They spent the whole match building up to Garett Bischoff getting the hot tag from Jeff Hardy. I'm not joking.
He then beat down both heels by himself with sloppy flying clotheslines and hip tosses... Watching Kurt Angle sell his offense made me die a little inside.

Jeff stole the pin, but you can understand the amount of heat the web has on Garett now.

Edit: Didn't notice Seabs already answered this. Damn.

I did feel depressed that they had Kurt take some offence, but I understood the story kind of. Jeff was taking the beating to protect Garrett and only tagged him in as the last chance resort. I would have booked Garrett to be completely destroyed by Angle and Gunner as soon as he got the tag. Make Gunner look dominant then you can build the feud as Gunner being the arrogant heel vs Garrett trying to prove himself. Rather then the ex ref matching up to half of the roster.

This.

TNA is doing a Cena-style forcing with Garrett and it's annoying as hell.

It's not working at all, either. How would you guys write Garett off the show?
Discuss.

I wouldn't tbh. Just use him as the rag doll who keeps coming back. A lower midcard jobber who takes a true beating, just to prove himself.

Basically, he could be decent just let him work with the guys they have the roster. They could teach him better then OVW could imo. Not even on Impact start him on Xplosion then after a year or 2 of working there put him on impact showing his gradual improvement. He could get some of the fans behind him for sympathy if nothing else. Then again who knows if he's willing to take the big bumps? After all if daddy is high in authority would you be willing to go the extra mile?

Can anyone in TNA actually say with a straight face that they'd give Garett such a big push if his father wasn't a company executive? I'm sorry, but it's embarrasing.

Just watched Before The Bell, and it always delivers. BTB does a better job than Impact, tbh. And of course, out of blue - I find out there's a stip for Sting/Roode - NO HOLDS BARRED. Which is great, but very few people know that, because they didn't bother to ADVERTIZE that on TV.

And that is TNA's biggest down fall.

They should announce it on Impact this week

Edit: ProWrestling.net is announcing that another Robbie E Open Challenge will happen.

I hope there's some "higher power" to save us. Someone who knows the "ways of the streets", who can "work a miracle" and get the TV Belt off this idiot!

Yes, Robbie E. will defend the TV Title this sunday. I wonder who'll challenge him? The obvious ones who come to mind now that Shannon Moore is gone, are Tony Nese, Kid Kash, Doug Williams or The Pope. Maybe Joseph Park answers it? That'd be cool.
