortitude to get in this ring and face me face to face. And we all know that's not you Kurt, is it? Prove it to everyone Kurt. Come out to this ring right now and prove to me and the entire world that Kurt Angle is not a coward.

Michaels lowers his mic and waits for what seems like an enternity before...

Kurt Angle's theme music begins playing and everyone anticipates a conflict between two of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Michaels stares intently at the stage, waiting for Angle to show himself. But novody shows up. Michaels is stuck just staring at the entrance, waiting for Angle to show himself. Eventually, the music fades out and Michaels is left shaking his head in disappointment.

Michaels: I never would have thought it were true. I guess Kurt Angle is a....

???: Hey Sexy Boy! Up here!

Michaels looks around the arena until turning back towards the tiantron where the image of Kurt Angle is shown.

0.jpg

Kurt Angle: Now Shawn, there's nothing more that would I woud rather do than come down to that ring and beat the holy hell out of you. But right now, I can't. You see, I'm shooting scenes for UWF's first ever movie. Understand something Shawn, when you're the most sought after wrestler in the world, you get offers for commercials, for movies, hell I'm even lending my voice to a videogame. My schedule is jam packed Shawn. And do you know why that is? Because similar to the way that I'm better than you in that ring, I'm more marketable than you. I'm a bigger box office draw. So needless to say, I'm not in San Jose tonight. No that I'd be caught there even if I didn't have other obligations, but obviously I can't fight you tonight Shawn.

Michaels: That's very convienent Kurt. When my back isn't turned, you're not here.

Angle: Don't worry Sexy Boy, we'll fight soon enough. And when we do, I'll snap your ankle in half and prove once and for all that I have always been better than Shawn Michaels. See you soon Shawn.

And just like that, the feed cuts out and Michaels is left alone in the ring. This is where Raw heads elsewhere.

Everybody in the arena is expecting to see some in-ring action when all of a sudden, the titantron lights up and we can see Matt Striker.

ecuDh.jpg

Matt Striker: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome my guest at this time, the man who comes from a victory over the Hardcore Champion, Curt Hawkins..."The Cowboy", James Storm.

From the side, here comes The Cowboy.

2qaqm43.jpg

James Storm:
Damn right, ma' friend! Now, even befo' 'ya start wit' some namby-pamby, talkie-walkie interview bee-ess, I have somethin' I wanna get off a' ma' chest. As 'ya already pointed out, last week I've beaten Da' Hardcore Champ. No, no, no, no, no...I kicked his ass! I kicked his head in, ended his winnin' streak and broke ma' losin' streak. I've proven dat when I wanna win, I win and it don't matter who 'ya put in front a' me. When I'm in a must-win situation, I don't let all da' pressure ta' sit on ma' shoulders. I move as quick as I can and I finish da' job really f'n fast. I defeated Curt Hawkins in record time...record time! Teddy Long has a champion who gets beaten in record time but he still allows him ta' carry da' hardcore championship. Teddy Long has a champion who I beat in a blink of an eye but still, I ain't declared da' number one contender. I know dat there's gonna be that RAW Supershow where I might get ma' shot, tho. Also, if Teddy already declared me da' number one conteder, slap me fo' bein' disrespectful. I don't know what happened earlier, I just arrived. Eh, also...don't tell me if he did, just continue doin' dis interview.

Striker looks really annoyed.

Matt Striker:
James, tonight on RAW you are going to face your friend, Christopher Dan...

Storm interrupts Striker.

James Storm: I know it's unpolite ta' interrupt a man but le'mme correct 'ya. Christopher Daniels ain't no friend ta' me. We used ta' be friends but now? Not anymo'. I won't surround ma'self wit' people like Daniels.

Matt Striker: Sorry then. Anyway...you are going to face Christopher Daniels and not only that. Curt Hawkins will be on commentary. Thoughts?

James Storm: Yea, I'm goin' ta' face Christopher Daniels. 'Ya know...we've been face ta' face...not many times but anyway...we were face ta' face and it didn't look pretty. See, I am a nice guy but when 'ya come at me, when 'ya hurt me, ma' friends and family, I can turn into a prick really freakin' fast. Chris did just dat. He hurt ma' friends when he turned his back on us and 'cause a' dat, tonight he's gettin' his ass kicked. Also, what are ma' thoughts 'bout da' fact dat Hawkins will be on commentary? Pff, I could care less. But 'ya need ta' know one thing. If Hawkins somehow decides ta' interfere, there won't be one ass gettin' kicked...there will be two a' dem! I'ma make it three in a row. One ass kickin' ta' Hawkins last week, one dis week and one when I get ma' Hardcore Title shot....SORRY, 'BOUT YO' DAMN LUCK!

The Cowboy grabs Striker's microphone, drops it on the ground and leaves. Striker is left speechless.

Fade.

Justin Roberts: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the UWF United States Championship!

"SOS" plays over the announce system and for the first time in his entire career, Kofi Kingston walks out onto the stage to a parade of boos. Gone is the thunderclap, gone is the pyro. Instead, Kingston and AW simply walk down the ramp towards the ring. The fans boo the duo as AW runs his mouth like only he can. Kingston soon enters the ring and waits for his opponent as AW praises his client from the outside.

Justin Roberts:
Introducing first, the challenger, being accompanied to the ring by Abraham Washington, Kofi Kingston!

Kofi mocks the crowd as he waits for his opponent.

Roberts: And his opponent, from Chicago, Illonois, weighing in at 227 pounds, he is the new UWF United States Champion; CM Punk!

" ... Love, your hate..
Your, faith lost..
You are now.. one of us!"

"Miseria Cantare" by AFI pounds throughout the arena speakers, signifying the arrival of one man - CM Punk. The capacity crowd erupts into a thunderous mixed reaction, as majority of the audience isn't quite sure which version of CM Punk they're going to see. After a short while, the man of the hour quietly steps through the curtain, wearing black shorts and his trademark t-shirt. Punk outstretches his arms and begins to walk down the entrance ramp, soaking in the crowds mixed reaction. Punk has a look of determination on his face as he ignores any possible fan interaction.

Fullstoryphotoresult-April32011RandyOrtonvs.jpg

Punk climbs the steel steps, slowly, yet with confidence. He then heads to the top rope, unstrapping his United States Championship from around his waist, throwing it in the air, screaming "Best in The World" before leaping to the ring mat. He stares down his opponent as he waits for the bell.

WWEUS-1.png

CMPunkUnitedStates.jpg

KofiKingston.jpg

Ding Ding Ding

The bell rings and the United States Championship is on the line for the first time in a long time. Kingston and Punk share a look that says neither man clearly respects each other. Punk and Kofi are quick to tie up in the center of the ring before Punk grabs and throws Kofi into a headlock. The underappreciated superstar is quick to throw Punk off of him and into the ropes, but the defending champion drops Kingston to the mat. Punk lifts up his challenger with ease as he sends him shooting into the corner. Punk is quick to follow, but Kofi stops himself and with his incredible athleticism leaps into the air and over the incoming Punk. Punk catches himself as well but is clearly a bit surprised as he turns around. The moment of surprise allows Kingston to get his bearings and as Punk turns around Kofi nails him from out of nowhere with the Trouble in Paradise.

Cole:
What a devastating kick from Kofi Kingston from out of nowhere. Just moments into this match and it might be over already.

King:
CM Punk hasn’t been seen since the Elimination Chamber Cole, and it shows as he fell for that trick.

The crowd boo Kingston who isn’t very fond of the crowd as AW yells at Kingston to get some respect out of CM Punk. Kingston nods his head agreeing with his handler as he picks up the US Champion and slaps him right across the face in a major sign of disrespect. Punk lashes back with a big right hand, but misses as Kofi again uses his agility to avoid Punk. Punk turns around and again Kofi comes out of nowhere and crushes CM Punk with another Trouble in Paradise. The boos just get louder as Kingston gets down and goes for the cover.

1…

2…

3.. NO!

The boos keep coming at Kingston who is so upset by them he lifts CM Punk’s shoulders off the mat.

Cole:
I think Kofi Kingston is trying to earn himself some respect from the fans at the expense of CM Punk.

King:
Kofi needs to just pin CM Punk and win the title. Who cares what these people think?

AW again tells Kofi to do it again and Kofi brings CM Punk to his feet a second time. Kofi takes a step back and lashes out again looking for a third Trouble in Paradise, but this time the US Champion ducks out of the way. Kofi lands funny and CM Punk grabs him from behind and tries to roll him up for the 3 count.

1…

2…

3.. NO!

Kofi kicks out at the last second, and while CM Punk has been anti-crowd lately they are cheering for him a bit.

Cole:
Oh man what a counter by CM Punk almost enough to retain the Championship, but Kofi was just able to get a shoulder up!

King:
I told Kofi not to waste time, CM Punk is the toughest sucker in the history of UCW and UWF to beat for the 3 count!

Kofi shoots up unable to believe Punk almost beat him here in such an easy way. He screams out in frustration as Punk gets to his feet. Kofi rushes him looking to send him to the mat with a clothesline but Punk catches him and lifts him up onto his shoulders. Punk has Kingston in position for the GTS but Kofi flails around wildly on Punk’s shoulders until he is able to get Punk off balance. Punk is forced to drop Kofi in order to get back his equilibrium, but it is costly as it allows Kofi to nail him with a third Trouble in Paradise. The crowd boo, but after the two quick scares Kofi covers.

Here is your winner and the NEW UWF United States Champion: Kofi Kingston!

Cole:
He did it! Kofi Kingston is the United States Champion here in UWF and what an upset.

King:
The longest reigning World Champion in the history of UWF just got dominated! This is a win Kingston will be sure to be bragging about for a very long time!

SOS plays as the crowd boos loudly. People are not very happy, but one man, Abraham Washington, is. He grabs the belt from ringside and hands it to his client who takes it graciously. Kingston lifts it up for the crowd to see as Abraham Washington smiles telling anyone who would listen, “I told you so!†This is the sight we see as Raw heads elsewhere.

September 11th. I'll never forget

===================

The scene shifts to a dark room somewhere in the HP Pavilion. Once again, it’s so dark one can’t see their hand in front of their own face in here. A figure huddled in the corner holding a flashlight can be seen rocking back and forth.

I see you’re back for more. Well, don’t say I didn’t warn you, because I did. I asked to be left alone. But the THE POWERS THAT BE wouldn’t hear of it! They had to fly me out to west coast; first class no less. No expense spared. Needless to say, those people in first class really creeped me out. What with their perfect suits and perfect lives. Hiding their mental maladies from the masses, all the time, expecting us to look up to them as some sort of example. Well, I could only stand so much of the hypocrisy and the stares. After being asked to move three or four times, I removed myself from their pristine presence and found a nice dark place in the cargo hull. The darkness and solitude is so inviting, so understanding. Not like you, all out there carrying on like there’s nothing wrong…

Suddenly, the figure flips the flashlight up to show the haunting face of Mankind.

19960401_foley-1.jpg

But you see, no matter how much you carry on like there’s nothing wrong, that won’t change the fact that there is something dark and just plain evil lurking in the skin of each and every one of you. The only difference between me and you is the fact that I will admit something’s wrong with me. I’ll admit I’m one fry short of a happy meal. BUT YOU WON’T, WILL YOU? No, you’ll go on like everything is hunky dory and pass this madness onto your children just like MY parents did!!

Mankind seems to lose focus as he looks around as if hearing voices that aren’t there.

I can hear you all up there cheering and booing. I can hear you being entertained. That’s what Vince wants me to do; ENTERTAIN you. I’m sure it would make you more comfortable right now if I just came up there and pulled a sock out of my pants and mentioned we were in San Jose, California (the crowd erupts at the unintended cheap pop) which would apparently surprise the guys in the front office as they think we’re in New Mexico. No, I won’t be ENTERTAINING anybody anymore. And Vince, you keep flying me across the country like this and all I can promise you is…

Suddenly, Mankind jumps up and starts screaming at the ceiling.

mankind-4.jpg

BAD THINGS ARE GONNA HAPPEN!!!
VERY BAD THINGS!! AND NO ONE, AND I MEAN NO ONE WILL BE SAFE…Have a nice day…

wwe-mankind-mick-foley-tna-have-a-nice-day.jpg

Justin Roberts: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Leapers Fort, Tennesse, weighing in at 256 pounds, he is the "Cowboy" James Storm!

SORRY...ABOUT YOUR DAMN LUCK!

The fans fill the arena with cheers as the theme song of James Storm hits the PA system. The Cowboy is seen walking through the curtain with a beer bottle in one hand.

As the Fallen Angel’s music plays throughout the arena, the crowd is instantly on their feet. Christopher Daniels was caught off guard by this. Given all he had done in TNA to some top faces, most people had given him much heat. But now he was nearly being praised. He felt slightly bad that he had to pop their bubble. As he made his way down to the ring, he made no attempt to interact with the crowd. Walking down he simply just stared ahead, more focused on his task at hand.

Justin Roberts: Introducing his opponent, from the City of Angels, weighing in at 215 pounds, “The Fallen Angel†Christopher Daniels!

The bell rings and just like last week, Storm looks for a clothesline on Daniels. Unlike Hawkins last week, Daniels sees it coming and is able to sidestep the Cowboy. Daniels wraps his arms around Storm’s waist and lifts him overhead with a Bridging German suplex, looking for the first pinfall of the match…

1…

2…

Storm kicks out!

King: Look at that Hawkins, Daniels is doing better than you did already!

Hawkins: That’s not funny King. Last week, James Storm got lucky.

Both Storm and Daniels get to their and Storm is first to act this time, swiftly hitting Daniels in the back of the skull with an enziguiri. Daniels goes down and now it’s Storm’s turn to go for a cover…

1…

2…

Daniels kicks out!

Storm wastes no time lifting Daniels to his feet and throwing him back first into the corner. Storm looks over towards Hawkins on commentary before climbing the turnbuckle, mounting Daniels in the process. Storm points to Hawkins before delivering right hands to the skull of Christopher Daniels. Storm delivers one right hand, followed by another, followed by another. Which each blow the crowd chants along…

New Mexico Crowd: Three! Four! Five! Six! Seven! Eight! Nine!

Before Storm delivers the tenth right hand, he looks back over towards Hawkins and motions for his Hardcore Championship. This gives Daniels the opportunity he needs and he quickly shows the Cowboy off him and to the mat…

King: Maybe James Storm should focus on Christopher Daniels some more. He’s not an easy task.

Hawkins: You want to know something about Christopher Daniels. I beat him too.

The back of Storm’s head hits the canvas hard but he stumbles to his feet. Once he does, Daniels comes right out of the corner and takes Storm down with a running STO. Daniels then goes for a cover…

1…

Storm kicks out!

Cole: Very close call for James Storm!

Daniels looks to end this match quickly. He drags Storm towards the nearest corner and measures the distance between the two. When Daniels sees that the gap is adequate enough, Daniel leaps from the canvas to the middle rope, then to the top before moonsaulting backwards towards Storm…

Cole: Best Moonsault Ever!

Hawkins: Mine is better!

King: You do a moonsault?

Hawkins: That’s beside the point!

Daniels comes down on Storm, who manages to get his knees up at the very last minute. The Fallen Angel crashes down hard on Storm’s knees and rolls all around the ring in pain. Storm pulls himself to his feet and looks across the ring at Daniels. Storm starts stomping his feet, he knows what time it is. Storm looks over towards Hawkins one more time and screams “This is goin’ be ‘ya boy!â€. Daniels slowly gets to his feet and Storm leaves the corner that he’s standing in and hits Daniels directly between the eyes with the Last Call Superkick!

Cole: That could be your future Curt!

Daniels goes down like he was just hit by a bus and Storm goes for the cover…

1…

2…

3…

Roberts: Here is your winner; “The Cowboy†James Storm!

r8YDJ.gif

Storm gets off Daniels quickly and turns his focus back to Hawkins. Storm motions for the Hardcore Championship as Hawkins picks it up off the announce table…

Cole: James Storm has made it perfectly clear that he’s coming for Curt Hawkins and the Hardcore Championship!

Hawkins takes his headset off and stands on the announce table, before holding his Hardcore Championship high in the air, never taking his eyes off of James Storm.

Fans in the arena and cheer as Todd Grisham and Chris Jericho are shown as the fans are excited as Todd Grisham begins to talk

Jericho3.jpg

Todd Grisham: Chris…

Chris Jericho immediately interrupts Todd.

Jericho6.jpg

Chris Jericho: Shut up Todd.. I know what you’re going to ask me. How do I feel about being screwed last week on Monday night Raw. Last week I was this close, this close. Too becoming the UWF champion, but what happened Todd? I’ll tell you what happened Todd… Cody Rhodes put his nose in business where it shouldn’t belong. Now instead of getting an automatic rematch to once again prove I can become the UWF champion, no instead I’m here talking to you Todd tell me Todd do you know how it feels?

Todd looks nervous and dosen’t seem to answer

Chris Jericho: Come on Todd answer me damn it!

Jericho5.jpg

Todd Grisham:Well…

Chris Jericho: Todd you’re mumbling right now speak up!

Todd begins to adjust himself and he begins to speak

Todd Grisham: Well, Chris I don’t know how it feels.

Chris smacks his lips and answers Todd

Jericho4.jpg

Chris Jericho: It feels like utter crap Todd. To fathom the fact that right now I could be standing next you with a piece of gold around my shoulder, and that I could be on top of the world. Like many times in the past. Instead Todd I’m coming here telling you how I feel, and how I feel about not being champion. Well Todd you know the old saying actions speak louder than words?

Todd Grisham: Yes Chris I’m familiar with that saying.

Chris Jericho: Well Todd you’ll see tonight what my actions will do in that very ring, and let me tell you something Todd. Tonight… things will never, and I mean neeevvvverrrrr will be the same after tonight.

Jericho leaves the interview stage as they pan to the next commercial

Roberts: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from San Antonio, Texas, weighting in at 227 pounds; he is the "Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels.

"Sexy Boy" plays and out dances the one and only Shawn Michaels from the back. Good Old HBK just like the fans love him. Men want to be him, women want to be with him, but none the less, they all cheer for him. Michaels dances about halfway down the ramp before dropping to both knees to say a little prayer before speaking loudly to the heavens as the pyro goes off behind him. Michaels hops up off the steel and heads towards the ring where he enters and poses once more as his music fades.

Roberts: And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 240 pounds; John Morrison!

The crowd are on their feet as John Morrison struts out onto the stage and poses on the stage, as the camera captures the moment in glorious slow motion.

15554846.jpg

Morrison then strides down the ramp, eying the arena around him. He climbs the steel steps and steps into the ring. Morrison saunters across the ring and clambers up onto the turnbuckle. He poses for the fans, as countless camera flashes go off before him. He steps down, and wanders over to the other corner of the ring to collect a microphone from ringside. He then turns back to face the camera in the crowd, and begins to speak.

The bell rings and Shawn Michaels immediately goes for Sweet Chin Music. John Morrison sees it coming and rolls under the bottom rope and to the arena floor. Morrison has a look of surprise on his face, he never would have thought Michaels would go to the well so early in the match up. Maybe he’s not the old man that Morrison thought he was. Michaels in standing on the inside of the ring as Morrison looks at him from the outside. Michaels responds to the “Honcho of Hotness†with the infamous DX crotch chop. Morrison takes offense to this as a fan in the front row behind him tells Morrison to “Suck Itâ€. Morrison turns his head towards the fan and tells him that “John Morrison doesn’t suck at anythingâ€. This proves to be a mistake for Morrison as he turns his head back towards Michaels just in time to see the Heartbreak Kid leap over the top rope and plancha onto Morrison. The crowd pops as Michaels get to his feet after landing on top of Morrison. Michaels poses for a second before grabbing Morrison by the neck and lifting him to his feet, quickly throwing him in the ring. Michaels rolls in right after him and goes for the first cover of the match…

1…

2…

Morrison kicks out!

Michaels gets off Morrison before walking to the ring ropes, exiting and walking from the ring apron to the top rope. Michaels reaches the top and waits for Morrison to get to his feet…

King: It seems as if Michaels is determined to prove to both John Morrison and Kurt Angle that he can still get it done.

Morrison makes it to a vertical base and turns towards the corner in which Michaels is perched. The Heartbreak Kid wastes no time leaping off the top rope, landing on top of Morrison with a Crossbody. Michaels’ own momentum is too great for him and Morrison is able to roll through and now he’s on top of Michaels, hooking the leg and going for the cover…

1…

2…

Michaels kicks out!

Both men manage to get to their feet at the same time and in a cruel twist of fate, John Morrison hits Shawn Michaels directly in the face with the superkick known as the Nitro Blast! The kick catches Michaels off guard and the Heartbreak Kid goes down and John Morrison quickly goes for a cover…

1…

2…

Michaels rolls a shoulder!

Cole: John Morrison almost beat Shawn Michaels with his own maneuver.

King: If that would have happened, I wonder what it would have done to the psyche of Shawn Michaels.

Morrison wastes very little time; he grabs Michaels by his appendages and drags him towards the nearest corner. Morrison measures the distance between the turnbuckle and Michaels before leaping off the canvas and to the second rope…

Cole: Morrison looking for Starship Pain!

As Morrison has his legs separated, looking for his flashy finishing maneuver, Michaels is able to quickly get to his feet and grab Morrison by the abdomen and powerbomb him to the canvas from the middle rope. Morrison’s head and neck bounce hard off the canvas and Michaels quickly goes for the cover…

1…

2…

Morrison kicks out!

Michaels goes right after Morrison, grabbing him by the air and lifting him to his feet. Michaels then throws Morrison towards the corner. The Heartbreak Kid quickly begins chopping the chest of John Morrison. The crowd “Woos†every time Michaels’ arm makes contact with Morrison’s chest. After four or five chops, you can see a large red spot developing on the chest of the Tuesday Night Delight. Michaels switches the offense up, grabbing Morrison by the arm and Irish whipping him towards the opposing corner. In mid-whip, Morrison is able to counter, send Michaels towards the turnbuckle instead. The force of the whip is enough to send Michaels upside in his trademark turnbuckle spot. Unlike what usually happens, Michaels has gotten his foot stuck this time. He hangs upside down in an almost tree of woe like position as John Morrison watches the Icon try and free himself…

King: Shawn Michaels is a sitting duck!

Morrison laughs at the position that Shawn Michaels has found himself in. He walks over to the upside down Heartbreak Kid and yells at him “Well I guess you can’t teach old dogs new tricks.†Morrison then takes a few steps back before running towards Michaels and delivering a hesitation dropkick directly to Michaels’ chest. All the air is driven right out of Michaels’ chest as he falls free from the turnbuckle and Morrison covers him…

1…

2…

Michaels kicks out!

It’s now John Morrison’s turn to take a high risk. Morrison quickly exits the ring and makes his way to the turnbuckle. Morrison slowly climbs each rung until he reaches the top and waits patiently for Michaels to get to his feet. Michaels isn’t quite the spring chicken that he used to be, so it takes him a minute, but eventually he does make it to a vertical base. Once he does, Morrison is quick to act, leaping off the top and straight towards Michaels…

Cole: John Morrison has been in complete control of this match.

As Morrison hangs in midair, Michaels is able to shock everyone when out of nowhere, he hits a superkick right to the jaw of John Morrison. Morrison falls right to the mat and rolls to the outside of the ring. Shawn Michaels can’t believe it! He hit Morrison perfectly with Sweet Chin Music and now he can’t capitalize on it. On the outside of the ring, Morrison is sprawled out on the arena floor. Whether it was luck or precision that he happened to roll out of the ring, we’ll never know. Either way, Michaels gets over his frustration and heads to the outside to get Morrison. Michaels is still extremely upset with himself as he grabs Morrison by the hair and throws him in ring under the bottom rope. Morrison starts to stagger, trying to shake the cobwebs off. I don’t know how long it takes to recover after getting kicked in the face, but Morrison sure is recovering quickly. Michaels has hopped on the ring apron, trying to reenter the ring, but as he gets on the apron, Morrison charges, trying to drive his shoulder right into Michaels’ abdomen. Michael sees him coming and sunset flips over the top rope, reaching back and grabbing Morrison’s tights, bringing him to the canvas with a pinfall…

1…

2…

Morrison kicks out!

Both Morrison and Michaels manage to get to their feet at the same time, and Michaels is the first to strike as he delivers a right hand to Morrison’s face. The blow knocks Morrison back, allowing Michaels to deliver another one. Morrison is on the ropes here and Michaels knows it. He lifts Morrison off his feet and drops him groin onto his knee with an Inverted Atomic Drop….

Cole: And this is vintage Michaels!

King: That is your one “Vintage†of the night. You don’t get any more.

Michaels grabs Morrison by the arm and Irish whips him. Morrison reverses and once again sends Michaels towards the ropes. Michaels bounces off and comes back at Morrison. Michaels leaves his feet, attempting his patented flying forearm, but at the very last minute, Morrison moves out of the way and Michaels comes in contact with the referee, knocking the official out. In traditional Heartbreak Kid style, Michaels kicks up to his feet. He realizes that he accidentally hit the referee, so he goes right to check on him. Shawn does everything he can to revive the official, shaking him gently, trying to wake him up…

Cole: I think Shawn is making a mistake checking on the official.

King: He’s a human being Cole, unlike you.

Shawn’s wasting some much time on the referee that he’s forgotten about John Morrison. Morrison comes behind Michaels and turns him around, to which Michaels quickly responds with the second Sweet Chin Music of the match!

Cole: Sweet Chin Music again!

Morrison goes down and Michaels goes back to checking on the referee. Michaels does everything he can to wake the zebra up. The crowd begins to boo as from the audience a hooded figure enters the ring behind Michaels. The Heartbreak Kid is unaware of this, but he soon realizes what’s going on. It’s too late though. The hooded man sneaks up behind Michaels, putting his head under Michaels’ arm and lifting Michaels off the canvas by the leg…

King: That was an Angle Slam!

King is right. Everyone’s suspicions are confirmed when the hood comes down to reveal that Kurt Angle is the hooded man. He looks down on Michaels before dragging Morrison’s body on top of the Heartbreak Kid. Angle then goes to the referee and throws him closer towards the pinning predicament…

Cole: I thought Angle wasn’t here tonight!

Angle goes to the outside of the ring and hides as the referee begins coming to and slowly begins counting…

1…….

Cole: Not like this!

2…….

3…….

Roberts: Here is your winner; John Morrison!

john-morrison-resimleri-4.jpg

Angle comes from hiding as Morrison’s music plays. He’s proud of what he just accomplished. The referee gets to his feet and raises the hand of the lifeless John Morrison. Angle is all smiles as Raw goes elsewhere.

Roberts: The following Match is scheduled for one fall and is for the UWF Championship. Introducing first, from Marietta, Georgia, weighing in at 225 pounds; Cody Rhodes!

Whoa Oh
Rhodes.gif

Cody Rhodes theme hits the arena and the crowd immediately get on their feet booing the stage. Cody Rhodes appears hiding his masked former dashing face, with every step turning his head and repeatedly moving his hands up and down at times covering his face.

SD_607_Photo_053.jpg

As Rhodes makes it to ring side he looks in the ring while the camera zooms in on his face, Rhodes snarls before suddenly turning to his left and running up the steels steps. Walking to the middle of the ring apron he wipes his feet before entering the ring, in the middle of the ring he takes his hood off staring at the crowd with hatred in his eyes before. Snarling once again before crinking his neck to the side and facing the stage for his opponent.

Roberts: And his opponent, from Victoria, Texas, weighing in at 256 pounds, he is the reigning and defending UWF Champion; Stone Cold Steve Austin!

The iconic glass shatters and out walks Stone Cold Steve Austin to a massive pop. The old Stone Cold has returned! He has the UWF Championship firmly in tow as he struts down the ramp and towards the ring. At entrance ramp before entering the ring, Austin stops and poses with his Championship before entering. Christian rolls out the back door, allowing Austin to perform his trademark corner salute. Austin climbs each turnbuckle, showing off the UWF Championship. He hits all four before hopping down and waiting for the match to start.

WWEChampionship.gif

The bell rings and Austin and Rhodes lock up. Both men try to outmuscle the other. Austin pushes Rhodes backwards two paces, but cannot gain anymore advantage than that. Rhodes is able to push Austin back two paces, putting both men back in the original position. Austin starts pushing Rhodes back once again, but Rhodes catches the Champion off guard with a kick to the stomach. This doubles the Champion over and allows Rhodes to grab Austin by the arm and execute a snap suplex. The challenger then floats over and goes for the first pinfall in this Championship bout…

1…

2…

Austin rolls a shoulder!

Rhodes gets right off the Champion and begins laying the boots to him. Austin tries to get to his feet, but Rhodes just continues to strike like an unbalanced animal…

Cole: I thought Cody Rhodes was deranged before, but he’s snapped over the past few weeks.

Rhodes continues to lay the boots to Austin, who has crawled over towards the turnbuckle and has finally picked himself up. This doesn’t stop Rhodes from attacking. As Austin sits in the corner, Cody Rhodes begins stomping the proverbial “mudhole†into the Champion…

Cole: Isn’t this ironic, someone is stomping a mudhole into the Rattlesnake.

Rhodes continues to pound on Austin until the referee pulls the Challenger off declaring that he was close to the five count of disqualifying Rhodes. The Challenger doesn’t take kindly to the referee’s interruption and goes back to work on Austin, but as Rhodes turns his attention towards the Champion, Austin comes out of the corner like a bat out of hell and grabs Cody by the neck, throwing him in the corner instead. It’s there where Austin begins with his own offense. He throws backhands and right fists into the face and chest of Cody Rhodes, hitting the deranged one from every angle. One of Austin’s big right hands knocks Rhodes onto his ass in the corner and now it’s Austin’s turn to deliver a few mudholes to Cody Rhodes. Austin drives his boot directly into the black heart of Cody Rhodes repeatedly, with the challenger trying to cover up with virtually no success…

King: Stone Cold Steve Austin; often imitated, never duplicated!

Now it’s Austin’s turn to be pulled off Rhodes by the referee. Austin isn’t going to have any of it and immediately flips the referee off and goes back to Rhodes. While all this has transpired though, Rhodes has pulled himself to the middle rope and when Austin turns around, Rhodes leaps off the middle rope, hitting Austin directly in the face with a Missile Dropkick. The Champion goes down and Rhodes goes right for a cover…

1…

2…

Austin kicks out!

King: I almost thought we had a new UWF Champion!

Rhodes wastes no time mounting Austin right after the Champion kicked out. Rhodes throws right hands into Austin’s face, making sure that the Champion gets up close and personal with the Challenger’s fists. Austin tries to cover up, but Rhodes’ fists keep making through Austin’s guard. Rhodes quickly gets off Austin before running the ropes and dropping an elevated knee across Austin’s forehead. Austin grabs his skull in pain as Rhodes goes for another cover…

1…

2…

Austin kicks out!

Rhodes looks at the referee and tells him that he needs to do his job and count faster. The referee responds and tells Rhodes to respect his authority. Rhodes gets in the referee’s face, where the ref threatens to disqualify the Challenger. Rhodes doesn’t have time to heed the warning as Austin quickly rolls him up from behind…

1…

2…

Rhodes kicks out!

Both men get to their feet at the same time and both men execute picture perfect clothesline, sending each other to the canvas…

Cole: This match has been pretty even so far!

The referee looks at both men laid out in the ring and begins his 10-count, hoping that this Championship match doesn’t end on a double countout…

1…

2…

3…

4…

5…

6…

7…

Austin pulls himself up, soon followed by Cody Rhodes.

Austin is the first to strike, swinging at the Challenger, only to have Rhodes duck. Rhodes then capitalizes on a susceptible Austin by lifting him off the canvas and slamming him head first onto the mat with a belly to back suplex. The Champion grabs his skull and neck almost immediately as Rhodes goes for another cover…

1…

2…

Austin kicks out!

Rhodes slaps the mat out of frustration. He wants to be UWF Champion. He gets to his feet as he watches the UWF Champion struggle to make it to a vertical base in the center of the ring. Rhodes stands tall behind Austin and as the Champion manages to get up, Rhodes moves back him and towards the near ropes, using them as a springboard, turning in midair, looking for the Disaster Kick…

King: The end may be near for Steve Austin!

Austin sees one of Cody Rhodes’ patented moves coming and ducks under the kick. Rhodes is able to land on his feet and goes to attack Austin again, but when he turns around the Champion is ready for him and lifts him off the canvas, hitting a ring-shaking spinebuster. Now it’s Cody Rhodes who is grabbing his head in pain as Austin goes for the cover…

1…

2…

Rhodes kicks out!

Austin gets to his feet and motions that this is over. He slowly begins to stalk Cody Rhodes, patiently waiting for the Challenger to get to his feet…

Cole: Austin’s got that look in his eye! I think everyone knows what’s coming next.

Rhodes pushes himself to his feet, unaware that there’s a Rattlesnake behind him that’s ready to strike. Once Rhodes reaches a complete vertical base, Austin spins him around before giving him the double bird salute and kicking him directly in the stomach. This doubles Rhodes over and Austin grabs him by the skull, looking for the Stone Cold Stunner…

King: Stunner! Austin’s going to retain!

As Austin reaches for Rhodes’ head, the Challenger pushes Austin in the back. The momentum sends Austin flying towards the ropes and he comes back at Rhodes, who lowers his head and lifts Austin onto his shoulders before throwing him back onto the mat with an Alabama Slam. The canvas shakes upon impact and Rhodes drops onto Austin, going for another cover…

1…

2…

Austin barely rolls a shoulder!

Cole: Austin has taken a lot of damage to the skull in this match. You have to wonder the effects it’ll have.

Rhodes can’t believe Austin kicked out again. He shakes his head in anger before pondering his next plan of attack. Rhodes makes his way over towards the corner, before climbing each one of the rungs until he stands on the top with his back to the ring. Austin is having a hard time getting to his feet, stumbling and what not. He barely makes it up before Rhodes leaps backwards off the top rope landing on top of Austin with a beautiful standing moonsault. The crowd collectively ‘Aaahs†as Rhodes hits the aerial move and hooks the leg off the Champion…

1…

2…

Austin barely rolls a shoulder!

Rhodes gets to his feet after Austin managed to kick out. For the first time in the match, he’s not angry, he’s not upset. He knows that he has Austin beat. The Champion crawls over to the far ropes, looking for some sort of reprieve. Austin may have found his kryptonite in Cody Rhodes…

King: I’m not 100% sure Steve Austin can defeat Cody Rhodes!

Rhodes stands tall over Austin and yells two simple words. Cody screams out “Cross Rhodesâ€, letting everyone know what’s coming. Austin slowly pulls himself to his feet with help of the ropes, and like Austin earlier, Rhodes is ready to pounce. He quickly grabs Austin by the head, wrapping his arm around the Champion’s neck before rolling through, hitting the Cross Rhodes…

Cole: He got him!

Austin’s body hits the mat hard and Rhodes goes for the cover as the referee slides, trying to get into position…

1…

King: New Champion!

2…

Just like last week, there is no three count! Just like last week, someone has pulled the referee out of the ring. This week, that someone is Chris Jericho. Jericho moves the referee to the side and enters the ring. Rhodes is ready for him. The Challenger gets off Austin and swings at Jericho, but Jericho is prepared. He ducks under Rhodes’ attempted strike before turning Rhodes around and wrapping his arms around Rhodes’ head, bringing it down onto his knees, hitting the Codebreaker! The fans chant “Y2J†as Jericho has dispatched the man who has twice cost him the UWF Championship. Jericho then turns his attention to Austin, who is starting to get to his feet. Austin can barely get up before Jericho hits him with a Codebreaker as well…

Cole: Chris Jericho is just taking out everything that moves!

King: Earlier Jericho said that after tonight, things would never be the same.

Jericho stands tall over Austin, but soon decides that he isn’t finished. He grabs Austin by the legs and quickly turns the Champion over, applying the vintage Liontamer submission hold. The Champion screams in unbelievable pain as Jericho screams “Ask Him†although this isn’t even a match. Austin is in so much pain, that he actually starts tapping out, again this isn’t even a match, but Chris Jericho has made Stone Cold Steve Austin tap out. Jericho hears Austin’s arm slapping the mat and lets go off the submission, feeling as though he’s done enough damage. Chris Jericho stands tall in the ring, looking down on both Cody Rhodes and Steve Austin. Jericho leaves the ring, heading over towards the timekeeper and grabbing the UWF Championship. Jericho reenters the ring, once again looking at the carnage that he’s caused before sitting down in the ring with the UWF Championship proudly draped over his shoulder.

King: Chris Jericho may have just proved why he’s the Best in the World at everything he does!

The last thing we see is Jericho in possession of the UWF Championship before Raw goes off the air.

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Edition

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Edition

First time I'm actually able to post something in UWF on my laptop, so I won't waste your time. Excellent fucking show as usual. I like the CM Punk thing, would be pretty boss if that was used as storyline later on. I'm really digging the storyline for the UWF title. That shit is freaking awesome. Even thought I didn't TT, you still made it that Daniels did something, so I truly appreciate that. I hope to have another session with Chriss sometime in the future, hopefully this time I'll be able to get some TT's up. I wonder how Kofi is going to celebrate his championship win. I really hope something comes out of that Angle/HBK thing. If it already has, then I need to pay way more fucking attention! I am very curious to see who the next GM is going to be. And lastly, I am loving the whole Mankind thing. Shit is epic!

Excellent stuff Cwalkz! As always. :)

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Edition

I was hoping for that finish, and Cwalker delivered. Clash of the Champions, Stone Cold Steve Austin defending his UWF Championship against Cody Rhodes and Chris Jericho. I want this match, Rey wants this match, Chase wants this match, and whether or not it's because they want to see me retain again or finally be unseated as champ, the rest of UWF wants this match!

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Edition

Big props for getting this show up on time after posting NXT, Cwalker.

Love what seems to be a triple threat feud for the title, know that CD, Chase and RIR are going to tear it up. Also great to see Chriss on a winning streak. One of UWF's most consistent performers.

All looks very promising for RAW.

Re: UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 11th Edition

It's a shame we didn't get a chance to TT more because of RRS' problems. I know he can go at it so I really wanted to have a couple rounds in. RRS, man, your laptot deserves ta' be kicked in 'is head!

The show was great as always. I can see the Angle/HBK feud being the feud of this month.

Also...RiR vs. Dresden vs. Chase? I smell trouble around here.

UWF Tuesday Night Raw September 18th Card

UWFRAW.png

Tuesday September 18th, 2012 Card
"Highlight"

Last week on Raw, we saw another interesting twist in the Stone Cold/Chris Jericho/Cody Rhodes UWF Championship picture. In a strange twist of fate, it was Chris Jericho this time costing Cody Rhodes the UWF title and helping it remain in the possession of the Texas Rattlesnake. Jericho wasn't finished though as he laid both Cody Rhodes and Steve Austin out before claiming the UWF Championship for himself. Where do all three men stand just a week before Clash of The Champions? Who will challenge Steve Austin for the title? What will interim General Manager Vince McMahon do about this? Find out all this and more on Tuesday Night Raw.
