It could because Brock is contracted to wrestle @ WM and I can't see him fitting in with any story lines

Brock vs. HHH II and Rock vs. Cena II while Royal Rumble winner Ryback captures the World Heavyweight Championship from the Big Show. Then, after an angry Big Show knocks him out, Dolph Ziggler cashes in his MITB briefcase to win the WHC from Ryback. Cue Ryback-Ziggler feud for the WHC.

If they didn't let Vince's golden boys Shawn and Hunter beat the streak, there's no way in hell Punk will. Theres only one person I can see ending it ever: Super Cena. I don't like it anymore than you do.
