Lately I've seen this issue pop up on forums more and more. It has to do with the mod/s-mod/admin accidentally double-clicking the icon beside the thread title in their subscribed threads. That's an automatic lock shortcut.

Anyhow, its unlocked now, enjoy Impact while I go back to reading my book.
