After watching Triple H's showdown with Undertaker, I was thinking about which alignment suited him best.

Personally, I prefer his heel days. He had some great feuds as a heel and I always found him more hateable than someone such as Miz, for example, who I find is more of an irritant rather than a genuine figure of hate, you know?

Triple H has had some great matches as a babyface, but as I said, I preferred his heel. Back in 2000-2001 he was one of the best things about WWF.

Which do you prefer him as? Babyface, or heel?

When he was a heel, I became a fan, plain and simple. I can remember when HBK made his return in 2002 and Triple H and him seemed to bring back DX. But then HHH pedigreed HBK and I was like WTF.

That was the official heel turn and that got me pulled into the character.

Anyways, yeah, Triple H heel is better than face if you ask me. That's one of the best heel characters of all time.

No offense, but I wish these sorts of threads would just stop.
It seems every year we have this discussion as well as Will Taker's Streak Ends? and something on Cena.

With that said Triple H heel.

I prefer Triple H as a heel as well. It suits him better and his best work was as a heel. When he is a face he tries to be funny and it just doesn't work as well for him as shown by the most recent reincarnation of DX which was horrid. That being said after his reaction on RAW on monday it seems like it would be better to keep him as a face, his reaction was by far the largest even more so than the Undertaker which was a bit surprising.

Triple H as a heel without a doubt he just plays the role perfectly and I'm hoping that he goes full heel now in this feud with Undertaker and I think it's very likely. I just hope he doesn't do a Batista thing that happened a couple of years ago he just can't make his mind up, it's not really tweener it's just annoying. The feud will be a lot better if he's a heel even though he did get a big reaction.

I see HHH as face against Taker..seeing as Taker is one of those guys who stands in the middle. He can be heel, he can be face & no matter the out come it always works out. How ever I think if HHH was to go heel, He would do it perfectly to pull Miz over as a babyface for WWE. At lease in my mind that would work out. HHH being one that can build a ton of heat in such a little amount of time so easily & Miz right now being the most hated..Would be hard to pull him as a babyface unless you have someone like HHH do it.

Triple H is one of those guys that can play a good heel then get everyone to love him again. I don't think he'll play a main heel in the Taker/HHH feud but I think we can tell who will be the heel and face here. What I'm eventually saying is, I think we'll see Triple H be the heel leading up to the fight, then if he loses are Mania, regaining the fans love, kinda like what HBK did after the Flair match at WM 24.

HHH face has been played out, he basically just beats up the bad guys and thats that. I miss HHH as a heel when he would be twisted and have so much power. I would love to see him be a heel again.

During his prime in the late 90's-early 00's HHH played that Ric Flair/Rick Rude style heel to perfection, I think he is an example of someone who I am guessing is not too far removed from that character in real life, so basically he just needs to turn it up a little bit. As a face he is okay, because the fans still believe in him, and he doesn't actaully change that much, but really he doesn't really bring enough of a personaity to being a face. I am hopeing we are now seeing his finally run as a wrestler, and than it will be as a heel.
