Question does Rick Rude count as a Non World Champion? I am always a bit unsure if the version of the World Title he held in WCW was offical. Think it should be as he held it in WCW, despite the fact that it was not offically the WCW World or NWA Title.

He should definitely count as a non world champion since he isn't officially recognized as a WCW or NWA world champion in that time. It was the International World Heavyweight Championship.

"WCW International" referred to a fictional international subsidiary of World Championship Wrestling. The title replaced the use of the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) World Heavyweight Championship within WCW following the promotion's secession from the NWA in 1993. It was one of two world titles in WCW, complementing the WCW World Heavyweight Championship until 1994 when it was ultimately unified with the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.

Okay...how did Cody Rhodes, and Santino make this list? How can you count them as Non-World Champions if they're still in their prime and have plenty of years to become world champion. Same for Hawkins, and Kidd.

And does the WWE ECW title count as a world title? Because if it does, then Matt Hardy should not be in this. If it doesn't count, then Chavo and Bobby Lashly should easily be in.

First off prime doesn't matter if they haven't won the title, they haven't won the title. Secondly, Matt Hardy is not allowed to be in this has been replaced by Kofi Kingston.
