That's smart. That covers the base even if they don't come to a long term deal. Gives them time to write him off if worst comes to worst.

It's an odd case, see a lot of people saying "Hey, AJ Styles is great and all... but he only draws X number of dollars and keeping him may hold people back". This isn't a business decision, they've been working on this AJ Styles redemption angle for like 2 years. To let AJ walk after all this build would be terrible.

Glad to know AJ will stay. Yeah, his redemption thing has been going on for a while, would be a shame if it ended like that.
