I agree with this. It doesn't just apply to Britanica though, so many people do this online. There are so many conspiracy theorists forums with millions of posts filled with people complaining , but not one of them have actually tried to fight against it. Petitions, protests, raising the awareness etc., is how SOPA and PIPA were destroyed.
